Mobile-Agent-v3: Fundamental Agents for GUI AutomationJiabo Ye, Xi Zhang, Haiyang Xu et al.
This paper introduces GUI-Owl, a foundational GUI agent model that achieves state-of-the-art performance among open-source end-to-end models on ten GUI benchmarks across desktop and mobile environments, covering grounding, question answering, planning, decision-making, and procedural knowledge. GUI-Owl-7B achieves 66.4 on AndroidWorld and 29.4 on OSWorld. Building on this, we propose Mobile-Agent-v3, a general-purpose GUI agent framework that further improves performance to 73.3 on AndroidWorld and 37.7 on OSWorld, setting a new state-of-the-art for open-source GUI agent frameworks. GUI-Owl incorporates three key innovations: (1) Large-scale Environment Infrastructure: a cloud-based virtual environment spanning Android, Ubuntu, macOS, and Windows, enabling our Self-Evolving GUI Trajectory Production framework. This generates high-quality interaction data via automated query generation and correctness validation, leveraging GUI-Owl to refine trajectories iteratively, forming a self-improving loop. It supports diverse data pipelines and reduces manual annotation. (2) Diverse Foundational Agent Capabilities: by integrating UI grounding, planning, action semantics, and reasoning patterns, GUI-Owl supports end-to-end decision-making and can act as a modular component in multi-agent systems. (3) Scalable Environment RL: we develop a scalable reinforcement learning framework with fully asynchronous training for real-world alignment. We also introduce Trajectory-aware Relative Policy Optimization (TRPO) for online RL, achieving 34.9 on OSWorld. GUI-Owl and Mobile-Agent-v3 are open-sourced at https://github.com/X-PLUG/MobileAgent.

DisPose: Disentangling Pose Guidance for Controllable Human Image AnimationHongxiang Li, Yaowei Li, Yuhang Yang et al.
Controllable human image animation aims to generate videos from reference images using driving videos. Due to the limited control signals provided by sparse guidance (e.g., skeleton pose), recent works have attempted to introduce additional dense conditions (e.g., depth map) to ensure motion alignment. However, such strict dense guidance impairs the quality of the generated video when the body shape of the reference character differs significantly from that of the driving video. In this paper, we present DisPose to mine more generalizable and effective control signals without additional dense input, which disentangles the sparse skeleton pose in human image animation into motion field guidance and keypoint correspondence. Specifically, we generate a dense motion field from a sparse motion field and the reference image, which provides region-level dense guidance while maintaining the generalization of the sparse pose control. We also extract diffusion features corresponding to pose keypoints from the reference image, and then these point features are transferred to the target pose to provide distinct identity information. To seamlessly integrate into existing models, we propose a plug-and-play hybrid ControlNet that improves the quality and consistency of generated videos while freezing the existing model parameters. Extensive qualitative and quantitative experiments demonstrate the superiority of DisPose compared to current methods. Pose-Controllable 3D Facial Animation Synthesis using Hierarchical Audio-Vertex AttentionBin Liu, Xiaolin Wei, Bo Li et al.
Most of the existing audio-driven 3D facial animation methods suffered from the lack of detailed facial expression and head pose, resulting in unsatisfactory experience of human-robot interaction. In this paper, a novel pose-controllable 3D facial animation synthesis method is proposed by utilizing hierarchical audio-vertex attention. To synthesize real and detailed expression, a hierarchical decomposition strategy is proposed to encode the audio signal into both a global latent feature and a local vertex-wise control feature. Then the local and global audio features combined with vertex spatial features are used to predict the final consistent facial animation via a graph convolutional neural network by fusing the intrinsic spatial topology structure of the face model and the corresponding semantic feature of the audio. To accomplish pose-controllable animation, we introduce a novel pose attribute augmentation method by utilizing the 2D talking face technique. Experimental results indicate that the proposed method can produce more realistic facial expressions and head posture movements. Qualitative and quantitative experiments show that the proposed method achieves competitive performance against state-of-the-art methods.

PointNorm-Net: Self-Supervised Normal Prediction of 3D Point Clouds via Multi-Modal Distribution EstimationJie Zhang, Minghui Nie, Changqing Zou et al.
Although supervised deep normal estimators have recently shown impressive results on synthetic benchmarks, their performance deteriorates significantly in real-world scenarios due to the domain gap between synthetic and real data. Building high-quality real training data to boost those supervised methods is not trivial because point-wise annotation of normals for varying-scale real-world 3D scenes is a tedious and expensive task. This paper introduces PointNorm-Net, the first self-supervised deep learning framework to tackle this challenge. The key novelty of PointNorm-Net is a three-stage multi-modal normal distribution estimation paradigm that can be integrated into either deep or traditional optimization-based normal estimation frameworks. Extensive experiments show that our method achieves superior generalization and outperforms state-of-the-art conventional and deep learning approaches across three real-world datasets that exhibit distinct characteristics compared to the synthetic training data.

SMPR: Single-Stage Multi-Person Pose RegressionJunqi Lin, Huixin Miao, Junjie Cao et al.
Existing multi-person pose estimators can be roughly divided into two-stage approaches (top-down and bottom-up approaches) and one-stage approaches. The two-stage methods either suffer high computational redundancy for additional person detectors or group keypoints heuristically after predicting all the instance-free keypoints. The recently proposed single-stage methods do not rely on the above two extra stages but have lower performance than the latest bottom-up approaches. In this work, a novel single-stage multi-person pose regression, termed SMPR, is presented. It follows the paradigm of dense prediction and predicts instance-aware keypoints from every location. Besides feature aggregation, we propose better strategies to define positive pose hypotheses for training which all play an important role in dense pose estimation. The network also learns the scores of estimated poses. The pose scoring strategy further improves the pose estimation performance by prioritizing superior poses during non-maximum suppression (NMS). We show that our method not only outperforms existing single-stage methods and but also be competitive with the latest bottom-up methods, with 70.2 AP and 77.5 AP75 on the COCO test-dev pose benchmark. High-Fidelity and Long-Duration Human Image Animation with Diffusion TransformerShen Zheng, Jiaran Cai, Yuansheng Guan et al.
Recent progress in diffusion models has significantly advanced the field of human image animation. While existing methods can generate temporally consistent results for short or regular motions, significant challenges remain, particularly in generating long-duration videos. Furthermore, the synthesis of fine-grained facial and hand details remains under-explored, limiting the applicability of current approaches in real-world, high-quality applications. To address these limitations, we propose a diffusion transformer (DiT)-based framework which focuses on generating high-fidelity and long-duration human animation videos. First, we design a set of hybrid implicit guidance signals and a sharpness guidance factor, enabling our framework to additionally incorporate detailed facial and hand features as guidance. Next, we incorporate the time-aware position shift fusion module, modify the input format within the DiT backbone, and refer to this mechanism as the Position Shift Adaptive Module, which enables video generation of arbitrary length. Finally, we introduce a novel data augmentation strategy and a skeleton alignment model to reduce the impact of human shape variations across different identities. Experimental results demonstrate that our method outperforms existing state-of-the-art approaches, achieving superior performance in both high-fidelity and long-duration human image animation.

LangGFM: A Large Language Model Alone Can be a Powerful Graph Foundation ModelTianqianjin Lin, Pengwei Yan, Kaisong Song et al.
Graph foundation models (GFMs) have recently gained significant attention. However, the unique data processing and evaluation setups employed by different studies hinder a deeper understanding of their progress. Additionally, current research tends to focus on specific subsets of graph learning tasks, such as structural tasks, node-level tasks, or classification tasks. As a result, they often incorporate specialized modules tailored to particular task types, losing their applicability to other graph learning tasks and contradicting the original intent of foundation models to be universal. Therefore, to enhance consistency, coverage, and diversity across domains, tasks, and research interests within the graph learning community in the evaluation of GFMs, we propose GFMBench-a systematic and comprehensive benchmark comprising 26 datasets. Moreover, we introduce LangGFM, a novel GFM that relies entirely on large language models. By revisiting and exploring the effective graph textualization principles, as well as repurposing successful techniques from graph augmentation and graph self-supervised learning within the language space, LangGFM achieves performance on par with or exceeding the state of the art across GFMBench, which can offer us new perspectives, experiences, and baselines to drive forward the evolution of GFMs.

Quantize More, Lose Less: Autoregressive Generation from Residually Quantized Speech RepresentationsYichen Han, Xiaoyang Hao, Keming Chen et al.
Text-to-speech (TTS) synthesis has seen renewed progress under the discrete modeling paradigm. Existing autoregressive approaches often rely on single-codebook representations, which suffer from significant information loss. Even with post-hoc refinement techniques such as flow matching, these methods fail to recover fine-grained details (e.g., prosodic nuances, speaker-specific timbres), especially in challenging scenarios like singing voice or music synthesis. We propose QTTS, a novel TTS framework built upon our new audio codec, QDAC. The core innovation of QDAC lies in its end-to-end training of an ASR-based auto-regressive network with a GAN, which achieves superior semantic feature disentanglement for scalable, near-lossless compression. QTTS models these discrete codes using two innovative strategies: the Hierarchical Parallel architecture, which uses a dual-AR structure to model inter-codebook dependencies for higher-quality synthesis, and the Delay Multihead approach, which employs parallelized prediction with a fixed delay to accelerate inference speed. Our experiments demonstrate that the proposed framework achieves higher synthesis quality and better preserves expressive content compared to baseline. This suggests that scaling up compression via multi-codebook modeling is a promising direction for high-fidelity, general-purpose speech and audio generation.

UVCG: Leveraging Temporal Consistency for Universal Video ProtectionKaiZhou Li, Jindong Gu, Xinchun Yu et al.
The security risks of AI-driven video editing have garnered significant attention. Although recent studies indicate that adding perturbations to images can protect them from malicious edits, directly applying image-based methods to perturb each frame in a video becomes ineffective, as video editing techniques leverage the consistency of inter-frame information to restore individually perturbed content. To address this challenge, we leverage the temporal consistency of video content to propose a straightforward and efficient, yet highly effective and broadly applicable approach, Universal Video Consistency Guard (UVCG). UVCG embeds the content of another video(target video) within a protected video by introducing continuous, imperceptible perturbations which has the ability to force the encoder of editing models to map continuous inputs to misaligned continuous outputs, thereby inhibiting the generation of videos consistent with the intended textual prompts. Additionally leveraging similarity in perturbations between adjacent frames, we improve the computational efficiency of perturbation generation by employing a perturbation-reuse strategy. We applied UVCG across various versions of Latent Diffusion Models (LDM) and assessed its effectiveness and generalizability across multiple LDM-based editing pipelines. The results confirm the effectiveness, transferability, and efficiency of our approach in safeguarding video content from unauthorized modifications.

VideoGuard: Protecting Video Content from Unauthorized EditingJunjie Cao, Kaizhou Li, Xinchun Yu et al.
With the rapid development of generative technology, current generative models can generate high-fidelity digital content and edit it in a controlled manner. However, there is a risk that malicious individuals might misuse these capabilities for misleading activities. Although existing research has attempted to shield photographic images from being manipulated by generative models, there remains a significant disparity in the protection offered to video content editing. To bridge the gap, we propose a protection method named VideoGuard, which can effectively protect videos from unauthorized malicious editing. This protection is achieved through the subtle introduction of nearly unnoticeable perturbations that interfere with the functioning of the intended generative diffusion models. Due to the redundancy between video frames, and inter-frame attention mechanism in video diffusion models, simply applying image-based protection methods separately to every video frame can not shield video from unauthorized editing. To tackle the above challenge, we adopt joint frame optimization, treating all video frames as an optimization entity. Furthermore, we extract video motion information and fuse it into optimization objectives. Thus, these alterations can effectively force the models to produce outputs that are implausible and inconsistent. We provide a pipeline to optimize this perturbation. Finally, we use both objective metrics and subjective metrics to demonstrate the efficacy of our method, and the results show that the protection performance of VideoGuard is superior to all the baseline methods.

Adaptive Duration Model for Text Speech AlignmentJunjie Cao
Speech-to-text alignment is a critical component of neural text to speech (TTS) models. Autoregressive TTS models typically use an attention mechanism to learn these alignments on-line, while non-autoregressive end to end TTS models rely on durations extracted from external sources. In this paper, we propose a novel duration prediction framework that can give promising phoneme-level duration distribution with given text. In our experiments, the proposed duration model has more precise prediction and adaptation ability to conditions, compared to previous baseline models. Specifically, it makes a considerable improvement on phoneme-level alignment accuracy and makes the performance of zero-shot TTS models more robust to the mismatch between prompt audio and input audio.

Towards Stepwise Domain Knowledge-Driven Reasoning Optimization and Reflection ImprovementChengyuan Liu, Shihang Wang, Lizhi Qing et al.
Recently, stepwise supervision on Chain of Thoughts (CoTs) presents an enhancement on the logical reasoning tasks such as coding and math, with the help of Monte Carlo Tree Search (MCTS). However, its contribution to tasks requiring domain-specific expertise and knowledge remains unexplored. Motivated by the interest, we identify several potential challenges of vanilla MCTS within this context, and propose the framework of Stepwise Domain Knowledge-Driven Reasoning Optimization, employing the MCTS algorithm to develop step-level supervision for problems that require essential comprehension, reasoning, and specialized knowledge. Additionally, we also introduce the Preference Optimization towards Reflection Paths, which iteratively learns self-reflection on the reasoning thoughts from better perspectives. We have conducted extensive experiments to evaluate the advantage of the methodologies. Empirical results demonstrate the effectiveness on various legal-domain problems. We also report a diverse set of valuable findings, hoping to encourage the enthusiasm to the research of domain-specific LLMs and MCTS.

DMNR: Unsupervised De-noising of Point Clouds Corrupted by Airborne ParticlesChu Chen, Yanqi Ma, Bingcheng Dong et al.
LiDAR sensors are critical for autonomous driving and robotics applications due to their ability to provide accurate range measurements and their robustness to lighting conditions. However, airborne particles, such as fog, rain, snow, and dust, will degrade its performance and it is inevitable to encounter these inclement environmental conditions outdoors. It would be a straightforward approach to remove them by supervised semantic segmentation. But annotating these particles point wisely is too laborious. To address this problem and enhance the perception under inclement conditions, we develop two dynamic filtering methods called Dynamic Multi-threshold Noise Removal (DMNR) and DMNR-H by accurate analysis of the position distribution and intensity characteristics of noisy points and clean points on publicly available WADS and DENSE datasets. Both DMNR and DMNR-H outperform state-of-the-art unsupervised methods by a significant margin on the two datasets and are slightly better than supervised deep learning-based methods. Furthermore, our methods are more robust to different LiDAR sensors and airborne particles, such as snow and fog.

Entity Relation Extraction as Dependency Parsing in Visually Rich DocumentsYue Zhang, Bo Zhang, Rui Wang et al.
Previous works on key information extraction from visually rich documents (VRDs) mainly focus on labeling the text within each bounding box (i.e., semantic entity), while the relations in-between are largely unexplored. In this paper, we adapt the popular dependency parsing model, the biaffine parser, to this entity relation extraction task. Being different from the original dependency parsing model which recognizes dependency relations between words, we identify relations between groups of words with layout information instead. We have compared different representations of the semantic entity, different VRD encoders, and different relation decoders. The results demonstrate that our proposed model achieves 65.96% F1 score on the FUNSD dataset. As for the real-world application, our model has been applied to the in-house customs data, achieving reliable performance in the production setting.

HILONet: Hierarchical Imitation Learning from Non-Aligned ObservationsShanqi Liu, Junjie Cao, Wenzhou Chen et al.
It is challenging learning from demonstrated observation-only trajectories in a non-time-aligned environment because most imitation learning methods aim to imitate experts by following the demonstration step-by-step. However, aligned demonstrations are seldom obtainable in real-world scenarios. In this work, we propose a new imitation learning approach called Hierarchical Imitation Learning from Observation(HILONet), which adopts a hierarchical structure to choose feasible sub-goals from demonstrated observations dynamically. Our method can solve all kinds of tasks by achieving these sub-goals, whether it has a single goal position or not. We also present three different ways to increase sample efficiency in the hierarchical structure. We conduct extensive experiments using several environments. The results show the improvement in both performance and learning efficiency.

Moving Forward in Formation: A Decentralized Hierarchical Learning Approach to Multi-Agent Moving TogetherShanqi Liu, Licheng Wen, Jinhao Cui et al.
Multi-agent path finding in formation has many potential real-world applications like mobile warehouse robots. However, previous multi-agent path finding (MAPF) methods hardly take formation into consideration. Furthermore, they are usually centralized planners and require the whole state of the environment. Other decentralized partially observable approaches to MAPF are reinforcement learning (RL) methods. However, these RL methods encounter difficulties when learning path finding and formation problem at the same time. In this paper, we propose a novel decentralized partially observable RL algorithm that uses a hierarchical structure to decompose the multi objective task into unrelated ones. It also calculates a theoretical weight that makes every task reward has equal influence on the final RL value function. Additionally, we introduce a communication method that helps agents cooperate with each other. Experiments in simulation show that our method outperforms other end-to-end RL methods and our method can naturally scale to large world sizes where centralized planner struggles. We also deploy and validate our method in a real world scenario.

A Comparative Analysis of Knowledge-Intensive and Data-Intensive Semantic ParsersJunjie Cao, Zi Lin, Weiwei Sun et al.
We present a phenomenon-oriented comparative analysis of the two dominant approaches in task-independent semantic parsing: classic, knowledge-intensive and neural, data-intensive models. To reflect state-of-the-art neural NLP technologies, we introduce a new target structure-centric parser that can produce semantic graphs much more accurately than previous data-driven parsers. We then show that, in spite of comparable performance overall, knowledge- and data-intensive models produce different types of errors, in a way that can be explained by their theoretical properties. This analysis leads to new directions for parser development.
