DistFlow: A Fully Distributed RL Framework for Scalable and Efficient LLM Post-Training

Effectively scaling Reinforcement Learning (RL) is crucial for enhancing the reasoning and alignment of Large Language Models. The massive data and complex execution flows inherent in these tasks require a distributed architecture capable of efficient scaling. However, to simplify programming and dependency management, mainstream frameworks often rely on a centralized architecture where a single node dispatches both control and data. This inherent coupling creates significant communication bottlenecks, severely limiting system scalability and efficiency. We present DISTFLOW, a novel, fully distributed RL framework that adopts a multi-controller paradigm. By decoupling data transmission from control dispatch, DISTFLOW establishes a parallelism-aware, decentralized Data Coordinator that leverages local caching, load balancing, and asynchronous double buffer to minimize communication overhead and mitigate straggler effects. For control logic, it introduces a task scheduler built upon Directed Acyclic Graph (DAG) that facilitates fine-grained, independent execution. Experimental results demonstrate that DISTFLOW achieves near-linear scalability up to 512 GPUs and delivers up to a 2.63x throughput improvement over state-of-the-art (SOTA) frameworks. TerminalWorld: Benchmarking Agents on Real-World Terminal Tasks

We introduce TerminalWorld, a scalable data engine that automatically reverse-engineers high-fidelity evaluation tasks from "in-the-wild" terminal recordings. Processing 80,870 terminal recordings, the engine yields a full benchmark of 1,530 validated tasks, spanning 18 real-world categories, ranging from short everyday operations to workflows exceeding 50 steps, and covering 1,280 unique commands. From these, we curate a Verified subset of 200 representative, manually reviewed tasks. Comprehensive benchmarking on TerminalWorld-Verified across eight frontier models and six agents reveals that current systems still struggle with authentic terminal workflows, achieving a maximum pass rate of only 62.5%. Moreover, TerminalWorld captures real-world terminal capabilities distinct from existing expert-curated benchmarks (e.g., Terminal-Bench), with only a weak correlation to their scores (Pearson r=0.20). The automated engine makes TerminalWorld authentic and scalable by construction, enabling it to evaluate agents in real-world terminal environments as developer practices evolve. daVinci-Env: Open SWE Environment Synthesis at Scale

Training capable software engineering (SWE) agents demands large-scale, executable, and verifiable environments that provide dynamic feedback loops for iterative code editing, test execution, and solution refinement. However, existing open-source datasets remain limited in scale and repository diversity, while industrial solutions are opaque with unreleased infrastructure, creating a prohibitive barrier for most academic research groups. We present OpenSWE, the largest fully transparent framework for SWE agent training in Python, comprising 45,320 executable Docker environments spanning over 12.8k repositories, with all Dockerfiles, evaluation scripts, and infrastructure fully open-sourced for reproducibility. OpenSWE is built through a multi-agent synthesis pipeline deployed across a 64-node distributed cluster, automating repository exploration, Dockerfile construction, evaluation script generation, and iterative test analysis. Beyond scale, we propose a quality-centric filtering pipeline that characterizes the inherent difficulty of each environment, filtering out instances that are either unsolvable or insufficiently challenging and retaining only those that maximize learning efficiency. With $891K spent on environment construction and an additional $576K on trajectory sampling and difficulty-aware curation, the entire project represents a total investment of approximately $1.47 million, yielding about 13,000 curated trajectories from roughly 9,000 quality guaranteed environments. Extensive experiments validate OpenSWE's effectiveness: OpenSWE-32B and OpenSWE-72B achieve 62.4% and 66.0% on SWE-bench Verified, establishing SOTA among Qwen2.5 series. Moreover, SWE-focused training yields substantial out-of-domain improvements, including up to 12 points on mathematical reasoning and 5 points on science benchmarks, without degrading factual recall.

CP-SLAM: Collaborative Neural Point-based SLAM System

This paper presents a collaborative implicit neural simultaneous localization and mapping (SLAM) system with RGB-D image sequences, which consists of complete front-end and back-end modules including odometry, loop detection, sub-map fusion, and global refinement. In order to enable all these modules in a unified framework, we propose a novel neural point based 3D scene representation in which each point maintains a learnable neural feature for scene encoding and is associated with a certain keyframe. Moreover, a distributed-to-centralized learning strategy is proposed for the collaborative implicit SLAM to improve consistency and cooperation. A novel global optimization framework is also proposed to improve the system accuracy like traditional bundle adjustment. Experiments on various datasets demonstrate the superiority of the proposed method in both camera tracking and mapping.

OpenCUA: Open Foundations for Computer-Use Agents

Vision-language models have demonstrated impressive capabilities as computer-use agents (CUAs) capable of automating diverse computer tasks. As their commercial potential grows, critical details of the most capable CUA systems remain closed. As these agents will increasingly mediate digital interactions and execute consequential decisions on our behalf, the research community needs access to open CUA frameworks to study their capabilities, limitations, and risks. To bridge this gap, we propose OpenCUA, a comprehensive open-source framework for scaling CUA data and foundation models. Our framework consists of: (1) an annotation infrastructure that seamlessly captures human computer-use demonstrations; (2) AgentNet, the first large-scale computer-use task dataset spanning 3 operating systems and 200+ applications and websites; (3) a scalable pipeline that transforms demonstrations into state-action pairs with reflective long Chain-of-Thought reasoning that sustain robust performance gains as data scales. Our end-to-end agent models demonstrate strong performance across CUA benchmarks. In particular, OpenCUA-72B achieves an average success rate of 45.0% on OSWorld-Verified, establishing a new state-of-the-art (SOTA) among open-source models. Further analysis confirms that our approach generalizes well across domains and benefits significantly from increased test-time computation. We release our annotation tool, datasets, code, and models to build open foundations for further CUA research.

GaussianZoom: Progressive Zoom-in Generative 3D Gaussian Splatting with Geometric and Semantic Guidance

We introduce GaussianZoom, a generative zoom-in 3D reconstruction system with an iterative progressive framework that combines geometry-consistent scene modeling and multi-scale semantic reasoning to enable high-fidelity extreme zoom-in rendering from low-resolution inputs. To achieve this, we develop a novel multi-view consistent super-resolution module with depth-based feature warping and VLM-driven detail synthesis, ensuring accurate multi-view correspondence while enriching fine-scale appearance beyond the observed resolution. To support zooming across large magnification ranges, we further introduce a new expandable continuous Level-of-Detail hierarchy that dynamically modulates Gaussian visibility for smooth, alias-free cross-scale rendering. Experiments on Mip-NeRF360 and Tanks\&Temples demonstrate that GaussianZoom achieves superior perceptual quality, multi-view consistency, and robustness under extreme magnification, establishing a strong baseline for generative zoom-in 3D scene reconstruction.

SGFormer: Satellite-Ground Fusion for 3D Semantic Scene Completion

Recently, camera-based solutions have been extensively explored for scene semantic completion (SSC). Despite their success in visible areas, existing methods struggle to capture complete scene semantics due to frequent visual occlusions. To address this limitation, this paper presents the first satellite-ground cooperative SSC framework, i.e., SGFormer, exploring the potential of satellite-ground image pairs in the SSC task. Specifically, we propose a dual-branch architecture that encodes orthogonal satellite and ground views in parallel, unifying them into a common domain. Additionally, we design a ground-view guidance strategy that corrects satellite image biases during feature encoding, addressing misalignment between satellite and ground views. Moreover, we develop an adaptive weighting strategy that balances contributions from satellite and ground views. Experiments demonstrate that SGFormer outperforms the state of the art on SemanticKITTI and SSCBench-KITTI-360 datasets. Our code is available on https://github.com/gxytcrc/SGFormer.

Show Me the Infographic I Imagine: Intent-Aware Infographic Retrieval for Authoring Support

While infographics have become a powerful medium for communicating data-driven stories, authoring them from scratch remains challenging, especially for novice users. Retrieving relevant exemplars from a large corpus can provide design inspiration and promote reuse, substantially lowering the barrier to infographic authoring. However, effective retrieval is difficult because users often express design intent in ambiguous natural language, while infographics embody rich and multi-faceted visual designs. As a result, keyword-based search often fails to capture design intent, and general-purpose vision-language retrieval models trained on natural images are ill-suited to the text-heavy, multi-component nature of infographics. To address these challenges, we develop an intent-aware infographic retrieval framework that better aligns user queries with infographic designs. We first conduct a formative study of how people describe infographics and derive an intent taxonomy spanning content and visual design facets. This taxonomy is then leveraged to enrich and refine free-form user queries, guiding the retrieval process with intent-specific cues. Building on the retrieved exemplars, users can adapt the designs to their own data with high-level edit intents, supported by an interactive agent that performs low-level adaptation. Both quantitative evaluations and user studies are conducted to demonstrate that our method improves retrieval quality over baseline methods while better supporting intent satisfaction and efficient infographic authoring.

CG-SLAM: Efficient Dense RGB-D SLAM in a Consistent Uncertainty-aware 3D Gaussian Field

Recently neural radiance fields (NeRF) have been widely exploited as 3D representations for dense simultaneous localization and mapping (SLAM). Despite their notable successes in surface modeling and novel view synthesis, existing NeRF-based methods are hindered by their computationally intensive and time-consuming volume rendering pipeline. This paper presents an efficient dense RGB-D SLAM system, i.e., CG-SLAM, based on a novel uncertainty-aware 3D Gaussian field with high consistency and geometric stability. Through an in-depth analysis of Gaussian Splatting, we propose several techniques to construct a consistent and stable 3D Gaussian field suitable for tracking and mapping. Additionally, a novel depth uncertainty model is proposed to ensure the selection of valuable Gaussian primitives during optimization, thereby improving tracking efficiency and accuracy. Experiments on various datasets demonstrate that CG-SLAM achieves superior tracking and mapping performance with a notable tracking speed of up to 15 Hz. GUI Agents with Reinforcement Learning: Toward Digital Inhabitants

Graphical User Interface (GUI) agents have emerged as a promising paradigm for intelligent systems that perceive and interact with graphical interfaces visually. Yet supervised fine-tuning alone cannot handle long-horizon credit assignment, distribution shifts, and safe exploration in irreversible environments, making Reinforcement Learning (RL) a central methodology for advancing automation. In this work, we present the first comprehensive overview of the intersection between RL and GUI agents, and examine how this research direction may evolve toward digital inhabitants. We propose a principled taxonomy that organizes existing methods into Offline RL, Online RL, and Hybrid Strategies, and complement it with analyses of reward engineering, data efficiency, and key technical innovations. Our analysis reveals several emerging trends: the tension between reliability and scalability is motivating the adoption of composite, multi-tier reward architectures; GUI I/O latency bottlenecks are accelerating the shift toward world-model-based training, which can yield substantial performance gains; and the spontaneous emergence of System-2-style deliberation suggests that explicit reasoning supervision may not be necessary when sufficiently rich reward signals are available. We distill these findings into a roadmap covering process rewards, continual RL, cognitive architectures, and safe deployment, aiming to guide the next generation of robust GUI automation and its agent-native infrastructure.

GaussianUpdate: Continual 3D Gaussian Splatting Update for Changing Environments

Novel view synthesis with neural models has advanced rapidly in recent years, yet adapting these models to scene changes remains an open problem. Existing methods are either labor-intensive, requiring extensive model retraining, or fail to capture detailed types of changes over time. In this paper, we present GaussianUpdate, a novel approach that combines 3D Gaussian representation with continual learning to address these challenges. Our method effectively updates the Gaussian radiance fields with current data while preserving information from past scenes. Unlike existing methods, GaussianUpdate explicitly models different types of changes through a novel multi-stage update strategy. Additionally, we introduce a visibility-aware continual learning approach with generative replay, enabling self-aware updating without the need to store images. The experiments on the benchmark dataset demonstrate our method achieves superior and real-time rendering with the capability of visualizing changes over different times
