SVLL: Staged Vision-Language Learning for Physically Grounded Embodied Task PlanningYuyuan Yang, Junkun Hong, Hongrong Wang et al.
Embodied task planning demands vision-language models to generate action sequences that are both visually grounded and causally coherent over time. However, existing training paradigms face a critical trade-off: joint end-to-end training often leads to premature temporal binding, while standard reinforcement learning methods suffer from optimization instability. To bridge this gap, we present Staged Vision-Language Learning (SVLL), a unified three-stage framework for robust, physically-grounded embodied planning. In the first two stages, SVLL decouples spatial grounding from temporal reasoning, establishing robust visual dependency before introducing sequential action history. In the final stage, we identify a key limitation of standard Direct Preference Optimization (DPO), its purely relative nature -- optimizing only the preference gap between winning and losing trajectories while neglecting absolute likelihood constraints on optimal path, often yields unsafe or hallucinated behaviors. To address this, we further introduce Bias-DPO, a novel alignment objective that injects an inductive bias toward expert trajectories by explicitly maximizing likelihood on ground-truth actions while penalizing overconfident hallucinations. By anchoring the policy to the expert manifold and mitigating causal misalignment, SVLL, powered by Bias-DPO, ensures strict adherence to environmental affordances and effectively suppresses physically impossible shortcuts. Finally, extensive experiments on the interactive AI2-THOR benchmark and real-world robotic deployments demonstrate that SVLL outperforms both state-of-the-art open-source (e.g., Qwen2.5-VL-7B) and closed-source models (e.g., GPT-4o, Gemini-2.0-flash) in task success rate, while significantly reducing physical constraint violations.

KoopmanFlow: Spectrally Decoupled Generative Control Policy via Koopman Structural BiasChengsi Yao, Ge Wang, Kai Kang et al.
Generative Control Policies (GCPs) show immense promise in robotic manipulation but struggle to simultaneously model stable global motions and high-frequency local corrections. While modern architectures extract multi-scale spatial features, their underlying Probability Flow ODEs apply a uniform temporal integration schedule. Compressed to a single step for real-time Receding Horizon Control (RHC), uniform ODE solvers mathematically smooth over sparse, high-frequency transients entangled within low-frequency steady states. To decouple these dynamics without accumulating pipelined errors, we introduce KoopmanFlow, a parameter-efficient generative policy guided by a Koopman-inspired structural inductive bias. Operating in a unified multimodal latent space with visual context, KoopmanFlow bifurcates generation at the terminal stage. Because visual conditioning occurs before spectral decomposition, both branches are visually guided yet temporally specialized. A macroscopic branch anchors slow-varying trajectories via single-step Consistency Training, while a transient branch uses Flow Matching to isolate high-frequency residuals stimulated by sudden visual cues (e.g., contacts or occlusions). Guided by an explicit spectral prior and optimized via a novel asymmetric consistency objective, KoopmanFlow establishes a fused co-training mechanism. This allows the variant branch to absorb localized dynamics without multi-stage error accumulation. Extensive experiments show KoopmanFlow significantly outperforms state-of-the-art baselines in contact-rich tasks requiring agile disturbance rejection. By trading a surplus latency buffer for a richer structural prior, KoopmanFlow achieves superior control fidelity and parameter efficiency within real-time deployment limits.
DC-Gen: Post-Training Diffusion Acceleration with Deeply Compressed Latent SpaceWenkun He, Yuchao Gu, Junyu Chen et al.
Existing text-to-image diffusion models excel at generating high-quality images, but face significant efficiency challenges when scaled to high resolutions, like 4K image generation. While previous research accelerates diffusion models in various aspects, it seldom handles the inherent redundancy within the latent space. To bridge this gap, this paper introduces DC-Gen, a general framework that accelerates text-to-image diffusion models by leveraging a deeply compressed latent space. Rather than a costly training-from-scratch approach, DC-Gen uses an efficient post-training pipeline to preserve the quality of the base model. A key challenge in this paradigm is the representation gap between the base model's latent space and a deeply compressed latent space, which can lead to instability during direct fine-tuning. To overcome this, DC-Gen first bridges the representation gap with a lightweight embedding alignment training. Once the latent embeddings are aligned, only a small amount of LoRA fine-tuning is needed to unlock the base model's inherent generation quality. We verify DC-Gen's effectiveness on SANA and FLUX.1-Krea. The resulting DC-Gen-SANA and DC-Gen-FLUX models achieve quality comparable to their base models but with a significant speedup. Specifically, DC-Gen-FLUX reduces the latency of 4K image generation by 53x on the NVIDIA H100 GPU. When combined with NVFP4 SVDQuant, DC-Gen-FLUX generates a 4K image in just 3.5 seconds on a single NVIDIA 5090 GPU, achieving a total latency reduction of 138x compared to the base FLUX.1-Krea model. SANA: Efficient High-Resolution Image Synthesis with Linear Diffusion TransformersEnze Xie, Junsong Chen, Junyu Chen et al.
We introduce Sana, a text-to-image framework that can efficiently generate images up to 4096$\times$4096 resolution. Sana can synthesize high-resolution, high-quality images with strong text-image alignment at a remarkably fast speed, deployable on laptop GPU. Core designs include: (1) Deep compression autoencoder: unlike traditional AEs, which compress images only 8$\times$, we trained an AE that can compress images 32$\times$, effectively reducing the number of latent tokens. (2) Linear DiT: we replace all vanilla attention in DiT with linear attention, which is more efficient at high resolutions without sacrificing quality. (3) Decoder-only text encoder: we replaced T5 with modern decoder-only small LLM as the text encoder and designed complex human instruction with in-context learning to enhance the image-text alignment. (4) Efficient training and sampling: we propose Flow-DPM-Solver to reduce sampling steps, with efficient caption labeling and selection to accelerate convergence. As a result, Sana-0.6B is very competitive with modern giant diffusion model (e.g. Flux-12B), being 20 times smaller and 100+ times faster in measured throughput. Moreover, Sana-0.6B can be deployed on a 16GB laptop GPU, taking less than 1 second to generate a 1024$\times$1024 resolution image. Sana enables content creation at low cost. Code and model will be publicly released.

SANA-Video: Efficient Video Generation with Block Linear Diffusion TransformerJunsong Chen, Yuyang Zhao, Jincheng Yu et al.
We introduce SANA-Video, a small diffusion model that can efficiently generate videos up to 720x1280 resolution and minute-length duration. SANA-Video synthesizes high-resolution, high-quality and long videos with strong text-video alignment at a remarkably fast speed, deployable on RTX 5090 GPU. Two core designs ensure our efficient, effective and long video generation: (1) Linear DiT: We leverage linear attention as the core operation, which is more efficient than vanilla attention given the large number of tokens processed in video generation. (2) Constant-Memory KV cache for Block Linear Attention: we design block-wise autoregressive approach for long video generation by employing a constant-memory state, derived from the cumulative properties of linear attention. This KV cache provides the Linear DiT with global context at a fixed memory cost, eliminating the need for a traditional KV cache and enabling efficient, minute-long video generation. In addition, we explore effective data filters and model training strategies, narrowing the training cost to 12 days on 64 H100 GPUs, which is only 1% of the cost of MovieGen. Given its low cost, SANA-Video achieves competitive performance compared to modern state-of-the-art small diffusion models (e.g., Wan 2.1-1.3B and SkyReel-V2-1.3B) while being 16x faster in measured latency. Moreover, SANA-Video can be deployed on RTX 5090 GPUs with NVFP4 precision, accelerating the inference speed of generating a 5-second 720p video from 71s to 29s (2.4x speedup). In summary, SANA-Video enables low-cost, high-quality video generation.

IdGlow: Dynamic Identity Modulation for Multi-Subject GenerationHonghao Cai, Xiangyuan Wang, Yunhao Bai et al.
Multi-subject image generation requires seamlessly harmonizing multiple reference identities within a coherent scene. However, existing methods relying on rigid spatial masks or localized attention often struggle with the "stability-plasticity dilemma," particularly failing in tasks that require complex structural deformations, such as identity-preserving age transformation. To address this, we present IdGlow, a mask-free, progressive two-stage framework built upon Flow Matching diffusion models. In the supervised fine-tuning (SFT) stage, we introduce task-adaptive timestep scheduling aligned with diffusion generative dynamics: a linear decay schedule that progressively relaxes constraints for natural group composition, and a temporal gating mechanism that concentrates identity injection within a critical semantic window, successfully preserving adult facial semantics without overriding child-like anatomical structures. To resolve attribute leakage and semantic ambiguity without explicit layout inputs, we further integrate a badcase-driven Vision-Language Model (VLM) for precise, context-aware prompt synthesis. In the second stage, we design a Fine-Grained Group-Level Direct Preference Optimization (DPO) with a weighted margin formulation to simultaneously eliminate multi-subject artifacts, elevate texture harmony, and recalibrate identity fidelity towards real-world distributions. Extensive experiments on two challenging benchmarks -- direct multi-person fusion and age-transformed group generation -- demonstrate that IdGlow fundamentally mitigates the stability-plasticity conflict, achieving a superior Pareto balance between state-of-the-art facial fidelity and commercial-grade aesthetic quality.

RoboMemory: A Brain-inspired Multi-memory Agentic Framework for Interactive Environmental Learning in Physical Embodied SystemsMingcong Lei, Honghao Cai, Zezhou Cui et al.
Embodied agents face persistent challenges in real-world environments, including partial observability, limited spatial reasoning, and high-latency multi-memory integration. We present RoboMemory, a brain-inspired framework that unifies Spatial, Temporal, Episodic, and Semantic memory under a parallelized architecture for efficient long-horizon planning and interactive environmental learning. A dynamic spatial knowledge graph (KG) ensures scalable and consistent memory updates, while a closed-loop planner with a critic module supports adaptive decision-making in dynamic settings. Experiments on EmbodiedBench show that RoboMemory, built on Qwen2.5-VL-72B-Ins, improves average success rates by 25% over its baseline and exceeds the closed-source state-of-the-art (SOTA) Gemini-1.5-Pro by 3%. Real-world trials further confirm its capacity for cumulative learning, with performance improving across repeated tasks. These results highlight RoboMemory as a scalable foundation for memory-augmented embodied intelligence, bridging the gap between cognitive neuroscience and robotic autonomy.
