RoboTwin: Dual-Arm Robot Benchmark with Generative Digital Twins (early version)Yao Mu, Tianxing Chen, Shijia Peng et al.
In the rapidly advancing field of robotics, dual-arm coordination and complex object manipulation are essential capabilities for developing advanced autonomous systems. However, the scarcity of diverse, high-quality demonstration data and real-world-aligned evaluation benchmarks severely limits such development. To address this, we introduce RoboTwin, a generative digital twin framework that uses 3D generative foundation models and large language models to produce diverse expert datasets and provide a real-world-aligned evaluation platform for dual-arm robotic tasks. Specifically, RoboTwin creates varied digital twins of objects from single 2D images, generating realistic and interactive scenarios. It also introduces a spatial relation-aware code generation framework that combines object annotations with large language models to break down tasks, determine spatial constraints, and generate precise robotic movement code. Our framework offers a comprehensive benchmark with both simulated and real-world data, enabling standardized evaluation and better alignment between simulated training and real-world performance. We validated our approach using the open-source COBOT Magic Robot platform. Policies pre-trained on RoboTwin-generated data and fine-tuned with limited real-world samples improve the success rate of over 70% for single-arm tasks and over 40% for dual-arm tasks compared to models trained solely on real-world data. This significant improvement demonstrates RoboTwin's potential to enhance the development and evaluation of dual-arm robotic manipulation systems. Agent2World: Learning to Generate Symbolic World Models via Adaptive Multi-Agent FeedbackMengkang Hu, Bowei Xia, Yuran Wu et al.
Symbolic world models (e.g., PDDL domains or executable simulators) are central to model-based planning, but training LLMs to generate such world models is limited by the lack of large-scale verifiable supervision. Current approaches rely primarily on static validation methods that fail to catch behavior-level errors arising from interactive execution. In this paper, we propose Agent2World, a tool-augmented multi-agent framework that achieves strong inference-time world-model generation and also serves as a data engine for supervised fine-tuning, by grounding generation in multi-agent feedback. Agent2World follows a three-stage pipeline: (i) A Deep Researcher agent performs knowledge synthesis by web searching to address specification gaps; (ii) A Model Developer agent implements executable world models; And (iii) a specialized Testing Team conducts adaptive unit testing and simulation-based validation. Agent2World demonstrates superior inference-time performance across three benchmarks spanning both Planning Domain Definition Language (PDDL) and executable code representations, achieving consistent state-of-the-art results. Beyond inference, Testing Team serves as an interactive environment for the Model Developer, providing behavior-aware adaptive feedback that yields multi-turn training trajectories. The model fine-tuned on these trajectories substantially improves world-model generation, yielding an average relative gain of 30.95% over the same model before training. Exploring the Role of Synthetic Data Augmentation in Controllable Human-Centric Video GenerationYuanchen Fei, Yude Zou, Zejian Kang et al.
Controllable human video generation aims to produce realistic videos of humans with explicitly guided motions and appearances,serving as a foundation for digital humans, animation, and embodied AI.However, the scarcity of largescale, diverse, and privacy safe human video datasets poses a major bottleneck, especially for rare identities and complex actions.Synthetic data provides a scalable and controllable alternative,yet its actual contribution to generative modeling remains underexplored due to the persistent Sim2Real gap.In this work,we systematically investigate the impact of synthetic data on controllable human video generation. We propose a diffusion-based framework that enables fine-grained control over appearance and motion while providing a unfied testbed to analyze how synthetic data interacts with real world data during training. Through extensive experiments, we reveal the complementary roles of synthetic and real data and demonstrate possible methods for efficiently selecting synthetic samples to enhance motion realism,temporal consistency,and identity preservation.Our study offers the first comprehensive exploration of synthetic data's role in human-centric video synthesis and provides practical insights for building data-efficient and generalizable generative models.

Text2World: Benchmarking Large Language Models for Symbolic World Model GenerationMengkang Hu, Tianxing Chen, Yude Zou et al.
Recently, there has been growing interest in leveraging large language models (LLMs) to generate symbolic world models from textual descriptions. Although LLMs have been extensively explored in the context of world modeling, prior studies encountered several challenges, including evaluation randomness, dependence on indirect metrics, and a limited domain scope. To address these limitations, we introduce a novel benchmark, Text2World, based on planning domain definition language (PDDL), featuring hundreds of diverse domains and employing multi-criteria, execution-based metrics for a more robust evaluation. We benchmark current LLMs using Text2World and find that reasoning models trained with large-scale reinforcement learning outperform others. However, even the best-performing model still demonstrates limited capabilities in world modeling. Building on these insights, we examine several promising strategies to enhance the world modeling capabilities of LLMs, including test-time scaling, agent training, and more. We hope that Text2World can serve as a crucial resource, laying the groundwork for future research in leveraging LLMs as world models. InfBaGel: Human-Object-Scene Interaction Generation with Dynamic Perception and Iterative RefinementYude Zou, Junji Gong, Xing Gao et al.
Human-object-scene interactions (HOSI) generation has broad applications in embodied AI, simulation, and animation. Unlike human-object interaction (HOI) and human-scene interaction (HSI), HOSI generation requires reasoning over dynamic object-scene changes, yet suffers from limited annotated data. To address these issues, we propose a coarse-to-fine instruction-conditioned interaction generation framework that is explicitly aligned with the iterative denoising process of a consistency model. In particular, we adopt a dynamic perception strategy that leverages trajectories from the preceding refinement to update scene context and condition subsequent refinement at each denoising step of consistency model, yielding consistent interactions. To further reduce physical artifacts, we introduce a bump-aware guidance that mitigates collisions and penetrations during sampling without requiring fine-grained scene geometry, enabling real-time generation. To overcome data scarcity, we design a hybrid training startegy that synthesizes pseudo-HOSI samples by injecting voxelized scene occupancy into HOI datasets and jointly trains with high-fidelity HSI data, allowing interaction learning while preserving realistic scene awareness. Extensive experiments demonstrate that our method achieves state-of-the-art performance in both HOSI and HOI generation, and strong generalization to unseen scenes.
