Scaling Mixture-of-Experts Video Pretraining for Embodied Intelligence

Shuailei Ma, Jiaqi Liao, Xinyang Wang et al.

Despite the recent promise in robot control, video generative models suffer from a domain mismatch due to their primary focus on content creation. For example, their design inherently prioritizes visual fidelity and creativity over computational efficiency and physical realism. In this work, we present LingBot-Video, a DiT-based video pretraining paradigm specifically tailored for embodied intelligence. From the architecture perspective, we adopt the Mixture-of-Experts (MoE), instead of dense, framework to achieve a better trade-off between modeling capacity and inference efficiency, and manage to scale it up from scratch. From the data perspective, we construct a data profiling engine that augments standard internet videos with extensive robot-oriented footage, encompassing manipulation, navigation, and egocentric perspectives, to equip the base model with an intrinsic understanding of actions and world dynamics. From the training perspective, we develop a multi-dimensional reward system to enforce the alignment regarding physical rationality and task completion, going beyond standard criteria such as aesthetics, prompt-following, and motion consistency. Comprehensive evaluations validate its performance and efficiency as a video foundation model. We contribute LingBot-Video as the inaugural large-scale, open-source MoE video foundation model to the community, in a pioneering effort to bridge digital creativity and physical actuation.

Geometric Context Transformer for Streaming 3D Reconstruction

Lin-Zhuo Chen, Jian Gao, Yihang Chen et al.

Streaming 3D reconstruction aims to recover 3D information, such as camera poses and point clouds, from a video stream, which necessitates geometric accuracy, temporal consistency, and computational efficiency. Motivated by the principles of Simultaneous Localization and Mapping (SLAM), we introduce LingBot-Map, a feed-forward 3D foundation model for reconstructing scenes from streaming data, built upon a geometric context transformer (GCT) architecture. A defining aspect of LingBot-Map lies in its carefully designed attention mechanism, which integrates an anchor context, a pose-reference window, and a trajectory memory to address coordinate grounding, dense geometric cues, and long-range drift correction, respectively. This design keeps the streaming state compact while retaining rich geometric context, enabling stable efficient inference at around 20 FPS on 518 x 378 resolution inputs over long sequences exceeding 10,000 frames. Extensive evaluations across a variety of benchmarks demonstrate that our approach achieves superior performance compared to both existing streaming and iterative optimization-based approaches.

HeadLighter: Disentangling Illumination in Generative 3D Gaussian Heads via Lightstage Captures

Yating Wang, Yuan Sun, Xuan Wang et al.

Recent 3D-aware head generative models based on 3D Gaussian Splatting achieve real-time, photorealistic and view-consistent head synthesis. However, a fundamental limitation persists: the deep entanglement of illumination and intrinsic appearance prevents controllable relighting. Existing disentanglement methods rely on strong assumptions to enable weakly supervised learning, which restricts their capacity for complex illumination. To address this challenge, we introduce HeadLighter, a novel supervised framework that learns a physically plausible decomposition of appearance and illumination in head generative models. Specifically, we design a dual-branch architecture that separately models lighting-invariant head attributes and physically grounded rendering components. A progressive disentanglement training is employed to gradually inject head appearance priors into the generative architecture, supervised by multi-view images captured under controlled light conditions with a light stage setup. We further introduce a distillation strategy to generate high-quality normals for realistic rendering. Experiments demonstrate that our method preserves high-quality generation and real-time rendering, while simultaneously supporting explicit lighting and viewpoint editing. We will publicly release our code and dataset.

Generalizable and Relightable Gaussian Splatting for Human Novel View Synthesis

Yipengjing Sun, Chenyang Wang, Shunyuan Zheng et al.

We propose GRGS, a generalizable and relightable 3D Gaussian framework for high-fidelity human novel view synthesis under diverse lighting conditions. Unlike existing methods that rely on per-character optimization or ignore physical constraints, GRGS adopts a feed-forward, fully supervised strategy that projects geometry, material, and illumination cues from multi-view 2D observations into 3D Gaussian representations. Specifically, to reconstruct lighting-invariant geometry, we introduce a Lighting-aware Geometry Refinement (LGR) module trained on synthetically relit data to predict accurate depth and surface normals. Based on the high-quality geometry, a Physically Grounded Neural Rendering (PGNR) module is further proposed to integrate neural prediction with physics-based shading, supporting editable relighting with shadows and indirect illumination. Besides, we design a 2D-to-3D projection training scheme that leverages differentiable supervision from ambient occlusion, direct, and indirect lighting maps, which alleviates the computational cost of explicit ray tracing. Extensive experiments demonstrate that GRGS achieves superior visual quality, geometric consistency, and generalization across characters and lighting conditions.

Txilm: Lossy Block Compression with Salted Short Hashing

Donghui Ding, Xin Jiang, Jiaping Wang et al.

Current blockchains are restricted by the low throughput. Aimed at this problem, we propose Txilm, a protocol that compresses the size of transaction presentation in each block to save the bandwidth of the network. In this protocol, a block carries short hashes of TXIDs instead of complete transactions. Combined with the sorted transactions based on TXIDs, Txilm realizes 80 times of data size reduction compared with the original blockchains. We also evaluate the probability of hash collisions, and provide methods of resolving such collisions. Finally, we design strategies to protect against potential attacks on Txilm.
