OpenOccupancy: A Large Scale Benchmark for Surrounding Semantic Occupancy Perception

Semantic occupancy perception is essential for autonomous driving, as automated vehicles require a fine-grained perception of the 3D urban structures. However, existing relevant benchmarks lack diversity in urban scenes, and they only evaluate front-view predictions. Towards a comprehensive benchmarking of surrounding perception algorithms, we propose OpenOccupancy, which is the first surrounding semantic occupancy perception benchmark. In the OpenOccupancy benchmark, we extend the large-scale nuScenes dataset with dense semantic occupancy annotations. Previous annotations rely on LiDAR points superimposition, where some occupancy labels are missed due to sparse LiDAR channels. To mitigate the problem, we introduce the Augmenting And Purifying (AAP) pipeline to ~2x densify the annotations, where ~4000 human hours are involved in the labeling process. Besides, camera-based, LiDAR-based and multi-modal baselines are established for the OpenOccupancy benchmark. Furthermore, considering the complexity of surrounding occupancy perception lies in the computational burden of high-resolution 3D predictions, we propose the Cascade Occupancy Network (CONet) to refine the coarse prediction, which relatively enhances the performance by ~30% than the baseline. We hope the OpenOccupancy benchmark will boost the development of surrounding occupancy perception algorithms.

Are We Ready for Vision-Centric Driving Streaming Perception? The ASAP Benchmark

In recent years, vision-centric perception has flourished in various autonomous driving tasks, including 3D detection, semantic map construction, motion forecasting, and depth estimation. Nevertheless, the latency of vision-centric approaches is too high for practical deployment (e.g., most camera-based 3D detectors have a runtime greater than 300ms). To bridge the gap between ideal research and real-world applications, it is necessary to quantify the trade-off between performance and efficiency. Traditionally, autonomous-driving perception benchmarks perform the offline evaluation, neglecting the inference time delay. To mitigate the problem, we propose the Autonomous-driving StreAming Perception (ASAP) benchmark, which is the first benchmark to evaluate the online performance of vision-centric perception in autonomous driving. On the basis of the 2Hz annotated nuScenes dataset, we first propose an annotation-extending pipeline to generate high-frame-rate labels for the 12Hz raw images. Referring to the practical deployment, the Streaming Perception Under constRained-computation (SPUR) evaluation protocol is further constructed, where the 12Hz inputs are utilized for streaming evaluation under the constraints of different computational resources. In the ASAP benchmark, comprehensive experiment results reveal that the model rank alters under different constraints, suggesting that the model latency and computation budget should be considered as design choices to optimize the practical deployment. To facilitate further research, we establish baselines for camera-based streaming 3D detection, which consistently enhance the streaming performance across various hardware. Detachable Novel Views Synthesis of Dynamic Scenes Using Distribution-Driven Neural Radiance Fields

Representing and synthesizing novel views in real-world dynamic scenes from casual monocular videos is a long-standing problem. Existing solutions typically approach dynamic scenes by applying geometry techniques or utilizing temporal information between several adjacent frames without considering the underlying background distribution in the entire scene or the transmittance over the ray dimension, limiting their performance on static and occlusion areas. Our approach $\textbf{D}$istribution-$\textbf{D}$riven neural radiance fields offers high-quality view synthesis and a 3D solution to $\textbf{D}$etach the background from the entire $\textbf{D}$ynamic scene, which is called $\text{D}^4$NeRF. Specifically, it employs a neural representation to capture the scene distribution in the static background and a 6D-input NeRF to represent dynamic objects, respectively. Each ray sample is given an additional occlusion weight to indicate the transmittance lying in the static and dynamic components. We evaluate $\text{D}^4$NeRF on public dynamic scenes and our urban driving scenes acquired from an autonomous-driving dataset. Extensive experiments demonstrate that our approach outperforms previous methods in rendering texture details and motion areas while also producing a clean static background. Masked Cross-image Encoding for Few-shot Segmentation

Few-shot segmentation (FSS) is a dense prediction task that aims to infer the pixel-wise labels of unseen classes using only a limited number of annotated images. The key challenge in FSS is to classify the labels of query pixels using class prototypes learned from the few labeled support exemplars. Prior approaches to FSS have typically focused on learning class-wise descriptors independently from support images, thereby ignoring the rich contextual information and mutual dependencies among support-query features. To address this limitation, we propose a joint learning method termed Masked Cross-Image Encoding (MCE), which is designed to capture common visual properties that describe object details and to learn bidirectional inter-image dependencies that enhance feature interaction. MCE is more than a visual representation enrichment module; it also considers cross-image mutual dependencies and implicit guidance. Experiments on FSS benchmarks PASCAL-$5^i$ and COCO-$20^i$ demonstrate the advanced meta-learning ability of the proposed method.

A Knowledge-Informed Pretrained Model for Causal Discovery

Causal discovery has been widely studied, yet many existing methods rely on strong assumptions or fall into two extremes: either depending on costly interventional signals or partial ground truth as strong priors, or adopting purely data driven paradigms with limited guidance, which hinders practical deployment. Motivated by real-world scenarios where only coarse domain knowledge is available, we propose a knowledge-informed pretrained model for causal discovery that integrates weak prior knowledge as a principled middle ground. Our model adopts a dual source encoder-decoder architecture to process observational data in a knowledge-informed way. We design a diverse pretraining dataset and a curriculum learning strategy that smoothly adapts the model to varying prior strengths across mechanisms, graph densities, and variable scales. Extensive experiments on in-distribution, out-of distribution, and real-world datasets demonstrate consistent improvements over existing baselines, with strong robustness and practical applicability.

MARE: Multimodal Alignment and Reinforcement for Explainable Deepfake Detection via Vision-Language Models

Deepfake detection is a widely researched topic that is crucial for combating the spread of malicious content, with existing methods mainly modeling the problem as classification or spatial localization. The rapid advancements in generative models impose new demands on Deepfake detection. In this paper, we propose multimodal alignment and reinforcement for explainable Deepfake detection via vision-language models, termed MARE, which aims to enhance the accuracy and reliability of Vision-Language Models (VLMs) in Deepfake detection and reasoning. Specifically, MARE designs comprehensive reward functions, incorporating reinforcement learning from human feedback (RLHF), to incentivize the generation of text-spatially aligned reasoning content that adheres to human preferences. Besides, MARE introduces a forgery disentanglement module to capture intrinsic forgery traces from high-level facial semantics, thereby improving its authenticity detection capability. We conduct thorough evaluations on the reasoning content generated by MARE. Both quantitative and qualitative experimental results demonstrate that MARE achieves state-of-the-art performance in terms of accuracy and reliability.

Image Recognition with Online Lightweight Vision Transformer: A Survey

The Transformer architecture has achieved significant success in natural language processing, motivating its adaptation to computer vision tasks. Unlike convolutional neural networks, vision transformers inherently capture long-range dependencies and enable parallel processing, yet lack inductive biases and efficiency benefits, facing significant computational and memory challenges that limit its real-world applicability. This paper surveys various online strategies for generating lightweight vision transformers for image recognition, focusing on three key areas: Efficient Component Design, Dynamic Network, and Knowledge Distillation. We evaluate the relevant exploration for each topic on the ImageNet-1K benchmark, analyzing trade-offs among precision, parameters, throughput, and more to highlight their respective advantages, disadvantages, and flexibility. Finally, we propose future research directions and potential challenges in the lightweighting of vision transformers with the aim of inspiring further exploration and providing practical guidance for the community. Geometry-Aware Localized Watermarking for Copyright Protection in Embedding-as-a-Service

Embedding-as-a-Service (EaaS) has become an important semantic infrastructure for natural language and multimedia applications, but it is highly vulnerable to model stealing and copyright infringement. Existing EaaS watermarking methods face a fundamental robustness--utility--verifiability tension: trigger-based methods are fragile to paraphrasing, transformation-based methods are sensitive to dimensional perturbation, and region-based methods may incur false positives due to coincidental geometric affinity. To address this problem, we propose GeoMark, a geometry-aware localized watermarking framework for EaaS copyright protection. GeoMark uses a natural in-manifold embedding as a shared watermark target, constructs geometry-separated anchors with explicit target--anchor margins, and activates watermark injection only within adaptive local neighborhoods. This design decouples where watermarking is triggered from what ownership is attributed to, achieving localized triggering and centralized attribution. Experiments on four benchmark datasets show that GeoMark preserves downstream utility and geometric fidelity while maintaining robust copyright verification under paraphrasing, dimensional perturbation, and CSE (Clustering, Selection, Elimination) attacks, with improved verification stability and low false-positive risk.

Rethinking Pan-sharpening: A New Training Process for Full-Resolution Generalization

The field of pan-sharpening has recently seen a trend towards increasingly large and complex models, often trained on single, specific satellite datasets. This one-dataset, one-model approach leads to high computational overhead and impractical deployment. More critically, it overlooks a core challenge: poor generalization from reduced-resolution (RR) training to real-world full-resolution (FR) data. In response to this issue, we challenge this paradigm. We introduce a multiple-in-one training strategy, where a single, compact model is trained simultaneously on three distinct satellite datasets (WV2, WV3, and GF2). Our experiments show the primary benefit of this unified strategy is a significant and universal boost in FR generalization (QNR) across all tested models, directly addressing this overlooked problem. This paradigm also inherently solves the one-model-per-dataset challenge, and we support it with a highly reproducible, dependency-free codebase for true usability. Finally, we propose PanTiny, a lightweight framework designed specifically for this new, robust paradigm. We demonstrate it achieves a superior performance-to-efficiency balance, proving that principled, simple and robust design is more effective than brute-force scaling in this practical setting. Our work advocates for a community-wide shift towards creating efficient, deployable, and truly generalizable models for pan-sharpening. Weakly-supervised Audio Temporal Forgery Localization via Progressive Audio-language Co-learning Network

Audio temporal forgery localization (ATFL) aims to find the precise forgery regions of the partial spoof audio that is purposefully modified. Existing ATFL methods rely on training efficient networks using fine-grained annotations, which are obtained costly and challenging in real-world scenarios. To meet this challenge, in this paper, we propose a progressive audio-language co-learning network (LOCO) that adopts co-learning and self-supervision manners to prompt localization performance under weak supervision scenarios. Specifically, an audio-language co-learning module is first designed to capture forgery consensus features by aligning semantics from temporal and global perspectives. In this module, forgery-aware prompts are constructed by using utterance-level annotations together with learnable prompts, which can incorporate semantic priors into temporal content features dynamically. In addition, a forgery localization module is applied to produce forgery proposals based on fused forgery-class activation sequences. Finally, a progressive refinement strategy is introduced to generate pseudo frame-level labels and leverage supervised semantic contrastive learning to amplify the semantic distinction between real and fake content, thereby continuously optimizing forgery-aware features. Extensive experiments show that the proposed LOCO achieves SOTA performance on three public benchmarks.

DriveSplat: Decoupled Driving Scene Reconstruction with Geometry-enhanced Partitioned Neural Gaussians

In the realm of driving scenarios, the presence of rapidly moving vehicles, pedestrians in motion, and large-scale static backgrounds poses significant challenges for 3D scene reconstruction. Recent methods based on 3D Gaussian Splatting address the motion blur problem by decoupling dynamic and static components within the scene. However, these decoupling strategies overlook background optimization with adequate geometry relationships and rely solely on fitting each training view by adding Gaussians. Therefore, these models exhibit limited robustness in rendering novel views and lack an accurate geometric representation. To address the above issues, we introduce DriveSplat, a high-quality reconstruction method for driving scenarios based on neural Gaussian representations with dynamic-static decoupling. To better accommodate the predominantly linear motion patterns of driving viewpoints, a region-wise voxel initialization scheme is employed, which partitions the scene into near, middle, and far regions to enhance close-range detail representation. Deformable neural Gaussians are introduced to model non-rigid dynamic actors, whose parameters are temporally adjusted by a learnable deformation network. The entire framework is further supervised by depth and normal priors from pre-trained models, improving the accuracy of geometric structures. Our method has been rigorously evaluated on the Waymo and KITTI datasets, demonstrating state-of-the-art performance in novel-view synthesis for driving scenarios.

A Multimodal Deviation Perceiving Framework for Weakly-Supervised Temporal Forgery Localization

Current researches on Deepfake forensics often treat detection as a classification task or temporal forgery localization problem, which are usually restrictive, time-consuming, and challenging to scale for large datasets. To resolve these issues, we present a multimodal deviation perceiving framework for weakly-supervised temporal forgery localization (MDP), which aims to identify temporal partial forged segments using only video-level annotations. The MDP proposes a novel multimodal interaction mechanism (MI) and an extensible deviation perceiving loss to perceive multimodal deviation, which achieves the refined start and end timestamps localization of forged segments. Specifically, MI introduces a temporal property preserving cross-modal attention to measure the relevance between the visual and audio modalities in the probabilistic embedding space. It could identify the inter-modality deviation and construct comprehensive video features for temporal forgery localization. To explore further temporal deviation for weakly-supervised learning, an extensible deviation perceiving loss has been proposed, aiming at enlarging the deviation of adjacent segments of the forged samples and reducing that of genuine samples. Extensive experiments demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed framework and achieve comparable results to fully-supervised approaches in several evaluation metrics.

Task Consistent Prototype Learning for Incremental Few-shot Semantic Segmentation

Incremental Few-Shot Semantic Segmentation (iFSS) tackles a task that requires a model to continually expand its segmentation capability on novel classes using only a few annotated examples. Typical incremental approaches encounter a challenge that the objective of the base training phase (fitting base classes with sufficient instances) does not align with the incremental learning phase (rapidly adapting to new classes with less forgetting). This disconnect can result in suboptimal performance in the incremental setting. This study introduces a meta-learning-based prototype approach that encourages the model to learn how to adapt quickly while preserving previous knowledge. Concretely, we mimic the incremental evaluation protocol during the base training session by sampling a sequence of pseudo-incremental tasks. Each task in the simulated sequence is trained using a meta-objective to enable rapid adaptation without forgetting. To enhance discrimination among class prototypes, we introduce prototype space redistribution learning, which dynamically updates class prototypes to establish optimal inter-prototype boundaries within the prototype space. Extensive experiments on iFSS datasets built upon PASCAL and COCO benchmarks show the advanced performance of the proposed approach, offering valuable insights for addressing iFSS challenges.

MotionAnymesh: Physics-Grounded Articulation for Simulation-Ready Digital Twins

Converting static 3D meshes into interactable articulated assets is crucial for embodied AI and robotic simulation. However, existing zero-shot pipelines struggle with complex assets due to a critical lack of physical grounding. Specifically, ungrounded Vision-Language Models (VLMs) frequently suffer from kinematic hallucinations, while unconstrained joint estimation inevitably leads to catastrophic mesh inter-penetration during physical simulation. To bridge this gap, we propose MotionAnymesh, an automated zero-shot framework that seamlessly transforms unstructured static meshes into simulation-ready digital twins. Our method features a kinematic-aware part segmentation module that grounds VLM reasoning with explicit SP4D physical priors, effectively eradicating kinematic hallucinations. Furthermore, we introduce a geometry-physics joint estimation pipeline that combines robust type-aware initialization with physics-constrained trajectory optimization to rigorously guarantee collision-free articulation. Extensive experiments demonstrate that MotionAnymesh significantly outperforms state-of-the-art baselines in both geometric precision and dynamic physical executability, providing highly reliable assets for downstream applications.

KineDiff3D: Kinematic-Aware Diffusion for Category-Level Articulated Object Shape Reconstruction and Generation

Articulated objects, such as laptops and drawers, exhibit significant challenges for 3D reconstruction and pose estimation due to their multi-part geometries and variable joint configurations, which introduce structural diversity across different states. To address these challenges, we propose KineDiff3D: Kinematic-Aware Diffusion for Category-Level Articulated Object Shape Reconstruction and Generation, a unified framework for reconstructing diverse articulated instances and pose estimation from single view input. Specifically, we first encode complete geometry (SDFs), joint angles, and part segmentation into a structured latent space via a novel Kinematic-Aware VAE (KA-VAE). In addition, we employ two conditional diffusion models: one for regressing global pose (SE(3)) and joint parameters, and another for generating the kinematic-aware latent code from partial observations. Finally, we produce an iterative optimization module that bidirectionally refines reconstruction accuracy and kinematic parameters via Chamfer-distance minimization while preserving articulation constraints. Experimental results on synthetic, semi-synthetic, and real-world datasets demonstrate the effectiveness of our approach in accurately reconstructing articulated objects and estimating their kinematic properties.

Weakly Supervised Multimodal Temporal Forgery Localization via Multitask Learning

The spread of Deepfake videos has caused a trust crisis and impaired social stability. Although numerous approaches have been proposed to address the challenges of Deepfake detection and localization, there is still a lack of systematic research on the weakly supervised multimodal fine-grained temporal forgery localization (WS-MTFL). In this paper, we propose a novel weakly supervised multimodal temporal forgery localization via multitask learning (WMMT), which addresses the WS-MTFL under the multitask learning paradigm. WMMT achieves multimodal fine-grained Deepfake detection and temporal partial forgery localization using merely video-level annotations. Specifically, visual and audio modality detection are formulated as two binary classification tasks. The multitask learning paradigm is introduced to integrate these tasks into a multimodal task. Furthermore, WMMT utilizes a Mixture-of-Experts structure to adaptively select appropriate features and localization head, achieving excellent flexibility and localization precision in WS-MTFL. A feature enhancement module with temporal property preserving attention mechanism is proposed to identify the intra- and inter-modality feature deviation and construct comprehensive video features. To further explore the temporal information for weakly supervised learning, an extensible deviation perceiving loss has been proposed, which aims to enlarge the deviation of adjacent segments of the forged samples and reduce the deviation of genuine samples. Extensive experiments demonstrate the effectiveness of multitask learning for WS-MTFL, and the WMMT achieves comparable results to fully supervised approaches in several evaluation metrics.

FDBPL: Faster Distillation-Based Prompt Learning for Region-Aware Vision-Language Models Adaptation

Prompt learning as a parameter-efficient method that has been widely adopted to adapt Vision-Language Models (VLMs) to downstream tasks. While hard-prompt design requires domain expertise and iterative optimization, soft-prompt methods rely heavily on task-specific hard labels, limiting their generalization to unseen categories. Recent popular distillation-based prompt learning methods improve generalization by exploiting larger teacher VLMs and unsupervised knowledge transfer, yet their repetitive teacher model online inference sacrifices the inherent training efficiency advantage of prompt learning. In this paper, we propose {\large {\textbf{F}}}aster {\large {\textbf{D}}}istillation-{\large {\textbf{B}}}ased {\large {\textbf{P}}}rompt {\large {\textbf{L}}}earning (\textbf{FDBPL}), which addresses these issues by sharing soft supervision contexts across multiple training stages and implementing accelerated I/O. Furthermore, FDBPL introduces a region-aware prompt learning paradigm with dual positive-negative prompt spaces to fully exploit randomly cropped regions that containing multi-level information. We propose a positive-negative space mutual learning mechanism based on similarity-difference learning, enabling student CLIP models to recognize correct semantics while learning to reject weakly related concepts, thereby improving zero-shot performance. Unlike existing distillation-based prompt learning methods that sacrifice parameter efficiency for generalization, FDBPL maintains dual advantages of parameter efficiency and strong downstream generalization. Comprehensive evaluations across 11 datasets demonstrate superior performance in base-to-new generalization, cross-dataset transfer, and robustness tests, achieving $2.2\times$ faster training speed.

Multilayer Graph Contrastive Clustering Network

Multilayer graph has garnered plenty of research attention in many areas due to their high utility in modeling interdependent systems. However, clustering of multilayer graph, which aims at dividing the graph nodes into categories or communities, is still at a nascent stage. Existing methods are often limited to exploiting the multiview attributes or multiple networks and ignoring more complex and richer network frameworks. To this end, we propose a generic and effective autoencoder framework for multilayer graph clustering named Multilayer Graph Contrastive Clustering Network (MGCCN). MGCCN consists of three modules: (1)Attention mechanism is applied to better capture the relevance between nodes and neighbors for better node embeddings. (2)To better explore the consistent information in different networks, a contrastive fusion strategy is introduced. (3)MGCCN employs a self-supervised component that iteratively strengthens the node embedding and clustering. Extensive experiments on different types of real-world graph data indicate that our proposed method outperforms state-of-the-art techniques.

Structured Graph Learning for Scalable Subspace Clustering: From Single-view to Multi-view

Graph-based subspace clustering methods have exhibited promising performance. However, they still suffer some of these drawbacks: encounter the expensive time overhead, fail in exploring the explicit clusters, and cannot generalize to unseen data points. In this work, we propose a scalable graph learning framework, seeking to address the above three challenges simultaneously. Specifically, it is based on the ideas of anchor points and bipartite graph. Rather than building a $n\times n$ graph, where $n$ is the number of samples, we construct a bipartite graph to depict the relationship between samples and anchor points. Meanwhile, a connectivity constraint is employed to ensure that the connected components indicate clusters directly. We further establish the connection between our method and the K-means clustering. Moreover, a model to process multi-view data is also proposed, which is linear scaled with respect to $n$. Extensive experiments demonstrate the efficiency and effectiveness of our approach with respect to many state-of-the-art clustering methods.
