Grasping the Arrow of Time from the Singularity: Decoding Micromotion in Low-dimensional Latent Spaces from StyleGANQiucheng Wu, Yifan Jiang, Junru Wu et al. · gatech
The disentanglement of StyleGAN latent space has paved the way for realistic and controllable image editing, but does StyleGAN know anything about temporal motion, as it was only trained on static images? To study the motion features in the latent space of StyleGAN, in this paper, we hypothesize and demonstrate that a series of meaningful, natural, and versatile small, local movements (referred to as "micromotion", such as expression, head movement, and aging effect) can be represented in low-rank spaces extracted from the latent space of a conventionally pre-trained StyleGAN-v2 model for face generation, with the guidance of proper "anchors" in the form of either short text or video clips. Starting from one target face image, with the editing direction decoded from the low-rank space, its micromotion features can be represented as simple as an affine transformation over its latent feature. Perhaps more surprisingly, such micromotion subspace, even learned from just single target face, can be painlessly transferred to other unseen face images, even those from vastly different domains (such as oil painting, cartoon, and sculpture faces). It demonstrates that the local feature geometry corresponding to one type of micromotion is aligned across different face subjects, and hence that StyleGAN-v2 is indeed "secretly" aware of the subject-disentangled feature variations caused by that micromotion. We present various successful examples of applying our low-dimensional micromotion subspace technique to directly and effortlessly manipulate faces, showing high robustness, low computational overhead, and impressive domain transferability. FlexNPU: Transparent NPU Virtualization for Dynamic LLM Prefill-Decode Co-locationJiongjiong Gu, Jianfeng Wang, Zidong Han et al.
Modern AI serving increasingly relies on NPUs for conventional inference and large language model serving. However, current NPU deployments commonly expose physical devices directly to applications, which limits runtime control over scheduling and makes it difficult to adapt execution to phase-level workload behavior. This limitation is particularly evident in LLM serving, where the prefill phase is compute-intensive while the decode phase is often constrained by memory bandwidth and KV-cache accesses. Static prefill-decode (PD) disaggregation reduces phase interference, but can introduce resource imbalance and unnecessary data movement. We present FlexNPU, a transparent user-space virtualization layer for Ascend NPUs. FlexNPU interposes on AscendCL APIs and routes NPU operations through per-device daemons, decoupling unmodified from physical NPU devices without modifying model code, AI frameworks, or NPU drivers. This runtime boundary allows FlexNPU to virtualize NPU objects, control operator dispatch, and support phase-aware scheduling for LLM serving. In particular, FlexNPU enables dynamic PD co-location, which adapts scheduling between prefill and decode according to their complementary resource characteristics. We implement FlexNPU on Huawei Ascend NPUs and evaluate it with typical LLM workloads. Compared with direct NPU passthrough, FlexNPU introduces no measurable inference overhead and slightly improves throughput in some scenarios. On a 384-card Ascend 910C deployment of DeepSeek-R1, FlexNPU improves throughput over static PD disaggregation by 5.15% and 26.33%. On Qwen2.5-7B, compared with static PD co-location, FlexNPU maintains comparable throughput while reducing TTFT by over 92% across tested workloads with nearly unchanged TPOT. These results show that transparent NPU virtualization is a practical substrate for efficient and responsive LLM serving.

Efficient Failure Management for Multi-Agent Systems with Reasoning Trace RepresentationLingzhe Zhang, Tong Jia, Mingyu Wang et al.
Large Language Models (LLM)-based Multi-Agent Systems (MASs) have emerged as a new paradigm in software system design, increasingly demonstrating strong reasoning and collaboration capabilities. As these systems become more complex and autonomous, effective failure management is essential to ensure reliability and availability. However, existing approaches often rely on per-trace reasoning, which leads to low efficiency, and neglect historical failure patterns, limiting diagnostic accuracy. In this paper, we conduct a preliminary empirical study to demonstrate the necessity, potential, and challenges of leveraging historical failure patterns to enhance failure management in MASs. Building on this insight, we propose \textbf{EAGER}, an efficient failure management framework for multi-agent systems based on reasoning trace representation. EAGER employs unsupervised reasoning-scoped contrastive learning to encode both intra-agent reasoning and inter-agent coordination, enabling real-time step-wise failure detection, diagnosis, and reflexive mitigation guided by historical failure knowledge. Preliminary evaluations on three open-source MASs demonstrate the effectiveness of EAGER and highlight promising directions for future research in reliable multi-agent system operations.

Trading off Quality for Efficiency of Community Detection: An Inductive Method across GraphsMeng Qin, Chaorui Zhang, Bo Bai et al.
Many network applications can be formulated as NP-hard combinatorial optimization problems of community detection (CD). Due to the NP-hardness, to balance the CD quality and efficiency remains a challenge. Most existing CD methods are transductive, which are independently optimized only for the CD on a single graph. Some of these methods use advanced machine learning techniques to obtain high-quality CD results but usually have high complexity. Other approaches use fast heuristic approximation to ensure low runtime but may suffer from quality degradation. In contrast to these transductive methods, we propose an alternative inductive community detection (ICD) method across graphs of a system or scenario to alleviate the NP-hard challenge. ICD first conducts the offline training of an adversarial dual GNN on historical graphs to capture key properties of the system. The trained model is then directly generalized to new unseen graphs for online CD without additional optimization, where a better trade-off between quality and efficiency can be achieved. ICD can also capture the permutation invariant community labels in the offline training and tackle the online CD on new graphs with non-fixed number of nodes and communities. Experiments on a set of benchmarks demonstrate that ICD can achieve a significant trade-off between quality and efficiency over various baselines.

M2F: Automated Formalization of Mathematical Literature at ScaleZichen Wang, Wanli Ma, Zhenyu Ming et al.
Automated formalization of mathematics enables mechanical verification but remains limited to isolated theorems and short snippets. Scaling to textbooks and research papers is largely unaddressed, as it requires managing cross-file dependencies, resolving imports, and ensuring that entire projects compile end-to-end. We present M2F (Math-to-Formal), the first agentic framework for end-to-end, project-scale autoformalization in Lean. The framework operates in two stages. The statement compilation stage splits the document into atomic blocks, orders them via inferred dependencies, and repairs declaration skeletons until the project compiles, allowing placeholders in proofs. The proof repair stage closes these holes under fixed signatures using goal-conditioned local edits. Throughout both stages, M2F keeps the verifier in the loop, committing edits only when toolchain feedback confirms improvement. In approximately three weeks, M2F converts long-form mathematical sources into a project-scale Lean library of 153,853 lines from 479 pages textbooks on real analysis and convex analysis, fully formalized as Lean declarations with accompanying proofs. This represents textbook-scale formalization at a pace that would typically require months or years of expert effort. On FATE-H, we achieve $96\%$ proof success (vs.\ $80\%$ for a strong baseline). Together, these results demonstrate that practical, large-scale automated formalization of mathematical literature is within reach. RuntimeSlicer: Towards Generalizable Unified Runtime State Representation for Failure ManagementLingzhe Zhang, Tong Jia, Weijie Hong et al.
Modern software systems operate at unprecedented scale and complexity, where effective failure management is critical yet increasingly challenging. Metrics, traces, and logs provide complementary views of system runtime behavior, but existing failure management approaches typically rely on task-oriented pipelines that tightly couple modality-specific preprocessing, representation learning, and downstream models, resulting in limited generalization across tasks and systems. To fill this gap, we propose RuntimeSlicer, a unified runtime state representation model towards generalizable failure management. RuntimeSlicer pre-trains a task-agnostic representation model that directly encodes metrics, traces, and logs into a single, aligned system-state embedding capturing the holistic runtime condition of the system. To train RuntimeSlicer, we introduce Unified Runtime Contrastive Learning, which integrates heterogeneous training data sources and optimizes complementary objectives for cross-modality alignment and temporal consistency. Building upon the learned system-state embeddings, we further propose State-Aware Task-Oriented Tuning, which performs unsupervised partitioning of runtime states and enables state-conditioned adaptation for downstream tasks. This design allows lightweight task-oriented models to be trained on top of the unified embedding without redesigning modality-specific encoders or preprocessing pipelines. Preliminary experiments on the AIOps 2022 dataset demonstrate the feasibility and effectiveness of RuntimeSlicer for system state modeling and failure management tasks.

Towards In-Depth Root Cause Localization for Microservices with Multi-Agent Recursion-of-ThoughtLingzhe Zhang, Tong Jia, Kangjin Wang et al.
As modern microservice systems grow increasingly complex due to dynamic interactions and evolving runtime environments, they experience failures with rising frequency. Ensuring system reliability therefore critically depends on accurate root cause localization (RCL). While numerous traditional machine learning and deep learning approaches have been explored for this task, they often suffer from limited interpretability and poor transferability across deployments. More recently, large language model (LLM)-based methods have been proposed to address these issues. However, existing LLM-based approaches still face two fundamental limitations: context explosion, which dilutes critical evidence and degrades localization accuracy, and serial reasoning structures, which hinder deep causal exploration and impair inference efficiency. In this paper, we conduct a comprehensive study of both how human SREs perform root cause localization in practice and why existing LLM-based methods fall short. Motivated by these findings, we introduce RCLAgent, an in-depth root cause localization framework for microservice systems that realizes multi-agent recursion-of-thought with parallel reasoning. RCLAgent decomposes the diagnostic process along the trace graph by assigning each span to a Dedicated Agent and organizing agents recursively and in parallel according to the graph topology, with the final diagnosis obtained by synthesizing the Root-Level Diagnosis Report and the Global Evidence Graph. Extensive experiments on multiple public benchmarks demonstrate that RCLAgent consistently outperforms state-of-the-art methods in both localization accuracy and inference efficiency.

Tight Lower Bounds on The Single-Error Detection Threshold for Analog Error-Correcting CodesZhengyi Jiang, Wenhao Liu, Zhongyi Huang et al.
Analog error-correcting codes (Analog ECCs) for approximate vector-matrix multiplication have been extensively studied as means to achieve fault-tolerant in-memory computation. The theoretical foundations for such coding schemes, particularly the characterization of their correction capabilities via the height profile, have been well established in recent literature. In this paper, we focus on the case of single-error detection Analog ECCs. Among several open problems related to this case proposed by Ron M. Roth in [1], Problem 1 asks: "Identify the values of $k$ and $n$ for which every linear $[n, k]$ code $\mathcal{C}$ over $\mathbb{R}$ satisfies: $$\mathsf{h}_1(\mathcal{C}):=\max_{\boldsymbol{c}\in \mathcal{C}\setminus{\{\boldsymbol{0}\}}}\mathsf{h}_1(\boldsymbol{c})\geq \Big\lceil \frac{k}{n-k} \Big\rceil.\text{"}$$ Here, for any $\boldsymbol{x}\in\mathbb{R}^n$, $\mathsf{h}_1(\boldsymbol{x})$ represents the ratio between the largest and second largest absolute values of $\boldsymbol{x}$'s entries. As the simplest special case of Problem 1 (with $n-k=2$), the following problem was posed as Problem 2 in [1]: "Must every $(n-2)$-dimensional subspace of $\mathbb{R}^n$, $n$ even, contain a nonzero vector in which the ratio between the largest and second largest absolute values of its entries is at least $(n/2)-1$?" These problems directly pertain to the lower bounds on the single-error detection threshold for Analog ECCs: Problem 1 corresponds to arbitrary $n-k$ and Problem 2 corresponds to $n-k=2$. In this paper, we provide an affirmative answer to Problem 2 and a rigorous proof using theories related to convex optimization. Furthermore, we extend our analytical method to show that the lower bound in Problem 1 is tight for the case where $n-k$ divides $k$. Our results fill the gap in the lower bound theory of thresholds for single-error detection in Analog ECCs.

T2I-Copilot: A Training-Free Multi-Agent Text-to-Image System for Enhanced Prompt Interpretation and Interactive GenerationChieh-Yun Chen, Min Shi, Gong Zhang et al.
Text-to-Image (T2I) generative models have revolutionized content creation but remain highly sensitive to prompt phrasing, often requiring users to repeatedly refine prompts multiple times without clear feedback. While techniques such as automatic prompt engineering, controlled text embeddings, denoising, and multi-turn generation mitigate these issues, they offer limited controllability, or often necessitate additional training, restricting the generalization abilities. Thus, we introduce T2I-Copilot, a training-free multi-agent system that leverages collaboration between (Multimodal) Large Language Models to automate prompt phrasing, model selection, and iterative refinement. This approach significantly simplifies prompt engineering while enhancing generation quality and text-image alignment compared to direct generation. Specifically, T2I-Copilot consists of three agents: (1) Input Interpreter, which parses the input prompt, resolves ambiguities, and generates a standardized report; (2) Generation Engine, which selects the appropriate model from different types of T2I models and organizes visual and textual prompts to initiate generation; and (3) Quality Evaluator, which assesses aesthetic quality and text-image alignment, providing scores and feedback for potential regeneration. T2I-Copilot can operate fully autonomously while also supporting human-in-the-loop intervention for fine-grained control. On GenAI-Bench, using open-source generation models, T2I-Copilot achieves a VQA score comparable to commercial models RecraftV3 and Imagen 3, surpasses FLUX1.1-pro by 6.17% at only 16.59% of its cost, and outperforms FLUX.1-dev and SD 3.5 Large by 9.11% and 6.36%. HATA: Trainable and Hardware-Efficient Hash-Aware Top-k Attention for Scalable Large Model InferencePing Gong, Jiawei Yi, Shengnan Wang et al.
Large Language Models (LLMs) have emerged as a pivotal research area, yet the attention module remains a critical bottleneck in LLM inference, even with techniques like KVCache to mitigate redundant computations. While various top-$k$ attention mechanisms have been proposed to accelerate LLM inference by exploiting the inherent sparsity of attention, they often struggled to strike a balance between efficiency and accuracy. In this paper, we introduce HATA (Hash-Aware Top-$k$ Attention), a novel approach that systematically integrates low-overhead learning-to-hash techniques into the Top-$k$ attention process. Different from the existing top-k attention methods which are devoted to seeking an absolute estimation of qk score, typically with a great cost, HATA maps queries and keys into binary hash codes, and acquires the relative qk score order with a quite low cost, which is sufficient for realizing top-k attention. Extensive experiments demonstrate that HATA achieves up to 7.2$\times$ speedup compared to vanilla full attention while maintaining model accuracy. In addition, HATA outperforms the state-of-the-art top-$k$ attention methods in both accuracy and efficiency across multiple mainstream LLM models and diverse tasks. We develop a unified mathematical framework for certified Top-$k$ attention truncation that quantifies approximation error at both the distribution and output levels. For a single attention distribution $P$ and its Top-$k$ truncation $\hat P$, we show that the total-variation distance coincides with the discarded softmax tail mass and satisfies $\mathrm{TV}(P,\hat P)=1-e^{-\mathrm{KL}(\hat P\Vert P)}$, yielding sharp Top-$k$-specific bounds in place of generic inequalities. From this we derive non-asymptotic deterministic bounds -- from a single boundary gap through multi-gap and blockwise variants -- that control $\mathrm{TV}(P,\hat P)$ using only the ordered logits. Experiments on bert-base-uncased and synthetic logits confirm the predicted scaling of $k_\varepsilon/n$ and show that certified Top-$k$ can reduce scored keys by 2-4$\times$ on average while meeting the prescribed total-variation budget.

AutoSchemaKG: Autonomous Knowledge Graph Construction through Dynamic Schema Induction from Web-Scale CorporaJiaxin Bai, Wei Fan, Qi Hu et al.
We present AutoSchemaKG, a framework for fully autonomous knowledge graph construction that eliminates the need for predefined schemas. Our system leverages large language models to simultaneously extract knowledge triples and induce comprehensive schemas directly from text, modeling both entities and events while employing conceptualization to organize instances into semantic categories. Processing over 50 million documents, we construct ATLAS (Automated Triple Linking And Schema induction), a family of knowledge graphs with 900+ million nodes and 5.9 billion edges. This approach outperforms state-of-the-art baselines on multi-hop QA tasks and enhances LLM factuality. Notably, our schema induction achieves 92\% semantic alignment with human-crafted schemas with zero manual intervention, demonstrating that billion-scale knowledge graphs with dynamically induced schemas can effectively complement parametric knowledge in large language models.

OptProver: Bridging Olympiad and Optimization through Continual Training in Formal Theorem ProvingChenyi Li, Yanchen Nie, Zhengyu Ming et al.
Recent advances in formal theorem proving have focused on Olympiad-level mathematics, leaving undergraduate domains largely unexplored. Optimization, fundamental to machine learning, operations research, and scientific computing, remains underserved by existing provers. Its reliance on domain-specific formalisms (convexity, optimality conditions, and algorithmic analysis) creates significant distribution shift, making naive domain transfer ineffective. We present OptProver, a trained model that achieves robust transfer from Olympiad to undergraduate optimization. Starting from a strong Olympiad-level prover, our pipeline mitigates distribution shift through two key innovations. First, we employ large-scale optimization-focused data curation via expert iteration. Second, we introduce a specialized preference learning objective that integrates perplexity-weighted optimization with a mechanism to penalize valid but non-progressing proof steps. This not only addresses distribution shifts but also guides the search toward efficient trajectories. To enable rigorous evaluation, we construct a novel benchmark in Lean 4 focused on optimization. On this benchmark, OptProver achieves state-of-the-art Pass@1 and Pass@32 among comparably sized models while maintaining competitive performance on general theorem-proving tasks, demonstrating effective domain transfer without catastrophic forgetting.

Efficient Long-Context LLM Inference via KV Cache ClusteringJie Hu, Shengnan Wang, Yutong He et al.
Large language models (LLMs) with extended context windows have become increasingly prevalent for tackling complex tasks. However, the substantial Key-Value (KV) cache required for long-context LLMs poses significant deployment challenges. Existing approaches either discard potentially critical information needed for future generations or offer limited efficiency gains due to high computational overhead. In this paper, we introduce Chelsea, a simple yet effective framework for online KV cache clustering. Our approach is based on the observation that key states exhibit high similarity along the sequence dimension. To enable efficient clustering, we divide the sequence into chunks and propose Chunked Soft Matching, which employs an alternating partition strategy within each chunk and identifies clusters based on similarity. Chelsea then merges the KV cache within each cluster into a single centroid. Additionally, we provide a theoretical analysis of the computational complexity and the optimality of the intra-chunk partitioning strategy. Extensive experiments across various models and long-context benchmarks demonstrate that Chelsea achieves up to 80% reduction in KV cache memory usage while maintaining comparable model performance. Moreover, with minimal computational overhead, Chelsea accelerates the decoding stage of inference by up to 3.19$\times$ and reduces end-to-end latency by up to 2.72$\times$.

AtlasKV: Augmenting LLMs with Billion-Scale Knowledge Graphs in 20GB VRAMHaoyu Huang, Hong Ting Tsang, Jiaxin Bai et al.
Retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) has shown some success in augmenting large language models (LLMs) with external knowledge. However, as a non-parametric knowledge integration paradigm for LLMs, RAG methods heavily rely on external retrieval modules and the retrieved textual context prior. Especially for very large scale knowledge augmentation, they would introduce substantial inference latency due to expensive searches and much longer relevant context. In this paper, we propose a parametric knowledge integration method, called \textbf{AtlasKV}, a scalable, effective, and general way to augment LLMs with billion-scale knowledge graphs (KGs) (e.g. 1B triples) using very little GPU memory cost (e.g. less than 20GB VRAM). In AtlasKV, we introduce KG2KV and HiKVP to integrate KG triples into LLMs at scale with sub-linear time and memory complexity. It maintains strong knowledge grounding and generalization performance using the LLMs' inherent attention mechanism, and requires no external retrievers, long context priors, or retraining when adapting to new knowledge.

More Control for Free! Image Synthesis with Semantic Diffusion GuidanceXihui Liu, Dong Huk Park, Samaneh Azadi et al.
Controllable image synthesis models allow creation of diverse images based on text instructions or guidance from a reference image. Recently, denoising diffusion probabilistic models have been shown to generate more realistic imagery than prior methods, and have been successfully demonstrated in unconditional and class-conditional settings. We investigate fine-grained, continuous control of this model class, and introduce a novel unified framework for semantic diffusion guidance, which allows either language or image guidance, or both. Guidance is injected into a pretrained unconditional diffusion model using the gradient of image-text or image matching scores, without re-training the diffusion model. We explore CLIP-based language guidance as well as both content and style-based image guidance in a unified framework. Our text-guided synthesis approach can be applied to datasets without associated text annotations. We conduct experiments on FFHQ and LSUN datasets, and show results on fine-grained text-guided image synthesis, synthesis of images related to a style or content reference image, and examples with both textual and image guidance.

Comprehensive and Clinically Accurate Head and Neck Organs at Risk Delineation via Stratified Deep Learning: A Large-scale Multi-Institutional StudyDazhou Guo, Jia Ge, Xianghua Ye et al.
Accurate organ at risk (OAR) segmentation is critical to reduce the radiotherapy post-treatment complications. Consensus guidelines recommend a set of more than 40 OARs in the head and neck (H&N) region, however, due to the predictable prohibitive labor-cost of this task, most institutions choose a substantially simplified protocol by delineating a smaller subset of OARs and neglecting the dose distributions associated with other OARs. In this work we propose a novel, automated and highly effective stratified OAR segmentation (SOARS) system using deep learning to precisely delineate a comprehensive set of 42 H&N OARs. SOARS stratifies 42 OARs into anchor, mid-level, and small & hard subcategories, with specifically derived neural network architectures for each category by neural architecture search (NAS) principles. We built SOARS models using 176 training patients in an internal institution and independently evaluated on 1327 external patients across six different institutions. It consistently outperformed other state-of-the-art methods by at least 3-5% in Dice score for each institutional evaluation (up to 36% relative error reduction in other metrics). More importantly, extensive multi-user studies evidently demonstrated that 98% of the SOARS predictions need only very minor or no revisions for direct clinical acceptance (saving 90% radiation oncologists workload), and their segmentation and dosimetric accuracy are within or smaller than the inter-user variation. These findings confirmed the strong clinical applicability of SOARS for the OAR delineation process in H&N cancer radiotherapy workflows, with improved efficiency, comprehensiveness, and quality.

Cross-lingual Entity Alignment with Adversarial Kernel Embedding and Adversarial Knowledge TranslationGong Zhang, Yang Zhou, Sixing Wu et al.
Cross-lingual entity alignment, which aims to precisely connect the same entities in different monolingual knowledge bases (KBs) together, often suffers challenges from feature inconsistency to sequence context unawareness. This paper presents a dual adversarial learning framework for cross-lingual entity alignment, DAEA, with two original contributions. First, in order to address the structural and attribute feature inconsistency between entities in two knowledge graphs (KGs), an adversarial kernel embedding technique is proposed to extract graph-invariant information in an unsupervised manner, and project two KGs into the common embedding space. Second, in order to further improve successful rate of entity alignment, we propose to produce multiple random walks through each entity to be aligned and mask these entities in random walks. With the guidance of known aligned entities in the context of multiple random walks, an adversarial knowledge translation model is developed to fill and translate masked entities in pairwise random walks from two KGs. Extensive experiments performed on real-world datasets show that DAEA can well solve the feature inconsistency and sequence context unawareness issues and significantly outperforms thirteen state-of-the-art entity alignment methods.

Query-aware Tip Generation for Vertical SearchYang Yang, Junmei Hao, Canjia Li et al.
As a concise form of user reviews, tips have unique advantages to explain the search results, assist users' decision making, and further improve user experience in vertical search scenarios. Existing work on tip generation does not take query into consideration, which limits the impact of tips in search scenarios. To address this issue, this paper proposes a query-aware tip generation framework, integrating query information into encoding and subsequent decoding processes. Two specific adaptations of Transformer and Recurrent Neural Network (RNN) are proposed. For Transformer, the query impact is incorporated into the self-attention computation of both the encoder and the decoder. As for RNN, the query-aware encoder adopts a selective network to distill query-relevant information from the review, while the query-aware decoder integrates the query information into the attention computation during decoding. The framework consistently outperforms the competing methods on both public and real-world industrial datasets. Last but not least, online deployment experiments on Dianping demonstrate the advantage of the proposed framework for tip generation as well as its online business values.

GCN-GAN: A Non-linear Temporal Link Prediction Model for Weighted Dynamic NetworksKai Lei, Meng Qin, Bo Bai et al.
In this paper, we generally formulate the dynamics prediction problem of various network systems (e.g., the prediction of mobility, traffic and topology) as the temporal link prediction task. Different from conventional techniques of temporal link prediction that ignore the potential non-linear characteristics and the informative link weights in the dynamic network, we introduce a novel non-linear model GCN-GAN to tackle the challenging temporal link prediction task of weighted dynamic networks. The proposed model leverages the benefits of the graph convolutional network (GCN), long short-term memory (LSTM) as well as the generative adversarial network (GAN). Thus, the dynamics, topology structure and evolutionary patterns of weighted dynamic networks can be fully exploited to improve the temporal link prediction performance. Concretely, we first utilize GCN to explore the local topological characteristics of each single snapshot and then employ LSTM to characterize the evolving features of the dynamic networks. Moreover, GAN is used to enhance the ability of the model to generate the next weighted network snapshot, which can effectively tackle the sparsity and the wide-value-range problem of edge weights in real-life dynamic networks. To verify the model's effectiveness, we conduct extensive experiments on four datasets of different network systems and application scenarios. The experimental results demonstrate that our model achieves impressive results compared to the state-of-the-art competitors.
