Towards Prompt-robust Face Privacy Protection via Adversarial Decoupling Augmentation FrameworkRuijia Wu, Yuhang Wang, Huafeng Shi et al.
Denoising diffusion models have shown remarkable potential in various generation tasks. The open-source large-scale text-to-image model, Stable Diffusion, becomes prevalent as it can generate realistic artistic or facial images with personalization through fine-tuning on a limited number of new samples. However, this has raised privacy concerns as adversaries can acquire facial images online and fine-tune text-to-image models for malicious editing, leading to baseless scandals, defamation, and disruption to victims' lives. Prior research efforts have focused on deriving adversarial loss from conventional training processes for facial privacy protection through adversarial perturbations. However, existing algorithms face two issues: 1) they neglect the image-text fusion module, which is the vital module of text-to-image diffusion models, and 2) their defensive performance is unstable against different attacker prompts. In this paper, we propose the Adversarial Decoupling Augmentation Framework (ADAF), addressing these issues by targeting the image-text fusion module to enhance the defensive performance of facial privacy protection algorithms. ADAF introduces multi-level text-related augmentations for defense stability against various attacker prompts. Concretely, considering the vision, text, and common unit space, we propose Vision-Adversarial Loss, Prompt-Robust Augmentation, and Attention-Decoupling Loss. Extensive experiments on CelebA-HQ and VGGFace2 demonstrate ADAF's promising performance, surpassing existing algorithms.

Enhancing Cluster Resilience: LLM-agent Based Autonomous Intelligent Cluster Diagnosis System and Evaluation FrameworkHonghao Shi, Longkai Cheng, Wenli Wu et al.
Recent advancements in Large Language Models (LLMs) and related technologies such as Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and Diagram of Thought (DoT) have enabled the creation of autonomous intelligent systems capable of performing cluster diagnostics and troubleshooting. By integrating these technologies with self-play methodologies, we have developed an LLM-agent system designed to autonomously diagnose and resolve issues within AI clusters. Our innovations include a knowledge base tailored for cluster diagnostics, enhanced LLM algorithms, practical deployment strategies for agents, and a benchmark specifically designed for evaluating LLM capabilities in this domain. Through extensive experimentation across multiple dimensions, we have demonstrated the superiority of our system in addressing the challenges faced in cluster diagnostics, particularly in detecting and rectifying performance issues more efficiently and accurately than traditional methods.

Adaptive Context Network for Scene ParsingJun Fu, Jing Liu, Yuhang Wang et al.
Recent works attempt to improve scene parsing performance by exploring different levels of contexts, and typically train a well-designed convolutional network to exploit useful contexts across all pixels equally. However, in this paper, we find that the context demands are varying from different pixels or regions in each image. Based on this observation, we propose an Adaptive Context Network (ACNet) to capture the pixel-aware contexts by a competitive fusion of global context and local context according to different per-pixel demands. Specifically, when given a pixel, the global context demand is measured by the similarity between the global feature and its local feature, whose reverse value can be used to measure the local context demand. We model the two demand measurements by the proposed global context module and local context module, respectively, to generate adaptive contextual features. Furthermore, we import multiple such modules to build several adaptive context blocks in different levels of network to obtain a coarse-to-fine result. Finally, comprehensive experimental evaluations demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed ACNet, and new state-of-the-arts performances are achieved on all four public datasets, i.e. Cityscapes, ADE20K, PASCAL Context, and COCO Stuff.

Stacked Deconvolutional Network for Semantic SegmentationJun Fu, Jing Liu, Yuhang Wang et al.
Recent progress in semantic segmentation has been driven by improving the spatial resolution under Fully Convolutional Networks (FCNs). To address this problem, we propose a Stacked Deconvolutional Network (SDN) for semantic segmentation. In SDN, multiple shallow deconvolutional networks, which are called as SDN units, are stacked one by one to integrate contextual information and guarantee the fine recovery of localization information. Meanwhile, inter-unit and intra-unit connections are designed to assist network training and enhance feature fusion since the connections improve the flow of information and gradient propagation throughout the network. Besides, hierarchical supervision is applied during the upsampling process of each SDN unit, which guarantees the discrimination of feature representations and benefits the network optimization. We carry out comprehensive experiments and achieve the new state-of-the-art results on three datasets, including PASCAL VOC 2012, CamVid, GATECH. In particular, our best model without CRF post-processing achieves an intersection-over-union score of 86.6% in the test set.
Quantized Convolutional Neural Networks for Mobile DevicesJiaxiang Wu, Cong Leng, Yuhang Wang et al.
Recently, convolutional neural networks (CNN) have demonstrated impressive performance in various computer vision tasks. However, high performance hardware is typically indispensable for the application of CNN models due to the high computation complexity, which prohibits their further extensions. In this paper, we propose an efficient framework, namely Quantized CNN, to simultaneously speed-up the computation and reduce the storage and memory overhead of CNN models. Both filter kernels in convolutional layers and weighting matrices in fully-connected layers are quantized, aiming at minimizing the estimation error of each layer's response. Extensive experiments on the ILSVRC-12 benchmark demonstrate 4~6x speed-up and 15~20x compression with merely one percentage loss of classification accuracy. With our quantized CNN model, even mobile devices can accurately classify images within one second.
