Home3D 1.0: A High-Fidelity Image-to-3D Asset Generation System for Interior DesignYiyun Fei, Guoqiu Li, Jin Song et al.
We present Home3D 1.0, a modular image-to-3D generation system that produces high-quality 3D assets from a single reference image, targeting interior design and e-commerce applications. Given a photograph of a furniture or decor item, the system outputs a mesh with physically-based rendering (PBR) materials, and the mesh can be decomposed into material-specific components. The pipeline is organized into four tightly coupled modules: Geometry reconstructs a watertight mesh through latent SDF modelling with a geometry VAE and a coarse-to-fine flow-matching DiT; Texture predicts multiview albedo observations, reprojects them onto the mesh, and completes unseen surface regions with a 3D texture field; Material uses MatWeaver to obtain component masks through video-based segmentation and UV-space voting, then retrieves and bakes PBR maps from a curated material library through hierarchical multi-modal matching; and Parts generates material-editable semantic part meshes with a PartVAE and PartDiT, decoding multi-head part-specific SDF fields in one pass. Each module is evaluated independently with dedicated metrics, highlighting both the current system capability and the remaining gaps toward broader deployment.

VERITAS: Leveraging Vision Priors and Expert Fusion to Improve Multimodal DataTingqiao Xu, Ziru Zeng, Jiayu Chen
The quality of supervised fine-tuning (SFT) data is crucial for the performance of large multimodal models (LMMs), yet current data enhancement methods often suffer from factual errors and hallucinations due to inadequate visual perception. To address this challenge, we propose VERITAS, a pipeline that systematically integrates vision priors and multiple state-of-the-art LMMs with statistical methods to enhance SFT data quality. VERITAS leverages visual recognition models (RAM++) and OCR systems (PP-OCRv4) to extract structured vision priors, which are combined with images, questions, and answers. Three LMMs (GPT-4o, Gemini-2.5-Pro, Doubao-1.5-pro) evaluate the original answers, providing critique rationales and scores that are statistically fused into a high-confidence consensus score serving as ground truth. Using this consensus, we train a lightweight critic model via Group Relative Policy Optimization (GRPO), enhancing reasoning capabilities efficiently. Each LMM then refines the original answers based on the critiques, generating new candidate answers; we select the highest-scoring one as the final refined answer. Experiments across six multimodal benchmarks demonstrate that models fine-tuned with data processed by VERITAS consistently outperform those using raw data, particularly in text-rich and fine-grained reasoning tasks. Our critic model exhibits enhanced capability comparable to state-of-the-art LMMs while being significantly more efficient. We release our pipeline, datasets, and model checkpoints to advance research in multimodal data optimization.

Enhancing cross-domain detection: adaptive class-aware contrastive transformerZiru Zeng, Yue Ding, Hongtao Lu
Recently, the detection transformer has gained substantial attention for its inherent minimal post-processing requirement. However, this paradigm relies on abundant training data, yet in the context of the cross-domain adaptation, insufficient labels in the target domain exacerbate issues of class imbalance and model performance degradation. To address these challenges, we propose a novel class-aware cross domain detection transformer based on the adversarial learning and mean-teacher framework.First, considering the inconsistencies between the classification and regression tasks,we introduce an IoU-aware prediction branch and exploit the consistency of classification and location scores to filter and reweight pseudo labels.Second, we devise a dynamic category threshold refinement to adaptively manage model confidence.Third,to alleviate the class imbalance,an instance-level class-aware contrastive learning module is presented to encourage the generation of discriminative features for each class, particularly benefiting minority classes.Experimental results across diverse domain-adaptive scenarios validate our method's effectiveness in improving performance and alleviating class imbalance issues, which outperforms the state-of-the-art transformer based methods.
