Point-M2AE: Multi-scale Masked Autoencoders for Hierarchical Point Cloud Pre-training

Masked Autoencoders (MAE) have shown great potentials in self-supervised pre-training for language and 2D image transformers. However, it still remains an open question on how to exploit masked autoencoding for learning 3D representations of irregular point clouds. In this paper, we propose Point-M2AE, a strong Multi-scale MAE pre-training framework for hierarchical self-supervised learning of 3D point clouds. Unlike the standard transformer in MAE, we modify the encoder and decoder into pyramid architectures to progressively model spatial geometries and capture both fine-grained and high-level semantics of 3D shapes. For the encoder that downsamples point tokens by stages, we design a multi-scale masking strategy to generate consistent visible regions across scales, and adopt a local spatial self-attention mechanism during fine-tuning to focus on neighboring patterns. By multi-scale token propagation, the lightweight decoder gradually upsamples point tokens with complementary skip connections from the encoder, which further promotes the reconstruction from a global-to-local perspective. Extensive experiments demonstrate the state-of-the-art performance of Point-M2AE for 3D representation learning. With a frozen encoder after pre-training, Point-M2AE achieves 92.9% accuracy for linear SVM on ModelNet40, even surpassing some fully trained methods. By fine-tuning on downstream tasks, Point-M2AE achieves 86.43% accuracy on ScanObjectNN, +3.36% to the second-best, and largely benefits the few-shot classification, part segmentation and 3D object detection with the hierarchical pre-training scheme. ViewRefer: Grasp the Multi-view Knowledge for 3D Visual Grounding with GPT and Prototype Guidance

Understanding 3D scenes from multi-view inputs has been proven to alleviate the view discrepancy issue in 3D visual grounding. However, existing methods normally neglect the view cues embedded in the text modality and fail to weigh the relative importance of different views. In this paper, we propose ViewRefer, a multi-view framework for 3D visual grounding exploring how to grasp the view knowledge from both text and 3D modalities. For the text branch, ViewRefer leverages the diverse linguistic knowledge of large-scale language models, e.g., GPT, to expand a single grounding text to multiple geometry-consistent descriptions. Meanwhile, in the 3D modality, a transformer fusion module with inter-view attention is introduced to boost the interaction of objects across views. On top of that, we further present a set of learnable multi-view prototypes, which memorize scene-agnostic knowledge for different views, and enhance the framework from two perspectives: a view-guided attention module for more robust text features, and a view-guided scoring strategy during the final prediction. With our designed paradigm, ViewRefer achieves superior performance on three benchmarks and surpasses the second-best by +2.8%, +1.5%, and +1.35% on Sr3D, Nr3D, and ScanRefer. COHERENT: Collaboration of Heterogeneous Multi-Robot System with Large Language Models

Leveraging the powerful reasoning capabilities of large language models (LLMs), recent LLM-based robot task planning methods yield promising results. However, they mainly focus on single or multiple homogeneous robots on simple tasks. Practically, complex long-horizon tasks always require collaboration among multiple heterogeneous robots especially with more complex action spaces, which makes these tasks more challenging. To this end, we propose COHERENT, a novel LLM-based task planning framework for collaboration of heterogeneous multi-robot systems including quadrotors, robotic dogs, and robotic arms. Specifically, a Proposal-Execution-Feedback-Adjustment (PEFA) mechanism is designed to decompose and assign actions for individual robots, where a centralized task assigner makes a task planning proposal to decompose the complex task into subtasks, and then assigns subtasks to robot executors. Each robot executor selects a feasible action to implement the assigned subtask and reports self-reflection feedback to the task assigner for plan adjustment. The PEFA loops until the task is completed. Moreover, we create a challenging heterogeneous multi-robot task planning benchmark encompassing 100 complex long-horizon tasks. The experimental results show that our work surpasses the previous methods by a large margin in terms of success rate and execution efficiency. Kinematic-aware Prompting for Generalizable Articulated Object Manipulation with LLMs

Generalizable articulated object manipulation is essential for home-assistant robots. Recent efforts focus on imitation learning from demonstrations or reinforcement learning in simulation, however, due to the prohibitive costs of real-world data collection and precise object simulation, it still remains challenging for these works to achieve broad adaptability across diverse articulated objects. Recently, many works have tried to utilize the strong in-context learning ability of Large Language Models (LLMs) to achieve generalizable robotic manipulation, but most of these researches focus on high-level task planning, sidelining low-level robotic control. In this work, building on the idea that the kinematic structure of the object determines how we can manipulate it, we propose a kinematic-aware prompting framework that prompts LLMs with kinematic knowledge of objects to generate low-level motion trajectory waypoints, supporting various object manipulation. To effectively prompt LLMs with the kinematic structure of different objects, we design a unified kinematic knowledge parser, which represents various articulated objects as a unified textual description containing kinematic joints and contact location. Building upon this unified description, a kinematic-aware planner model is proposed to generate precise 3D manipulation waypoints via a designed kinematic-aware chain-of-thoughts prompting method. Our evaluation spanned 48 instances across 16 distinct categories, revealing that our framework not only outperforms traditional methods on 8 seen categories but also shows a powerful zero-shot capability for 8 unseen articulated object categories. Moreover, the real-world experiments on 7 different object categories prove our framework's adaptability in practical scenarios. Towards Nonlinear-Motion-Aware and Occlusion-Robust Rolling Shutter Correction

This paper addresses the problem of rolling shutter correction in complex nonlinear and dynamic scenes with extreme occlusion. Existing methods suffer from two main drawbacks. Firstly, they face challenges in estimating the accurate correction field due to the uniform velocity assumption, leading to significant image correction errors under complex motion. Secondly, the drastic occlusion in dynamic scenes prevents current solutions from achieving better image quality because of the inherent difficulties in aligning and aggregating multiple frames. To tackle these challenges, we model the curvilinear trajectory of pixels analytically and propose a geometry-based Quadratic Rolling Shutter (QRS) motion solver, which precisely estimates the high-order correction field of individual pixels. Besides, to reconstruct high-quality occlusion frames in dynamic scenes, we present a 3D video architecture that effectively Aligns and Aggregates multi-frame context, namely, RSA2-Net. We evaluate our method across a broad range of cameras and video sequences, demonstrating its significant superiority. Specifically, our method surpasses the state-of-the-art by +4.98, +0.77, and +4.33 of PSNR on Carla-RS, Fastec-RS, and BS-RSC datasets, respectively. One-Shot High-Fidelity Talking-Head Synthesis with Deformable Neural Radiance Field

Talking head generation aims to generate faces that maintain the identity information of the source image and imitate the motion of the driving image. Most pioneering methods rely primarily on 2D representations and thus will inevitably suffer from face distortion when large head rotations are encountered. Recent works instead employ explicit 3D structural representations or implicit neural rendering to improve performance under large pose changes. Nevertheless, the fidelity of identity and expression is not so desirable, especially for novel-view synthesis. In this paper, we propose HiDe-NeRF, which achieves high-fidelity and free-view talking-head synthesis. Drawing on the recently proposed Deformable Neural Radiance Fields, HiDe-NeRF represents the 3D dynamic scene into a canonical appearance field and an implicit deformation field, where the former comprises the canonical source face and the latter models the driving pose and expression. In particular, we improve fidelity from two aspects: (i) to enhance identity expressiveness, we design a generalized appearance module that leverages multi-scale volume features to preserve face shape and details; (ii) to improve expression preciseness, we propose a lightweight deformation module that explicitly decouples the pose and expression to enable precise expression modeling. Not All Features Matter: Enhancing Few-shot CLIP with Adaptive Prior Refinement

The popularity of Contrastive Language-Image Pre-training (CLIP) has propelled its application to diverse downstream vision tasks. To improve its capacity on downstream tasks, few-shot learning has become a widely-adopted technique. However, existing methods either exhibit limited performance or suffer from excessive learnable parameters. In this paper, we propose APE, an Adaptive Prior rEfinement method for CLIP's pre-trained knowledge, which achieves superior accuracy with high computational efficiency. Via a prior refinement module, we analyze the inter-class disparity in the downstream data and decouple the domain-specific knowledge from the CLIP-extracted cache model. On top of that, we introduce two model variants, a training-free APE and a training-required APE-T. We explore the trilateral affinities between the test image, prior cache model, and textual representations, and only enable a lightweight category-residual module to be trained. For the average accuracy over 11 benchmarks, both APE and APE-T attain state-of-the-art and respectively outperform the second-best by +1.59% and +1.99% under 16 shots with x30 less learnable parameters.

RadarSFD: Single-Frame Diffusion with Pretrained Priors for Radar Point Clouds

Millimeter-wave radar provides robust perception in fog, smoke, dust, and low light, making it attractive for size-, weight-, and power-constrained robotic platforms. Existing radar imaging methods typically rely on synthetic aperture or multi-frame aggregation to improve resolution, which is impractical for small aerial, inspection, or wearable systems. We present RadarSFD, a conditional latent diffusion framework that reconstructs dense LiDAR-like point clouds from a single radar frame without motion or SAR. Our approach transfers geometric priors from a pretrained monocular depth estimator into the diffusion backbone, anchors them to radar inputs via channel-wise latent concatenation, and regularizes outputs with a dual-space objective combining latent and pixel-space losses. On the RadarHD benchmark, RadarSFD achieves state-of-the-art performance against baseline models. Qualitative results show recovery of fine walls and narrow gaps, and experiments across new environments confirm strong generalization. Ablation studies highlight the importance of pretrained initialization, radar BEV conditioning, and the dual-space loss. Together, these results establish a practical single-frame, no-SAR mmWave radar pipeline for dense point cloud perception in compact robotic systems.

Point-PEFT: Parameter-Efficient Fine-Tuning for 3D Pre-trained Models

The popularity of pre-trained large models has revolutionized downstream tasks across diverse fields, such as language, vision, and multi-modality. To minimize the adaption cost for downstream tasks, many Parameter-Efficient Fine-Tuning (PEFT) techniques are proposed for language and 2D image pre-trained models. However, the specialized PEFT method for 3D pre-trained models is still under-explored. To this end, we introduce Point-PEFT, a novel framework for adapting point cloud pre-trained models with minimal learnable parameters. Specifically, for a pre-trained 3D model, we freeze most of its parameters, and only tune the newly added PEFT modules on downstream tasks, which consist of a Point-prior Prompt and a Geometry-aware Adapter. The Point-prior Prompt adopts a set of learnable prompt tokens, for which we propose to construct a memory bank with domain-specific knowledge, and utilize a parameter-free attention to enhance the prompt tokens. The Geometry-aware Adapter aims to aggregate point cloud features within spatial neighborhoods to capture fine-grained geometric information through local interactions. Extensive experiments indicate that our Point-PEFT can achieve better performance than the full fine-tuning on various downstream tasks, while using only 5% of the trainable parameters, demonstrating the efficiency and effectiveness of our approach. RCLane: Relay Chain Prediction for Lane Detection

Lane detection is an important component of many real-world autonomous systems. Despite a wide variety of lane detection approaches have been proposed, reporting steady benchmark improvements over time, lane detection remains a largely unsolved problem. This is because most of the existing lane detection methods either treat the lane detection as a dense prediction or a detection task, few of them consider the unique topologies (Y-shape, Fork-shape, nearly horizontal lane) of the lane markers, which leads to sub-optimal solution. In this paper, we present a new method for lane detection based on relay chain prediction. Specifically, our model predicts a segmentation map to classify the foreground and background region. For each pixel point in the foreground region, we go through the forward branch and backward branch to recover the whole lane. Each branch decodes a transfer map and a distance map to produce the direction moving to the next point, and how many steps to progressively predict a relay station (next point). As such, our model is able to capture the keypoints along the lanes. Despite its simplicity, our strategy allows us to establish new state-of-the-art on four major benchmarks including TuSimple, CULane, CurveLanes and LLAMAS.

Fully Self-Supervised Depth Estimation from Defocus Clue

Depth-from-defocus (DFD), modeling the relationship between depth and defocus pattern in images, has demonstrated promising performance in depth estimation. Recently, several self-supervised works try to overcome the difficulties in acquiring accurate depth ground-truth. However, they depend on the all-in-focus (AIF) images, which cannot be captured in real-world scenarios. Such limitation discourages the applications of DFD methods. To tackle this issue, we propose a completely self-supervised framework that estimates depth purely from a sparse focal stack. We show that our framework circumvents the needs for the depth and AIF image ground-truth, and receives superior predictions, thus closing the gap between the theoretical success of DFD works and their applications in the real world. In particular, we propose (i) a more realistic setting for DFD tasks, where no depth or AIF image ground-truth is available; (ii) a novel self-supervision framework that provides reliable predictions of depth and AIF image under the challenging setting. The proposed framework uses a neural model to predict the depth and AIF image, and utilizes an optical model to validate and refine the prediction. We verify our framework on three benchmark datasets with rendered focal stacks and real focal stacks. Qualitative and quantitative evaluations show that our method provides a strong baseline for self-supervised DFD tasks.

GS-SLAM: Dense Visual SLAM with 3D Gaussian Splatting

In this paper, we introduce \textbf{GS-SLAM} that first utilizes 3D Gaussian representation in the Simultaneous Localization and Mapping (SLAM) system. It facilitates a better balance between efficiency and accuracy. Compared to recent SLAM methods employing neural implicit representations, our method utilizes a real-time differentiable splatting rendering pipeline that offers significant speedup to map optimization and RGB-D rendering. Specifically, we propose an adaptive expansion strategy that adds new or deletes noisy 3D Gaussians in order to efficiently reconstruct new observed scene geometry and improve the mapping of previously observed areas. This strategy is essential to extend 3D Gaussian representation to reconstruct the whole scene rather than synthesize a static object in existing methods. Moreover, in the pose tracking process, an effective coarse-to-fine technique is designed to select reliable 3D Gaussian representations to optimize camera pose, resulting in runtime reduction and robust estimation. Closed-Loop Action Chunks with Dynamic Corrections for Training-Free Diffusion Policy

Diffusion-based policies have achieved remarkable results in robotic manipulation but often struggle to adapt rapidly in dynamic scenarios, leading to delayed responses or task failures. We present DCDP, a Dynamic Closed-Loop Diffusion Policy framework that integrates chunk-based action generation with real-time correction. DCDP integrates a self-supervised dynamic feature encoder, cross-attention fusion, and an asymmetric action encoder-decoder to inject environmental dynamics before action execution, achieving real-time closed-loop action correction and enhancing the system's adaptability in dynamic scenarios. In dynamic PushT simulations, DCDP improves adaptability by 19\% without retraining while requiring only 5\% additional computation. Its modular design enables plug-and-play integration, achieving both temporal coherence and real-time responsiveness in dynamic robotic scenarios, including real-world manipulation tasks. Low-Light Hyperspectral Image Enhancement

Due to inadequate energy captured by the hyperspectral camera sensor in poor illumination conditions, low-light hyperspectral images (HSIs) usually suffer from low visibility, spectral distortion, and various noises. A range of HSI restoration methods have been developed, yet their effectiveness in enhancing low-light HSIs is constrained. This work focuses on the low-light HSI enhancement task, which aims to reveal the spatial-spectral information hidden in darkened areas. To facilitate the development of low-light HSI processing, we collect a low-light HSI (LHSI) dataset of both indoor and outdoor scenes. Based on Laplacian pyramid decomposition and reconstruction, we developed an end-to-end data-driven low-light HSI enhancement (HSIE) approach trained on the LHSI dataset. With the observation that illumination is related to the low-frequency component of HSI, while textural details are closely correlated to the high-frequency component, the proposed HSIE is designed to have two branches. The illumination enhancement branch is adopted to enlighten the low-frequency component with reduced resolution. The high-frequency refinement branch is utilized for refining the high-frequency component via a predicted mask. In addition, to improve information flow and boost performance, we introduce an effective channel attention block (CAB) with residual dense connection, which served as the basic block of the illumination enhancement branch. The effectiveness and efficiency of HSIE both in quantitative assessment measures and visual effects are demonstrated by experimental results on the LHSI dataset. According to the classification performance on the remote sensing Indian Pines dataset, downstream tasks benefit from the enhanced HSI. Propagate And Calibrate: Real-time Passive Non-line-of-sight Tracking

Non-line-of-sight (NLOS) tracking has drawn increasing attention in recent years, due to its ability to detect object motion out of sight. Most previous works on NLOS tracking rely on active illumination, e.g., laser, and suffer from high cost and elaborate experimental conditions. Besides, these techniques are still far from practical application due to oversimplified settings. In contrast, we propose a purely passive method to track a person walking in an invisible room by only observing a relay wall, which is more in line with real application scenarios, e.g., security. To excavate imperceptible changes in videos of the relay wall, we introduce difference frames as an essential carrier of temporal-local motion messages. In addition, we propose PAC-Net, which consists of alternating propagation and calibration, making it capable of leveraging both dynamic and static messages on a frame-level granularity. To evaluate the proposed method, we build and publish the first dynamic passive NLOS tracking dataset, NLOS-Track, which fills the vacuum of realistic NLOS datasets. NLOS-Track contains thousands of NLOS video clips and corresponding trajectories. Both real-shot and synthetic data are included. Disentangled Contrastive Image Translation for Nighttime Surveillance

Nighttime surveillance suffers from degradation due to poor illumination and arduous human annotations. It is challengable and remains a security risk at night. Existing methods rely on multi-spectral images to perceive objects in the dark, which are troubled by low resolution and color absence. We argue that the ultimate solution for nighttime surveillance is night-to-day translation, or Night2Day, which aims to translate a surveillance scene from nighttime to the daytime while maintaining semantic consistency. To achieve this, this paper presents a Disentangled Contrastive (DiCo) learning method. Specifically, to address the poor and complex illumination in the nighttime scenes, we propose a learnable physical prior, i.e., the color invariant, which provides a stable perception of a highly dynamic night environment and can be incorporated into the learning pipeline of neural networks. Targeting the surveillance scenes, we develop a disentangled representation, which is an auxiliary pretext task that separates surveillance scenes into the foreground and background with contrastive learning. Such a strategy can extract the semantics without supervision and boost our model to achieve instance-aware translation. Finally, we incorporate all the modules above into generative adversarial networks and achieve high-fidelity translation. This paper also contributes a new surveillance dataset called NightSuR. It includes six scenes to support the study on nighttime surveillance. This dataset collects nighttime images with different properties of nighttime environments, such as flare and extreme darkness. Extensive experiments demonstrate that our method outperforms existing works significantly. The dataset and source code will be released on GitHub soon.

Are We Ready for RL in Text-to-3D Generation? A Progressive Investigation

Reinforcement learning (RL), earlier proven to be effective in large language and multi-modal models, has been successfully extended to enhance 2D image generation recently. However, applying RL to 3D generation remains largely unexplored due to the higher spatial complexity of 3D objects, which require globally consistent geometry and fine-grained local textures. This makes 3D generation significantly sensitive to reward designs and RL algorithms. To address these challenges, we conduct the first systematic study of RL for text-to-3D autoregressive generation across several dimensions. (1) Reward designs: We evaluate reward dimensions and model choices, showing that alignment with human preference is crucial, and that general multi-modal models provide robust signal for 3D attributes. (2) RL algorithms: We study GRPO variants, highlighting the effectiveness of token-level optimization, and further investigate the scaling of training data and iterations. (3) Text-to-3D Benchmarks: Since existing benchmarks fail to measure implicit reasoning abilities in 3D generation models, we introduce MME-3DR. (4) Advanced RL paradigms: Motivated by the natural hierarchy of 3D generation, we propose Hi-GRPO, which optimizes the global-to-local hierarchical 3D generation through dedicated reward ensembles. Based on these insights, we develop AR3D-R1, the first RL-enhanced text-to-3D model, expert from coarse shape to texture refinement. Implicit Event-RGBD Neural SLAM

Implicit neural SLAM has achieved remarkable progress recently. Nevertheless, existing methods face significant challenges in non-ideal scenarios, such as motion blur or lighting variation, which often leads to issues like convergence failures, localization drifts, and distorted mapping. To address these challenges, we propose EN-SLAM, the first event-RGBD implicit neural SLAM framework, which effectively leverages the high rate and high dynamic range advantages of event data for tracking and mapping. Specifically, EN-SLAM proposes a differentiable CRF (Camera Response Function) rendering technique to generate distinct RGB and event camera data via a shared radiance field, which is optimized by learning a unified implicit representation with the captured event and RGBD supervision. Moreover, based on the temporal difference property of events, we propose a temporal aggregating optimization strategy for the event joint tracking and global bundle adjustment, capitalizing on the consecutive difference constraints of events, significantly enhancing tracking accuracy and robustness. Finally, we construct the simulated dataset DEV-Indoors and real captured dataset DEV-Reals containing 6 scenes, 17 sequences with practical motion blur and lighting changes for evaluations. Experimental results show that our method outperforms the SOTA methods in both tracking ATE and mapping ACC with a real-time 17 FPS in various challenging environments. Q-GeoMem: Question-Guided Geometric Memory for Video Spatial Reasoning

Video spatial reasoning requires accumulating viewpoint-dependent evidence over time while retaining information useful to the question being asked. Existing spatial video-language models improve geometric perception and long-range context modeling, but often treat memory as a generic temporal cache, which can introduce redundant or irrelevant geometry and weaken long-horizon reasoning. We propose \textbf{\ours}, a question-guided geometric memory framework for video spatial reasoning. \ours injects camera-conditioned geometry into visual tokens and maintains two complementary memories: a Fine-Grained Context Bank for recent dense features and camera states, and a Semantic-Geometric Evidence Bank for compact long-range evidence. Each candidate frame is scored by the product of Q-Former-based question relevance and novelty with respect to the retained bank; this score is stored and reused during reading, while a capacity-based replacement rule keeps the bank compact. During reasoning, both memories are read before update and adaptively fused with the current frame representation. Experiments on VSI-Bench and VSTI-Bench show that \ours achieves state-of-the-art performance among evaluated spatial reasoning models, validating the effectiveness of question-guided geometric memory. Ablations further verify the contribution of the proposed evidence scoring mechanism.

Learning 2D Invariant Affordance Knowledge for 3D Affordance Grounding

3D Object Affordance Grounding aims to predict the functional regions on a 3D object and has laid the foundation for a wide range of applications in robotics. Recent advances tackle this problem via learning a mapping between 3D regions and a single human-object interaction image. However, the geometric structure of the 3D object and the object in the human-object interaction image are not always consistent, leading to poor generalization. To address this issue, we propose to learn generalizable invariant affordance knowledge from multiple human-object interaction images within the same affordance category. Specifically, we introduce the \textbf{M}ulti-\textbf{I}mage Guided Invariant-\textbf{F}eature-Aware 3D \textbf{A}ffordance \textbf{G}rounding (\textbf{MIFAG}) framework. It grounds 3D object affordance regions by identifying common interaction patterns across multiple human-object interaction images. First, the Invariant Affordance Knowledge Extraction Module (\textbf{IAM}) utilizes an iterative updating strategy to gradually extract aligned affordance knowledge from multiple images and integrate it into an affordance dictionary. Then, the Affordance Dictionary Adaptive Fusion Module (\textbf{ADM}) learns comprehensive point cloud representations that consider all affordance candidates in multiple images. Besides, the Multi-Image and Point Affordance (\textbf{MIPA}) benchmark is constructed and our method outperforms existing state-of-the-art methods on various experimental comparisons. AlignBot: Aligning VLM-powered Customized Task Planning with User Reminders Through Fine-Tuning for Household Robots

This paper presents AlignBot, a novel framework designed to optimize VLM-powered customized task planning for household robots by effectively aligning with user reminders. In domestic settings, aligning task planning with user reminders poses significant challenges due to the limited quantity, diversity, and multimodal nature of the reminders. To address these challenges, AlignBot employs a fine-tuned LLaVA-7B model, functioning as an adapter for GPT-4o. This adapter model internalizes diverse forms of user reminders-such as personalized preferences, corrective guidance, and contextual assistance-into structured instruction-formatted cues that prompt GPT-4o in generating customized task plans. Additionally, AlignBot integrates a dynamic retrieval mechanism that selects task-relevant historical successes as prompts for GPT-4o, further enhancing task planning accuracy. To validate the effectiveness of AlignBot, experiments are conducted in real-world household environments, which are constructed within the laboratory to replicate typical household settings. A multimodal dataset with over 1,500 entries derived from volunteer reminders is used for training and evaluation. The results demonstrate that AlignBot significantly improves customized task planning, outperforming existing LLM- and VLM-powered planners by interpreting and aligning with user reminders, achieving 86.8% success rate compared to the vanilla GPT-4o baseline at 21.6%, reflecting a 65% improvement and over four times greater effectiveness. SpatialVLA: Exploring Spatial Representations for Visual-Language-Action Model

In this paper, we claim that spatial understanding is the keypoint in robot manipulation, and propose SpatialVLA to explore effective spatial representations for the robot foundation model. Specifically, we introduce Ego3D Position Encoding to inject 3D information into the input observations of the visual-language-action model, and propose Adaptive Action Grids to represent spatial robot movement actions with adaptive discretized action grids, facilitating learning generalizable and transferrable spatial action knowledge for cross-robot control. SpatialVLA is first pre-trained on top of a vision-language model with 1.1 Million real-world robot episodes, to learn a generalist manipulation policy across multiple robot environments and tasks. After pre-training, SpatialVLA is directly applied to perform numerous tasks in a zero-shot manner. The superior results in both simulation and real-world robots demonstrate its advantage of inferring complex robot motion trajectories and its strong in-domain multi-task generalization ability. We further show the proposed Adaptive Action Grids offer a new and effective way to fine-tune the pre-trained SpatialVLA model for new simulation and real-world setups, where the pre-learned action grids are re-discretized to capture robot-specific spatial action movements of new setups. The superior results from extensive evaluations demonstrate the exceptional in-distribution generalization and out-of-distribution adaptation capability, highlighting the crucial benefit of the proposed spatial-aware representations for generalist robot policy learning. KOI: Accelerating Online Imitation Learning via Hybrid Key-state Guidance

Online Imitation Learning struggles with the gap between extensive online exploration space and limited expert trajectories, hindering efficient exploration due to inaccurate reward estimation. Inspired by the findings from cognitive neuroscience, we hypothesize that an agent could estimate precise task-aware reward for efficient online exploration, through decomposing the target task into the objectives of "what to do" and the mechanisms of "how to do". In this work, we introduce the hybrid Key-state guided Online Imitation (KOI) learning method, which leverages the integration of semantic and motion key states as guidance for reward estimation. Initially, we utilize visual-language models to extract semantic key states from expert trajectory, indicating the objectives of "what to do". Within the intervals between semantic key states, optical flow is employed to capture motion key states to understand the mechanisms of "how to do". By integrating a thorough grasp of hybrid key states, we refine the trajectory-matching reward computation, accelerating online imitation learning with task-aware exploration. We evaluate not only the success rate of the tasks in the Meta-World and LIBERO environments, but also the trend of variance during online imitation learning, proving that our method is more sample efficient. We also conduct real-world robotic manipulation experiments to validate the efficacy of our method, demonstrating the practical applicability of our KOI method. Semi-LLIE: Semi-supervised Contrastive Learning with Mamba-based Low-light Image Enhancement

Despite the impressive advancements made in recent low-light image enhancement techniques, the scarcity of paired data has emerged as a significant obstacle to further advancements. This work proposes a mean-teacher-based semi-supervised low-light enhancement (Semi-LLIE) framework that integrates the unpaired data into model training. The mean-teacher technique is a prominent semi-supervised learning method, successfully adopted for addressing high-level and low-level vision tasks. However, two primary issues hinder the naive mean-teacher method from attaining optimal performance in low-light image enhancement. Firstly, pixel-wise consistency loss is insufficient for transferring realistic illumination distribution from the teacher to the student model, which results in color cast in the enhanced images. Secondly, cutting-edge image enhancement approaches fail to effectively cooperate with the mean-teacher framework to restore detailed information in dark areas due to their tendency to overlook modeling structured information within local regions. To mitigate the above issues, we first introduce a semantic-aware contrastive loss to faithfully transfer the illumination distribution, contributing to enhancing images with natural colors. Then, we design a Mamba-based low-light image enhancement backbone to effectively enhance Mamba's local region pixel relationship representation ability with a multi-scale feature learning scheme, facilitating the generation of images with rich textural details. Further, we propose novel perceptive loss based on the large-scale vision-language Recognize Anything Model (RAM) to help generate enhanced images with richer textual details. The experimental results indicate that our Semi-LLIE surpasses existing methods in both quantitative and qualitative metrics.

Learn Weightlessness: Imitate Non-Self-Stabilizing Motions on Humanoid Robot

The integration of imitation and reinforcement learning has enabled remarkable advances in humanoid whole-body control, facilitating diverse human-like behaviors. However, research on environment-dependent motions remains limited. Existing methods typically enforce rigid trajectory tracking while neglecting physical interactions with the environment. We observe that humans naturally exploit a "weightless" state during non-self-stabilizing (NSS) motions--selectively relaxing specific joints to allow passive body--environment contact, thereby stabilizing the body and completing the motion. Inspired by this biological mechanism, we design a weightlessness-state auto-labeling strategy for dataset annotation; and we propose the Weightlessness Mechanism (WM), a method that dynamically determines which joints to relax and to what level, together enabling effective environmental interaction while executing target motions. We evaluate our approach on 3 representative NSS tasks: sitting on chairs of varying heights, lying down on beds with different inclinations, and leaning against walls via shoulder or elbow. Extensive experiments in simulation and on the Unitree G1 robot demonstrate that our WM method, trained on single-action demonstrations without any task-specific tuning, achieves strong generalization across diverse environmental configurations while maintaining motion stability. Our work bridges the gap between precise trajectory tracking and adaptive environmental interaction, offering a biologically-inspired solution for contact-rich humanoid control.

RPG: Robust Policy Gating for Smooth Multi-Skill Transitions in Humanoid Fighting

Humanoid robots have demonstrated impressive motor skills in a wide range of tasks, yet whole-body control for humanlike long-time, dynamic fighting remains particularly challenging due to the stringent requirements on agility and stability. While imitation learning enables robots to execute human-like fighting skills, existing approaches often rely on switching among multiple single-skill policies or employing a general policy to imitate input reference motions. These strategies suffer from instability when transitioning between skills, as the mismatch of initial and terminal states across skills or reference motions introduces out-of-domain disturbances, resulting in unsmooth or unstable behaviors. In this work, we propose RPG, a hybrid expert policy framework, for smooth and stable humanoid multi-skills transition. Our approach incorporates motion transition randomization and temporal randomization to train a unified policy that generates agile fighting actions with stability and smoothness during skill transitions. Furthermore, we design a control pipeline that integrates walking/running locomotion with fighting skills, allowing humanlike long-time combat of arbitrary duration that can be seamlessly interrupted or transit action policies at any time. Extensive experiments in simulation demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed framework, and real-world deployment on the Unitree G1 humanoid robot further validates its robustness and applicability.

ZeroWBC: Learning Natural Visuomotor Humanoid Control Directly from Human Egocentric Video

Achieving versatile and naturalistic whole-body control for humanoid robot scene-interaction remains a significant challenge. While some recent works have demonstrated autonomous humanoid interactive control, they are constrained to rigid locomotion patterns and expensive teleoperation data collection, lacking the versatility to execute more human-like natural behaviors such as sitting or kicking. Furthermore, acquiring the necessary real robot teleoperation data is prohibitively expensive and time-consuming. To address these limitations, we introduce ZeroWBC, a novel framework that learns a natural humanoid visuomotor control policy directly from human egocentric videos, eliminating the need for large-scale robot teleoperation data and enabling natural humanoid robot scene-interaction control. Specifically, our approach first fine-tunes a Vision-Language Model (VLM) to predict future whole-body human motions based on text instructions and egocentric visual context, then these generated motions are retargeted to real robot joints and executed via our robust general motion tracking policy for humanoid whole-body control. Extensive experiments on the Unitree G1 humanoid robot demonstrate that our method outperforms baseline approaches in motion naturalness and versatility, successfully establishing a pipeline that eliminates teleoperation data collection overhead for whole-body humanoid control, offering a scalable and efficient paradigm for general humanoid whole-body control.

Diffusion-driven lensless fiber endomicroscopic quantitative phase imaging towards digital pathology

Lensless fiber endomicroscope is an emerging tool for in-vivo microscopic imaging, where quantitative phase imaging (QPI) can be utilized as a label-free method to enhance image contrast. However, existing single-shot phase reconstruction methods through lensless fiber endomicroscope typically perform well on simple images but struggle with complex microscopic structures. Here, we propose a speckle-conditioned diffusion model (SpecDiffusion), which reconstructs phase images directly from speckles captured at the detection side of a multi-core fiber (MCF). Unlike conventional neural networks, SpecDiffusion employs iterative phase denoising steps for speckle-driven phase reconstruction. The iteration scheme allows SpecDiffusion to break down the phase reconstruction process into multiple steps, gradually building up to the final phase image. This attribute alleviates the computation challenge at each step and enables the reconstruction of rich details in complex microscopic images. To validate its efficacy, we build an optical system to capture speckles from MCF and construct a dataset consisting of 100,000 paired images. SpecDiffusion provides high-fidelity phase reconstruction results and shows powerful generalization capacity for unseen objects, such as test charts and biological tissues, reducing the average mean absolute error of the reconstructed tissue images by 7 times. Furthermore, the reconstructed tissue images using SpecDiffusion shows higher accuracy in zero-shot cell segmentation tasks compared to the conventional method, demonstrating the potential for further cell morphology analysis through the learning-based lensless fiber endomicroscope. SpecDiffusion offers a precise and generalized method to phase reconstruction through scattering media, including MCFs, opening new perspective in lensless fiber endomicroscopic imaging.

PhyGile: Physics-Prefix Guided Motion Generation for Agile General Humanoid Motion Tracking

Humanoid robots are expected to execute agile and expressive whole-body motions in real-world settings. Existing text-to-motion generation models are predominantly trained on captured human motion datasets, whose priors assume human biomechanics, actuation, mass distribution, and contact strategies. When such motions are directly retargeted to humanoid robots, the resulting trajectories may satisfy geometric constraints (e.g., joint limits and pose continuity) and appear kinematically reasonable. However, they frequently violate the physical feasibility required for real-world execution. To address these issues, we present PhyGile, a unified framework that closes the loop between robot-native motion generation and General Motion Tracking (GMT). PhyGile performs physics-prefix-guided robot-native motion generation at inference time, directly generating robot-native motions in a 262-dimensional skeletal space with physics-guided prefixes, thereby eliminating inference-time retargeting artifacts and reducing generation-execution discrepancies. Before physics-prefix adaptation, we train the GMT controller with a curriculum-based mixture-of-experts scheme, followed by post-training on unlabeled motion data to improve robustness over large-scale robot motions. During physics-prefix adaptation, the GMT controller is further fine-tuned with generated objectives under physics-derived prefixes, enabling agile and stable execution of complex motions on real robots. Extensive offline and real-robot experiments demonstrate that PhyGile expands the frontier of text-driven humanoid control, enabling stable tracking of agile, highly difficult whole-body motions that go well beyond walking and low-dynamic motions typically achieved by prior methods.

Any2Point: Empowering Any-modality Large Models for Efficient 3D Understanding

Large foundation models have recently emerged as a prominent focus of interest, attaining superior performance in widespread scenarios. Due to the scarcity of 3D data, many efforts have been made to adapt pre-trained transformers from vision to 3D domains. However, such 2D-to-3D approaches are still limited, due to the potential loss of spatial geometries and high computation cost. More importantly, their frameworks are mainly designed for 2D models, lacking a general any-to-3D paradigm. In this paper, we introduce Any2Point, a parameter-efficient method to empower any-modality large models (vision, language, audio) for 3D understanding. Given a frozen transformer from any source modality, we propose a 3D-to-any (1D or 2D) virtual projection strategy that correlates the input 3D points to the original 1D or 2D positions within the source modality. This mechanism enables us to assign each 3D token with a positional encoding paired with the pre-trained model, which avoids 3D geometry loss caused by the true projection and better motivates the transformer for 3D learning with 1D/2D positional priors. Then, within each transformer block, we insert an any-to-3D guided adapter module for parameter-efficient fine-tuning. The adapter incorporates prior spatial knowledge from the source modality to guide the local feature aggregation of 3D tokens, compelling the semantic adaption of any-modality transformers. Understanding Degradation with Vision Language Model

Understanding visual degradations is a critical yet challenging problem in computer vision. While recent Vision-Language Models (VLMs) excel at qualitative description, they often fall short in understanding the parametric physics underlying image degradations. In this work, we redefine degradation understanding as a hierarchical structured prediction task, necessitating the concurrent estimation of degradation types, parameter keys, and their continuous physical values. Although these sub-tasks operate in disparate spaces, we prove that they can be unified under one autoregressive next-token prediction paradigm, whose error is bounded by the value-space quantization grid. Building on this insight, we introduce DU-VLM, a multimodal chain-of-thought model trained with supervised fine-tuning and reinforcement learning using structured rewards. Furthermore, we show that DU-VLM can serve as a zero-shot controller for pre-trained diffusion models, enabling high-fidelity image restoration without fine-tuning the generative backbone. We also introduce \textbf{DU-110k}, a large-scale dataset comprising 110,000 clean-degraded pairs with grounded physical annotations. Extensive experiments demonstrate that our approach significantly outperforms generalist baselines in both accuracy and robustness, exhibiting generalization to unseen distributions.

Vehicle Perception from Satellite

Satellites are capable of capturing high-resolution videos. It makes vehicle perception from satellite become possible. Compared to street surveillance, drive recorder or other equipments, satellite videos provide a much broader city-scale view, so that the global dynamic scene of the traffic are captured and displayed. Traffic monitoring from satellite is a new task with great potential applications, including traffic jams prediction, path planning, vehicle dispatching, \emph{etc.}. Practically, limited by the resolution and view, the captured vehicles are very tiny (a few pixels) and move slowly. Worse still, these satellites are in Low Earth Orbit (LEO) to capture such high-resolution videos, so the background is also moving. Under this circumstance, traffic monitoring from the satellite view is an extremely challenging task. To attract more researchers into this field, we build a large-scale benchmark for traffic monitoring from satellite. It supports several tasks, including tiny object detection, counting and density estimation. The dataset is constructed based on 12 satellite videos and 14 synthetic videos recorded from GTA-V. They are separated into 408 video clips, which contain 7,336 real satellite images and 1,960 synthetic images. 128,801 vehicles are annotated totally, and the number of vehicles in each image varies from 0 to 101. Several classic and state-of-the-art approaches in traditional computer vision are evaluated on the datasets, so as to compare the performance of different approaches, analyze the challenges in this task, and discuss the future prospects. Calibration-free quantitative phase imaging in multi-core fiber endoscopes using end-to-end deep learning

Quantitative phase imaging (QPI) through multi-core fibers (MCFs) has been an emerging in vivo label-free endoscopic imaging modality with minimal invasiveness. However, the computational demands of conventional iterative phase retrieval algorithms have limited their real-time imaging potential. We demonstrate a learning-based MCF phase imaging method, that significantly reduced the phase reconstruction time to 5.5 ms, enabling video-rate imaging at 181 fps. Moreover, we introduce an innovative optical system that automatically generated the first open-source dataset tailored for MCF phase imaging, comprising 50,176 paired speckle and phase images. Our trained deep neural network (DNN) demonstrates robust phase reconstruction performance in experiments with a mean fidelity of up to 99.8\%. Such an efficient fiber phase imaging approach can broaden the applications of QPI in hard-to-reach areas.

Physical prior guided cooperative learning framework for joint turbulence degradation estimation and infrared video restoration

Infrared imaging and turbulence strength measurements are in widespread demand in many fields. This paper introduces a Physical Prior Guided Cooperative Learning (P2GCL) framework to jointly enhance atmospheric turbulence strength estimation and infrared image restoration. P2GCL involves a cyclic collaboration between two models, i.e., a TMNet measures turbulence strength and outputs the refractive index structure constant (Cn2) as a physical prior, a TRNet conducts infrared image sequence restoration based on Cn2 and feeds the restored images back to the TMNet to boost the measurement accuracy. A novel Cn2-guided frequency loss function and a physical constraint loss are introduced to align the training process with physical theories. Experiments demonstrate P2GCL achieves the best performance for both turbulence strength estimation (improving Cn2 MAE by 0.0156, enhancing R2 by 0.1065) and image restoration (enhancing PSNR by 0.2775 dB), validating the significant impact of physical prior guided cooperative learning.

Exploring the Potential of Encoder-free Architectures in 3D LMMs

Encoder-free architectures have been preliminarily explored in the 2D visual domain, yet it remains an open question whether they can be effectively applied to 3D understanding scenarios. In this paper, we present the first comprehensive investigation into the potential of encoder-free architectures to alleviate the challenges of encoder-based 3D Large Multimodal Models (LMMs). These challenges include the failure to adapt to varying point cloud resolutions and the point features from the encoder not meeting the semantic needs of Large Language Models (LLMs). We identify key aspects for 3D LMMs to remove the encoder and enable the LLM to assume the role of the 3D encoder: 1) We propose the LLM-embedded Semantic Encoding strategy in the pre-training stage, exploring the effects of various point cloud self-supervised losses. And we present the Hybrid Semantic Loss to extract high-level semantics. 2) We introduce the Hierarchical Geometry Aggregation strategy in the instruction tuning stage. This incorporates inductive bias into the LLM layers to focus on the local details of the point clouds. To the end, we present the first Encoder-free 3D LMM, ENEL. Our 7B model rivals the current state-of-the-art model, ShapeLLM-13B, achieving 55.10%, 50.98%, and 43.10% on the classification, captioning, and VQA tasks, respectively. Our results demonstrate that the encoder-free architecture is highly promising for replacing encoder-based architectures in the field of 3D understanding. OpenFly: A Comprehensive Platform for Aerial Vision-Language Navigation

Vision-Language Navigation (VLN) aims to guide agents by leveraging language instructions and visual cues, playing a pivotal role in embodied AI. Indoor VLN has been extensively studied, whereas outdoor aerial VLN remains underexplored. The potential reason is that outdoor aerial view encompasses vast areas, making data collection more challenging, which results in a lack of benchmarks. To address this problem, we propose OpenFly, a platform comprising various rendering engines, a versatile toolchain, and a large-scale benchmark for aerial VLN. Firstly, we integrate diverse rendering engines and advanced techniques for environment simulation, including Unreal Engine, GTA V, Google Earth, and 3D Gaussian Splatting (3D GS). Particularly, 3D GS supports real-to-sim rendering, further enhancing the realism of our environments. Secondly, we develop a highly automated toolchain for aerial VLN data collection, streamlining point cloud acquisition, scene semantic segmentation, flight trajectory creation, and instruction generation. Thirdly, based on the toolchain, we construct a large-scale aerial VLN dataset with 100k trajectories, covering diverse heights and lengths across 18 scenes. Moreover, we propose OpenFly-Agent, a keyframe-aware VLN model emphasizing key observations during flight. For benchmarking, extensive experiments and analyses are conducted, evaluating several recent VLN methods and showcasing the superiority of our OpenFly platform and agent. X4D-SceneFormer: Enhanced Scene Understanding on 4D Point Cloud Videos through Cross-modal Knowledge Transfer

The field of 4D point cloud understanding is rapidly developing with the goal of analyzing dynamic 3D point cloud sequences. However, it remains a challenging task due to the sparsity and lack of texture in point clouds. Moreover, the irregularity of point cloud poses a difficulty in aligning temporal information within video sequences. To address these issues, we propose a novel cross-modal knowledge transfer framework, called X4D-SceneFormer. This framework enhances 4D-Scene understanding by transferring texture priors from RGB sequences using a Transformer architecture with temporal relationship mining. Specifically, the framework is designed with a dual-branch architecture, consisting of an 4D point cloud transformer and a Gradient-aware Image Transformer (GIT). During training, we employ multiple knowledge transfer techniques, including temporal consistency losses and masked self-attention, to strengthen the knowledge transfer between modalities. This leads to enhanced performance during inference using single-modal 4D point cloud inputs. Extensive experiments demonstrate the superior performance of our framework on various 4D point cloud video understanding tasks, including action recognition, action segmentation and semantic segmentation. The results achieve 1st places, i.e., 85.3% (+7.9%) accuracy and 47.3% (+5.0%) mIoU for 4D action segmentation and semantic segmentation, on the HOI4D challenge\footnote{\url{http://www.hoi4d.top/}.}, outperforming previous state-of-the-art by a large margin. Pessimistic Value Iteration for Multi-Task Data Sharing in Offline Reinforcement Learning

Offline Reinforcement Learning (RL) has shown promising results in learning a task-specific policy from a fixed dataset. However, successful offline RL often relies heavily on the coverage and quality of the given dataset. In scenarios where the dataset for a specific task is limited, a natural approach is to improve offline RL with datasets from other tasks, namely, to conduct Multi-Task Data Sharing (MTDS). Nevertheless, directly sharing datasets from other tasks exacerbates the distribution shift in offline RL. In this paper, we propose an uncertainty-based MTDS approach that shares the entire dataset without data selection. Given ensemble-based uncertainty quantification, we perform pessimistic value iteration on the shared offline dataset, which provides a unified framework for single- and multi-task offline RL. We further provide theoretical analysis, which shows that the optimality gap of our method is only related to the expected data coverage of the shared dataset, thus resolving the distribution shift issue in data sharing. Empirically, we release an MTDS benchmark and collect datasets from three challenging domains. Cross-modal Generative Model for Visual-Guided Binaural Stereo Generation

Binaural stereo audio is recorded by imitating the way the human ear receives sound, which provides people with an immersive listening experience. Existing approaches leverage autoencoders and directly exploit visual spatial information to synthesize binaural stereo, resulting in a limited representation of visual guidance. For the first time, we propose a visually guided generative adversarial approach for generating binaural stereo audio from mono audio. Specifically, we develop a Stereo Audio Generation Model (SAGM), which utilizes shared spatio-temporal visual information to guide the generator and the discriminator to work separately. The shared visual information is updated alternately in the generative adversarial stage, allowing the generator and discriminator to deliver their respective guided knowledge while visually sharing. The proposed method learns bidirectional complementary visual information, which facilitates the expression of visual guidance in generation. In addition, spatial perception is a crucial attribute of binaural stereo audio, and thus the evaluation of stereo spatial perception is essential. However, previous metrics failed to measure the spatial perception of audio. To this end, a metric to measure the spatial perception of audio is proposed for the first time. The proposed metric is capable of measuring the magnitude and direction of spatial perception in the temporal dimension. Further, considering its function, it is feasible to utilize it instead of demanding user studies to some extent. The proposed method achieves state-of-the-art performance on 2 datasets and 5 evaluation metrics. Qualitative experiments and user studies demonstrate that the method generates space-realistic stereo audio.

CrossMatch: Enhance Semi-Supervised Medical Image Segmentation with Perturbation Strategies and Knowledge Distillation

Semi-supervised learning for medical image segmentation presents a unique challenge of efficiently using limited labeled data while leveraging abundant unlabeled data. Despite advancements, existing methods often do not fully exploit the potential of the unlabeled data for enhancing model robustness and accuracy. In this paper, we introduce CrossMatch, a novel framework that integrates knowledge distillation with dual perturbation strategies-image-level and feature-level-to improve the model's learning from both labeled and unlabeled data. CrossMatch employs multiple encoders and decoders to generate diverse data streams, which undergo self-knowledge distillation to enhance consistency and reliability of predictions across varied perturbations. Our method significantly surpasses other state-of-the-art techniques in standard benchmarks by effectively minimizing the gap between training on labeled and unlabeled data and improving edge accuracy and generalization in medical image segmentation. The efficacy of CrossMatch is demonstrated through extensive experimental validations, showing remarkable performance improvements without increasing computational costs. Cross from Left to Right Brain: Adaptive Text Dreamer for Vision-and-Language Navigation

Vision-and-Language Navigation (VLN) requires the agent to navigate by following natural instructions under partial observability, making it difficult to align perception with language. Recent methods mitigate this by imagining future scenes, yet they rely on vision-based synthesis, leading to high computational cost and redundant details. To this end, we propose to adaptively imagine key environmental semantics via \textit{language} form, enabling a more reliable and efficient strategy. Specifically, we introduce a novel Adaptive Text Dreamer (ATD), a dual-branch self-guided imagination policy built upon a large language model (LLM). ATD is designed with a human-like left-right brain architecture, where the left brain focuses on logical integration, and the right brain is responsible for imaginative prediction of future scenes. To achieve this, we fine-tune only the Q-former within both brains to efficiently activate domain-specific knowledge in the LLM, enabling dynamic updates of logical reasoning and imagination during navigation. Furthermore, we introduce a cross-interaction mechanism to regularize the imagined outputs and inject them into a navigation expert module, allowing ATD to jointly exploit both the reasoning capacity of the LLM and the expertise of the navigation model. We conduct extensive experiments on the R2R benchmark, where ATD achieves state-of-the-art performance with fewer parameters. AutoMat: Enabling Automated Crystal Structure Reconstruction from Microscopy via Agentic Tool Use

Machine learning-based interatomic potentials and force fields depend critically on accurate atomic structures, yet such data are scarce due to the limited availability of experimentally resolved crystals. Although atomic-resolution electron microscopy offers a potential source of structural data, converting these images into simulation-ready formats remains labor-intensive and error-prone, creating a bottleneck for model training and validation. We introduce AutoMat, an end-to-end, agent-assisted pipeline that automatically transforms scanning transmission electron microscopy (STEM) images into atomic crystal structures and predicts their physical properties. AutoMat combines pattern-adaptive denoising, physics-guided template retrieval, symmetry-aware atomic reconstruction, fast relaxation and property prediction via MatterSim, and coordinated orchestration across all stages. We propose the first dedicated STEM2Mat-Bench for this task and evaluate performance using lattice RMSD, formation energy MAE, and structure-matching success rate. By orchestrating external tool calls, AutoMat enables a text-only LLM to outperform vision-language models in this domain, achieving closed-loop reasoning throughout the pipeline. In large-scale experiments over 450 structure samples, AutoMat substantially outperforms existing multimodal large language models and tools. VeloGauss: Learning Physically Consistent Gaussian Velocity Fields from Videos

In this paper, we aim to jointly model the geometry, appearance, and physical information of 3D scenes solely from dynamic multi-view videos, without relying on any physical priors. Existing works typically employ physical losses merely as soft constraints or integrate physical simulations into neural networks; however, these approaches often fail to effectively learn complex motion physics. Although modeling velocity fields holds the potential to capture authentic physical information, due to the lack of appropriate physical constraints, current methods are unable to correctly learn the interaction mechanisms between rigid and non-rigid particles. To address this, we propose VeloGauss, designed to learn the physical properties of complex dynamic 3D scenes without physical priors. Our method learns the velocity field for each Gaussian particle by introducing a Physics Code and a Particle Dynamics System, and ultimately incorporates Global Physical Constraints to ensure the physical consistency of the scene. Extensive experiments on four public datasets demonstrate that our method outperforms achieves state-of-the-art performance in both Novel View Interpolation and Future Frame Extrapolation tasks.

AgiBot World Colosseo: A Large-scale Manipulation Platform for Scalable and Intelligent Embodied Systems

We explore how scalable robot data can address real-world challenges for generalized robotic manipulation. Introducing AgiBot World, a large-scale platform comprising over 1 million trajectories across 217 tasks in five deployment scenarios, we achieve an order-of-magnitude increase in data scale compared to existing datasets. Accelerated by a standardized collection pipeline with human-in-the-loop verification, AgiBot World guarantees high-quality and diverse data distribution. It is extensible from grippers to dexterous hands and visuo-tactile sensors for fine-grained skill acquisition. Building on top of data, we introduce Genie Operator-1 (GO-1), a novel generalist policy that leverages latent action representations to maximize data utilization, demonstrating predictable performance scaling with increased data volume. Policies pre-trained on our dataset achieve an average performance improvement of 30% over those trained on Open X-Embodiment, both in in-domain and out-of-distribution scenarios. GO-1 exhibits exceptional capability in real-world dexterous and long-horizon tasks, achieving over 60% success rate on complex tasks and outperforming prior RDT approach by 32%. By open-sourcing the dataset, tools, and models, we aim to democratize access to large-scale, high-quality robot data, advancing the pursuit of scalable and general-purpose intelligence.

FastUMI-100K: Advancing Data-driven Robotic Manipulation with a Large-scale UMI-style Dataset

Data-driven robotic manipulation learning depends on large-scale, high-quality expert demonstration datasets. However, existing datasets, which primarily rely on human teleoperated robot collection, are limited in terms of scalability, trajectory smoothness, and applicability across different robotic embodiments in real-world environments. In this paper, we present FastUMI-100K, a large-scale UMI-style multimodal demonstration dataset, designed to overcome these limitations and meet the growing complexity of real-world manipulation tasks. Collected by FastUMI, a novel robotic system featuring a modular, hardware-decoupled mechanical design and an integrated lightweight tracking system, FastUMI-100K offers a more scalable, flexible, and adaptable solution to fulfill the diverse requirements of real-world robot demonstration data. Specifically, FastUMI-100K contains over 100K+ demonstration trajectories collected across representative household environments, covering 54 tasks and hundreds of object types. Our dataset integrates multimodal streams, including end-effector states, multi-view wrist-mounted fisheye images and textual annotations. Each trajectory has a length ranging from 120 to 500 frames. Experimental results demonstrate that FastUMI-100K enables high policy success rates across various baseline algorithms, confirming its robustness, adaptability, and real-world applicability for solving complex, dynamic manipulation challenges. SCANet: Split Coordinate Attention Network for Building Footprint Extraction

Building footprint extraction holds immense significance in remote sensing image analysis and has great value in urban planning, land use, environmental protection and disaster assessment. Despite the progress made by conventional and deep learning approaches in this field, they continue to encounter significant challenges. This paper introduces a novel plug-and-play attention module, Split Coordinate Attention (SCA), which ingeniously captures spatially remote interactions by employing two spatial range of pooling kernels, strategically encoding each channel along x and y planes, and separately performs a series of split operations for each feature group, thus enabling more efficient semantic feature extraction. By inserting into a 2D CNN to form an effective SCANet, our SCANet outperforms recent SOTA methods on the public Wuhan University (WHU) Building Dataset and Massachusetts Building Dataset in terms of various metrics. Particularly SCANet achieves the best IoU, 91.61% and 75.49% for the two datasets. Our code is available at https://github.com/AiEson/SCANet

Learning Manipulation by Predicting Interaction

Representation learning approaches for robotic manipulation have boomed in recent years. Due to the scarcity of in-domain robot data, prevailing methodologies tend to leverage large-scale human video datasets to extract generalizable features for visuomotor policy learning. Despite the progress achieved, prior endeavors disregard the interactive dynamics that capture behavior patterns and physical interaction during the manipulation process, resulting in an inadequate understanding of the relationship between objects and the environment. To this end, we propose a general pre-training pipeline that learns Manipulation by Predicting the Interaction (MPI) and enhances the visual representation.Given a pair of keyframes representing the initial and final states, along with language instructions, our algorithm predicts the transition frame and detects the interaction object, respectively. These two learning objectives achieve superior comprehension towards "how-to-interact" and "where-to-interact". We conduct a comprehensive evaluation of several challenging robotic tasks.The experimental results demonstrate that MPI exhibits remarkable improvement by 10% to 64% compared with previous state-of-the-art in real-world robot platforms as well as simulation environments. UPPRESSO: Untraceable and Unlinkable Privacy-PREserving Single Sign-On Services

Single sign-on (SSO) allows a user to maintain only the credential for an identity provider (IdP) to log into multiple relying parties (RPs). However, SSO introduces privacy threats, as (a) a curious IdP could track a user's all visits to RPs, and (b) colluding RPs could learn a user's online profile by linking her identities across these RPs. This paper presents a privacypreserving SSO scheme, called UPPRESSO, to protect an honest user's online profile against (a) an honest-but-curious IdP and (b) malicious RPs colluding with other users. UPPRESSO proposes an identity-transformation approach to generate untraceable ephemeral pseudo-identities for an RP and a user from which the target RP derives a permanent account for the user, while the transformations also provide unlinkability. This approach protects the identities of the user and the target RPs in a login flow, while working compatibly with widely-deployed SSO protocols and providing services accessed from a commercial-off-the-shelf browser without plug-ins or extensions. We built a prototype of UPPRESSO on top of MITREid Connect, an open-source SSO system. The extensive evaluations show that it fulfills the security and privacy requirements of SSO with reasonable overheads.

C^3 Framework: An Open-source PyTorch Code for Crowd Counting

This technical report attempts to provide efficient and solid kits addressed on the field of crowd counting, which is denoted as Crowd Counting Code Framework (C$^3$F). The contributions of C$^3$F are in three folds: 1) Some solid baseline networks are presented, which have achieved the state-of-the-arts. 2) Some flexible parameter setting strategies are provided to further promote the performance. 3) A powerful log system is developed to record the experiment process, which can enhance the reproducibility of each experiment. Mapping System Level Behaviors with Android APIs via System Call Dependence Graphs

Due to Android's open source feature and low barriers to entry for developers, millions of developers and third-party organizations have been attracted into the Android ecosystem. However, over 90 percent of mobile malware are found targeted on Android. Though Android provides multiple security features and layers to protect user data and system resources, there are still some over-privileged applications in Google Play Store or third-party Android app stores at wild. In this paper, we proposed an approach to map system level behavior and Android APIs, based on the observation that system level behaviors cannot be avoided but sensitive Android APIs could be evaded. To the best of our knowledge, our approach provides the first work to map system level behavior and Android APIs through System Call Dependence Graphs. The study also shows that our approach can effectively identify potential permission abusing, with almost negligible performance impact.
