Exploring Multi-Timestep Multi-Stage Diffusion Features for Hyperspectral Image ClassificationJingyi Zhou, Jiamu Sheng, Jiayuan Fan et al.
The effectiveness of spectral-spatial feature learning is crucial for the hyperspectral image (HSI) classification task. Diffusion models, as a new class of groundbreaking generative models, have the ability to learn both contextual semantics and textual details from the distinct timestep dimension, enabling the modeling of complex spectral-spatial relations in HSIs. However, existing diffusion-based HSI classification methods only utilize manually selected single-timestep single-stage features, limiting the full exploration and exploitation of rich contextual semantics and textual information hidden in the diffusion model. To address this issue, we propose a novel diffusion-based feature learning framework that explores Multi-Timestep Multi-Stage Diffusion features for HSI classification for the first time, called MTMSD. Specifically, the diffusion model is first pretrained with unlabeled HSI patches to mine the connotation of unlabeled data, and then is used to extract the multi-timestep multi-stage diffusion features. To effectively and efficiently leverage multi-timestep multi-stage features, two strategies are further developed. One strategy is class & timestep-oriented multi-stage feature purification module with the inter-class and inter-timestep prior for reducing the redundancy of multi-stage features and alleviating memory constraints. The other one is selective timestep feature fusion module with the guidance of global features to adaptively select different timestep features for integrating texture and semantics. Both strategies facilitate the generality and adaptability of the MTMSD framework for diverse patterns of different HSI data. Extensive experiments are conducted on four public HSI datasets, and the results demonstrate that our method outperforms state-of-the-art methods for HSI classification, especially on the challenging Houston 2018 dataset.

MLG-Stereo: ViT Based Stereo Matching with Multi-Stage Local-Global EnhancementHaoyu Zhang, Jingyi Zhou, Peng Ye et al.
With the development of deep learning, ViT-based stereo matching methods have made significant progress due to their remarkable robustness and zero-shot ability. However, due to the limitations of ViTs in handling resolution sensitivity and their relative neglect of local information, the ability of ViT-based methods to predict details and handle arbitrary-resolution images is still weaker than that of CNN-based methods. To address these shortcomings, we propose MLG-Stereo, a systematic pipeline-level design that extends global modeling beyond the encoder stage. First, we propose a Multi-Granularity Feature Network to effectively balance global context and local geometric information, enabling comprehensive feature extraction from images of arbitrary resolution and bridging the gap between training and inference scales. Then, a Local-Global Cost Volume is constructed to capture both locally-correlated and global-aware matching information. Finally, a Local-Global Guided Recurrent Unit is introduced to iteratively optimize the disparity locally under the guidance of global information. Extensive experiments are conducted on multiple benchmark datasets, demonstrating that our MLG-Stereo exhibits highly competitive performance on the Middlebury and KITTI-2015 benchmarks compared to contemporaneous leading methods, and achieves outstanding results in the KITTI-2012 dataset.

Union-net: A deep neural network model adapted to small data setsJingyi Zhou, Qingfang He, Zhiying Lin
In real applications, generally small data sets can be obtained. At present, most of the practical applications of machine learning use classic models based on big data to solve the problem of small data sets. However, the deep neural network model has complex structure, huge model parameters, and training requires more advanced equipment, which brings certain difficulties to the application. Therefore, this paper proposes the concept of union convolution, designing a light deep network model union-net with a shallow network structure and adapting to small data sets. This model combines convolutional network units with different combinations of the same input to form a union module. Each union module is equivalent to a convolutional layer. The serial input and output between the 3 modules constitute a "3-layer" neural network. The output of each union module is fused and added as the input of the last convolutional layer to form a complex network with a 4-layer network structure. It solves the problem that the deep network model network is too deep and the transmission path is too long, which causes the loss of the underlying information transmission. Because the model has fewer model parameters and fewer channels, it can better adapt to small data sets. It solves the problem that the deep network model is prone to overfitting in training small data sets. Use the public data sets cifar10 and 17flowers to conduct multi-classification experiments. Experiments show that the Union-net model can perform well in classification of large data sets and small data sets. It has high practical value in daily application scenarios. The model code is published at https://github.com/yeaso/union-net

All-in-One: Transferring Vision Foundation Models into Stereo MatchingJingyi Zhou, Haoyu Zhang, Jiakang Yuan et al.
As a fundamental vision task, stereo matching has made remarkable progress. While recent iterative optimization-based methods have achieved promising performance, their feature extraction capabilities still have room for improvement. Inspired by the ability of vision foundation models (VFMs) to extract general representations, in this work, we propose AIO-Stereo which can flexibly select and transfer knowledge from multiple heterogeneous VFMs to a single stereo matching model. To better reconcile features between heterogeneous VFMs and the stereo matching model and fully exploit prior knowledge from VFMs, we proposed a dual-level feature utilization mechanism that aligns heterogeneous features and transfers multi-level knowledge. Based on the mechanism, a dual-level selective knowledge transfer module is designed to selectively transfer knowledge and integrate the advantages of multiple VFMs. Experimental results show that AIO-Stereo achieves start-of-the-art performance on multiple datasets and ranks $1^{st}$ on the Middlebury dataset and outperforms all the published work on the ETH3D benchmark.

A Soft Contrastive Learning-based Prompt Model for Few-shot Sentiment AnalysisJingyi Zhou, Jie Zhou, Jiabao Zhao et al.
Few-shot text classification has attracted great interest in both academia and industry due to the lack of labeled data in many fields. Different from general text classification (e.g., topic classification), few-shot sentiment classification is more challenging because the semantic distances among the classes are more subtle. For instance, the semantic distances between the sentiment labels in a positive or negative polarity (e.g., ``love" and ``joy", ``remorse" and ``sadness") are close, while the distances are large for the sentiment labels in two opposite polarities (e.g., ``love" and ``sadness"). To address this problem, we propose a Soft Contrastive learning-based Prompt (\texttt{SCP}) model for few-shot sentiment analysis. First, we design a sentiment-aware chain of thought prompt module to guide the model to predict the sentiment from coarse grain to fine grain via a series of intermediate reasoning steps. Then, we propose a soft contrastive learning algorithm to take the correlation of the labels into account. A series of experiments on several sentiment analysis datasets show the great advantages of \texttt{SCP} by comparing it with SOTA baselines (e.g., ChatGPT).

Consistency-aware Self-Training for Iterative-based Stereo MatchingJingyi Zhou, Peng Ye, Haoyu Zhang et al.
Iterative-based methods have become mainstream in stereo matching due to their high performance. However, these methods heavily rely on labeled data and face challenges with unlabeled real-world data. To this end, we propose a consistency-aware self-training framework for iterative-based stereo matching for the first time, leveraging real-world unlabeled data in a teacher-student manner. We first observe that regions with larger errors tend to exhibit more pronounced oscillation characteristics during model prediction.Based on this, we introduce a novel consistency-aware soft filtering module to evaluate the reliability of teacher-predicted pseudo-labels, which consists of a multi-resolution prediction consistency filter and an iterative prediction consistency filter to assess the prediction fluctuations of multiple resolutions and iterative optimization respectively. Further, we introduce a consistency-aware soft-weighted loss to adjust the weight of pseudo-labels accordingly, relieving the error accumulation and performance degradation problem due to incorrect pseudo-labels. Extensive experiments demonstrate that our method can improve the performance of various iterative-based stereo matching approaches in various scenarios. In particular, our method can achieve further enhancements over the current SOTA methods on several benchmark datasets.

ParaGate: Parasitic-Driven Domain Adaptation Transfer Learning for Netlist Performance PredictionBin Sun, Jingyi Zhou, Jianan Mu et al.
In traditional EDA flows, layout-level performance metrics are only obtainable after placement and routing, hindering global optimization at earlier stages. Although some neural-network-based solutions predict layout-level performance directly from netlists, they often face generalization challenges due to the black-box heuristics of commercial placement-and-routing tools, which create disparate data across designs. To this end, we propose ParaGate, a three-step cross-stage prediction framework that infers layout-level timing and power from netlists. First, we propose a two-phase transfer-learning approach to predict parasitic parameters, pre-training on mid-scale circuits and fine-tuning on larger ones to capture extreme conditions. Next, we rely on EDA tools for timing analysis, offloading the long-path numerical reasoning. Finally, ParaGate performs global calibration using subgraph features. Experiments show that ParaGate achieves strong generalization with minimal fine-tuning data: on openE906, its arrival-time R2 from 0.119 to 0.897. These results demonstrate that ParaGate could provide guidance for global optimization in the synthesis and placement stages.

Cross-Scenario Unified Modeling of User Interests at Billion ScaleManjie Xu, Cheng Chen, Xin Jia et al.
User interests on content platforms are inherently diverse, manifesting through complex behavioral patterns across heterogeneous scenarios such as search, feed browsing, and content discovery. Traditional recommendation systems typically prioritize business metric optimization within isolated specific scenarios, neglecting cross-scenario behavioral signals and struggling to integrate advanced techniques like LLMs at billion-scale deployments, which finally limits their ability to capture holistic user interests across platform touchpoints. We propose RED-Rec, an LLM-enhanced hierarchical Recommender Engine for Diversified scenarios, tailored for industry-level content recommendation systems. RED-Rec unifies user interest representations across multiple behavioral contexts by aggregating and synthesizing actions from varied scenarios, resulting in comprehensive item and user modeling. At its core, a two-tower LLM-powered framework enables nuanced, multifaceted representations with deployment efficiency, and a scenario-aware dense mixing and querying policy effectively fuses diverse behavioral signals to capture cross-scenario user intent patterns and express fine-grained, context-specific intents during serving. We validate RED-Rec through online A/B testing on hundreds of millions of users in RedNote through online A/B testing, showing substantial performance gains in both content recommendation and advertisement targeting tasks. We further introduce a million-scale sequential recommendation dataset, RED-MMU, for comprehensive offline training and evaluation. Our work advances unified user modeling, unlocking deeper personalization and fostering more meaningful user engagement in large-scale UGC platforms.

BRIDGE -- Building Reinforcement-Learning Depth-to-Image Data Generation Engine for Monocular Depth EstimationDingning Liu, Haoyu Guo, Jingyi Zhou et al.
Monocular Depth Estimation (MDE) is a foundational task for computer vision. Traditional methods are limited by data scarcity and quality, hindering their robustness. To overcome this, we propose BRIDGE, an RL-optimized depth-to-image (D2I) generation framework that synthesizes over 20M realistic and geometrically accurate RGB images, each intrinsically paired with its ground truth depth, from diverse source depth maps. Then we train our depth estimation model on this dataset, employing a hybrid supervision strategy that integrates teacher pseudo-labels with ground truth depth for comprehensive and robust training. This innovative data generation and training paradigm enables BRIDGE to achieve breakthroughs in scale and domain diversity, consistently outperforming existing state-of-the-art approaches quantitatively and in complex scene detail capture, thereby fostering general and robust depth features. TRACE: Learning to Compute on GraphsZiyang Zheng, Jiaying Zhu, Jingyi Zhou et al.
Learning to compute, the ability to model the functional behavior of a computational graph, is a fundamental challenge for graph representation learning. Yet, the dominant paradigm is architecturally mismatched for this task. This flawed assumption, central to mainstream message passing neural networks (MPNNs) and their conventional Transformer-based counterparts, prevents models from capturing the position-aware, hierarchical nature of computation. To resolve this, we introduce \textbf{TRACE}, a new paradigm built on an architecturally sound backbone and a principled learning objective. First, TRACE employs a Hierarchical Transformer that mirrors the step-by-step flow of computation, providing a faithful architectural backbone that replaces the flawed permutation-invariant aggregation. Second, we introduce \textbf{function shift learning}, a novel objective that decouples the learning problem. Instead of predicting the complex global function directly, our model is trained to predict only the \textit{function shift}, the discrepancy between the true global function and a simple local approximation that assumes input independence. We validate this paradigm on electronic circuits, one of the most complex and economically critical classes of computational graphs. Across a comprehensive suite of benchmarks, TRACE substantially outperforms all prior architectures. These results demonstrate that our architecturally-aligned backbone and decoupled learning objective form a more robust paradigm for the fundamental challenge of learning to compute on graphs.

A Chinese Multi-label Affective Computing Dataset Based on Social Media Network UsersJingyi Zhou, Senlin Luo, Haofan Chen
Emotion and personality are central elements in understanding human psychological states. Emotions reflect an individual subjective experiences, while personality reveals relatively stable behavioral and cognitive patterns. Existing affective computing datasets often annotate emotion and personality traits separately, lacking fine-grained labeling of micro-emotions and emotion intensity in both single-label and multi-label classifications. Chinese emotion datasets are extremely scarce, and datasets capturing Chinese user personality traits are even more limited. To address these gaps, this study collected data from the major social media platform Weibo, screening 11,338 valid users from over 50,000 individuals with diverse MBTI personality labels and acquiring 566,900 posts along with the user MBTI personality tags. Using the EQN method, we compiled a multi-label Chinese affective computing dataset that integrates the same user's personality traits with six emotions and micro-emotions, each annotated with intensity levels. Validation results across multiple NLP classification models demonstrate the dataset strong utility. This dataset is designed to advance machine recognition of complex human emotions and provide data support for research in psychology, education, marketing, finance, and politics.

Expansion Quantization Network: An Efficient Micro-emotion Annotation and Detection FrameworkJingyi Zhou, Senlin Luo, Haofan Chen
Text emotion detection constitutes a crucial foundation for advancing artificial intelligence from basic comprehension to the exploration of emotional reasoning. Most existing emotion detection datasets rely on manual annotations, which are associated with high costs, substantial subjectivity, and severe label imbalances. This is particularly evident in the inadequate annotation of micro-emotions and the absence of emotional intensity representation, which fail to capture the rich emotions embedded in sentences and adversely affect the quality of downstream task completion. By proposing an all-labels and training-set label regression method, we map label values to energy intensity levels, thereby fully leveraging the learning capabilities of machine models and the interdependencies among labels to uncover multiple emotions within samples. This led to the establishment of the Emotion Quantization Network (EQN) framework for micro-emotion detection and annotation. Using five commonly employed sentiment datasets, we conducted comparative experiments with various models, validating the broad applicability of our framework within NLP machine learning models. Based on the EQN framework, emotion detection and annotation are conducted on the GoEmotions dataset. A comprehensive comparison with the results from Google literature demonstrates that the EQN framework possesses a high capability for automatic detection and annotation of micro-emotions. The EQN framework is the first to achieve automatic micro-emotion annotation with energy-level scores, providing strong support for further emotion detection analysis and the quantitative research of emotion computing.

DualMamba: A Lightweight Spectral-Spatial Mamba-Convolution Network for Hyperspectral Image ClassificationJiamu Sheng, Jingyi Zhou, Jiong Wang et al.
The effectiveness and efficiency of modeling complex spectral-spatial relations are both crucial for Hyperspectral image (HSI) classification. Most existing methods based on CNNs and transformers still suffer from heavy computational burdens and have room for improvement in capturing the global-local spectral-spatial feature representation. To this end, we propose a novel lightweight parallel design called lightweight dual-stream Mamba-convolution network (DualMamba) for HSI classification. Specifically, a parallel lightweight Mamba and CNN block are first developed to extract global and local spectral-spatial features. First, the cross-attention spectral-spatial Mamba module is proposed to leverage the global modeling of Mamba at linear complexity. Within this module, dynamic positional embedding is designed to enhance the spatial location information of visual sequences. The lightweight spectral/spatial Mamba blocks comprise an efficient scanning strategy and a lightweight Mamba design to efficiently extract global spectral-spatial features. And the cross-attention spectral-spatial fusion is designed to learn cross-correlation and fuse spectral-spatial features. Second, the lightweight spectral-spatial residual convolution module is proposed with lightweight spectral and spatial branches to extract local spectral-spatial features through residual learning. Finally, the adaptive global-local fusion is proposed to dynamically combine global Mamba features and local convolution features for a global-local spectral-spatial representation. Compared with state-of-the-art HSI classification methods, experimental results demonstrate that DualMamba achieves significant classification accuracy on three public HSI datasets and a superior reduction in model parameters and floating point operations (FLOPs).
