Robust HRRP Recognition under Interrupted Sampling Repeater Jamming using a Prior Jamming Information-Guided NetworkGuozheng Sun, Lei Wang, Yanhao Wang et al.
Radar automatic target recognition (RATR) based on high-resolution range profile (HRRP) has attracted increasing attention due to its ability to capture fine-grained structural features. However, recognizing targets under electronic countermeasures (ECM), especially the mainstream interrupted-sampling repeater jamming (ISRJ), remains a significant challenge, as HRRPs often suffer from serious feature distortion. To address this, we propose a robust HRRP recognition method guided by prior jamming information. Specifically, we introduce a point spread function (PSF) as prior information to model the HRRP distortion induced by ISRJ. Based on this, we design a recognition network that leverages this prior through a prior-guided feature interaction module and a hybrid loss function to enhance the model's discriminative capability. With the aid of prior information, the model can learn invariant features within distorted HRRP under different jamming parameters. Both the simulated and measured-data experiments demonstrate that our method consistently outperforms state-of-the-art approaches and exhibits stronger generalization capabilities when facing unseen jamming parameters.

Meta Sequence Learning for Generating Adequate Question-Answer PairsCheng Zhang, Jie Wang
Creating multiple-choice questions to assess reading comprehension of a given article involves generating question-answer pairs (QAPs) on the main points of the document. We present a learning scheme to generate adequate QAPs via meta-sequence representations of sentences. A meta sequence is a sequence of vectors comprising semantic and syntactic tags. In particular, we devise a scheme called MetaQA to learn meta sequences from training data to form pairs of a meta sequence for a declarative sentence (MD) and a corresponding interrogative sentence (MIs). On a given declarative sentence, a trained MetaQA model converts it to a meta sequence, finds a matched MD, and uses the corresponding MIs and the input sentence to generate QAPs. We implement MetaQA for the English language using semantic-role labeling, part-of-speech tagging, and named-entity recognition, and show that trained on a small dataset, MetaQA generates efficiently over the official SAT practice reading tests a large number of syntactically and semantically correct QAPs with over 97\% accuracy.

In the traditional text style transfer model, the text style is generally relied on by experts knowledge and hand-designed rules, but with the application of deep learning in the field of natural language processing, the text style transfer method based on deep learning Started to be heavily researched. In recent years, text style transfer is becoming a hot issue in natural language processing research. This article summarizes the research on the text style transfer model based on deep learning in recent years, and summarizes, analyzes and compares the main research directions and progress. In addition, the article also introduces public data sets and evaluation indicators commonly used for text style transfer. Finally, the existing characteristics of the text style transfer model are summarized, and the future development trend of the text style transfer model based on deep learning is analyzed and forecasted.
