HY-World 2.0: A Multi-Modal World Model for Reconstructing, Generating, and Simulating 3D Worlds

We introduce HY-World 2.0, a multi-modal world model framework that advances our prior project HY-World 1.0. HY-World 2.0 accommodates diverse input modalities, including text prompts, single-view images, multi-view images, and videos, and produces 3D world representations. With text or single-view image inputs, the model performs world generation, synthesizing high-fidelity, navigable 3D Gaussian Splatting (3DGS) scenes. This is achieved through a four-stage method: a) Panorama Generation with HY-Pano 2.0, b) Trajectory Planning with WorldNav, c) World Expansion with WorldStereo 2.0, and d) World Composition with WorldMirror 2.0. Specifically, we introduce key innovations to enhance panorama fidelity, enable 3D scene understanding and planning, and upgrade WorldStereo, our keyframe-based view generation model with consistent memory. We also upgrade WorldMirror, a feed-forward model for universal 3D prediction, by refining model architecture and learning strategy, enabling world reconstruction from multi-view images or videos. Also, we introduce WorldLens, a high-performance 3DGS rendering platform featuring a flexible engine-agnostic architecture, automatic IBL lighting, efficient collision detection, and training-rendering co-design, enabling interactive exploration of 3D worlds with character support. Extensive experiments demonstrate that HY-World 2.0 achieves state-of-the-art performance on several benchmarks among open-source approaches, delivering results comparable to the closed-source model Marble. We release all model weights, code, and technical details to facilitate reproducibility and support further research on 3D world models.

HY-Motion 1.0: Scaling Flow Matching Models for Text-To-Motion Generation

We present HY-Motion 1.0, a series of state-of-the-art, large-scale, motion generation models capable of generating 3D human motions from textual descriptions. HY-Motion 1.0 represents the first successful attempt to scale up Diffusion Transformer (DiT)-based flow matching models to the billion-parameter scale within the motion generation domain, delivering instruction-following capabilities that significantly outperform current open-source benchmarks. Uniquely, we introduce a comprehensive, full-stage training paradigm -- including large-scale pretraining on over 3,000 hours of motion data, high-quality fine-tuning on 400 hours of curated data, and reinforcement learning from both human feedback and reward models -- to ensure precise alignment with the text instruction and high motion quality. This framework is supported by our meticulous data processing pipeline, which performs rigorous motion cleaning and captioning. Consequently, our model achieves the most extensive coverage, spanning over 200 motion categories across 6 major classes. We release HY-Motion 1.0 to the open-source community to foster future research and accelerate the transition of 3D human motion generation models towards commercial maturity.

Open-Source Image Editing Models Are Zero-Shot Vision Learners

Recent studies have shown that large generative models can solve vision tasks they were not explicitly trained for. However, existing evidence relies on closed-source models~(Veo~3, Nano Banana Pro) or requires task-specific instruction tuning, leaving open whether publicly available image-editing models possess zero-shot vision abilities out of the box. We conduct a systematic evaluation of three open-source image-editing models -- Qwen-Image-Edit, FireRed-Image-Edit, and LongCat-Image-Edit -- on dense visual prediction tasks \emph{without any fine-tuning}. We benchmark monocular depth estimation on NYUv2 and DIODE, surface normal estimation on NYUv2, and semantic segmentation on Cityscapes, covering both geometric and semantic scene understanding. Results show that open-source image-editing models exhibit non-trivial zero-shot visual understanding. On NYUv2 surface normals, FireRed-Image-Edit achieves a mean angular error of $17.69^\circ$, surpassing the fine-tuned Marigold ($20.86^\circ$) and matching the instruction-tuned Vision Banana ($17.78^\circ$) without any task-specific training. On NYUv2 depth estimation, LongCat-Image-Edit obtains $δ_1{=}0.822$ with affine alignment, and Qwen-Image-Edit leads on DIODE Indoor ($δ_1{=}0.868$). On Cityscapes semantic segmentation, Qwen-Image-Edit reaches 25.7 mIoU at the 19-class level and 49.5 mIoU at a coarser 7-category level. By comparing three independently trained editors, we test whether zero-shot vision ability is an emergent property of image-editing pretraining rather than a model-specific artifact. Code, evaluation scripts, and all results are publicly released to serve as a reproducible baseline for future work.

HunyuanImage 3.0 Technical Report

We present HunyuanImage 3.0, a native multimodal model that unifies multimodal understanding and generation within an autoregressive framework, with its image generation module publicly available. The achievement of HunyuanImage 3.0 relies on several key components, including meticulous data curation, advanced architecture design, a native Chain-of-Thoughts schema, progressive model pre-training, aggressive model post-training, and an efficient infrastructure that enables large-scale training and inference. With these advancements, we successfully trained a Mixture-of-Experts (MoE) model comprising over 80 billion parameters in total, with 13 billion parameters activated per token during inference, making it the largest and most powerful open-source image generative model to date. We conducted extensive experiments and the results of automatic and human evaluation of text-image alignment and visual quality demonstrate that HunyuanImage 3.0 rivals previous state-of-the-art models. By releasing the code and weights of HunyuanImage 3.0, we aim to enable the community to explore new ideas with a state-of-the-art foundation model, fostering a dynamic and vibrant multimodal ecosystem. HunyuanVideo 1.5 Technical Report

We present HunyuanVideo 1.5, a lightweight yet powerful open-source video generation model that achieves state-of-the-art visual quality and motion coherence with only 8.3 billion parameters, enabling efficient inference on consumer-grade GPUs. This achievement is built upon several key components, including meticulous data curation, an advanced DiT architecture featuring selective and sliding tile attention (SSTA), enhanced bilingual understanding through glyph-aware text encoding, progressive pre-training and post-training, and an efficient video super-resolution network. Leveraging these designs, we developed a unified framework capable of high-quality text-to-video and image-to-video generation across multiple durations and resolutions. Extensive experiments demonstrate that this compact and proficient model establishes a new state-of-the-art among open-source video generation models. By releasing the code and model weights, we provide the community with a high-performance foundation that lowers the barrier to video creation and research, making advanced video generation accessible to a broader audience. Evaluating and Predicting Distorted Human Body Parts for Generated Images

Recent advancements in text-to-image (T2I) models enable high-quality image synthesis, yet generating anatomically accurate human figures remains challenging. AI-generated images frequently exhibit distortions such as proliferated limbs, missing fingers, deformed extremities, or fused body parts. Existing evaluation metrics like Inception Score (IS) and Fréchet Inception Distance (FID) lack the granularity to detect these distortions, while human preference-based metrics focus on abstract quality assessments rather than anatomical fidelity. To address this gap, we establish the first standards for identifying human body distortions in AI-generated images and introduce Distortion-5K, a comprehensive dataset comprising 4,700 annotated images of normal and malformed human figures across diverse styles and distortion types. Based on this dataset, we propose ViT-HD, a Vision Transformer-based model tailored for detecting human body distortions in AI-generated images, which outperforms state-of-the-art segmentation models and visual language models, achieving an F1 score of 0.899 and IoU of 0.831 on distortion localization. Additionally, we construct the Human Distortion Benchmark with 500 human-centric prompts to evaluate four popular T2I models using trained ViT-HD, revealing that nearly 50\% of generated images contain distortions. This work pioneers a systematic approach to evaluating anatomical accuracy in AI-generated humans, offering tools to advance the fidelity of T2I models and their real-world applicability. DAK: Direct-Access-Enabled GPU Memory Offloading with Optimal Efficiency for LLM Inference

LLM inference is constrained by GPU memory capacity and bandwidth. Tiered memory architectures mitigate this by allowing the GPU to offload memory to the remote tier. However, existing memory offloading frameworks rely on prefetching data into local GPU HBM. This approach underutilizes system resources by introducing HBM contention, squandering memory capacity, and creating pipeline bubbles. We show that enabling direct GPU access to remote memory significantly outperforms prefetching, achieving optimal aggregate system bandwidth. We propose DAK, an end-to-end direct-access memory offloading framework that repurposes the Tensor Memory Accelerator (TMA) to asynchronously fetch offloaded weights and KV caches directly from remote memory into GPU shared memory (SMEM). To maximize remote access performance, DAK introduces a greedy algorithm to determine optimal per-operation offloading ratios, alongside active congestion control and TMA multicast to eliminate interconnect bottlenecks and read amplification. Evaluations across diverse architectures show that DAK achieves near-optimal bandwidth aggregation, with up to 3$\times$ performance gains on NVLink-C2C and 1.8$\times$ on PCIe systems compared to state-of-the-art memory offloading baselines.

Hunyuan3D Studio: End-to-End AI Pipeline for Game-Ready 3D Asset Generation

The creation of high-quality 3D assets, a cornerstone of modern game development, has long been characterized by labor-intensive and specialized workflows. This paper presents Hunyuan3D Studio, an end-to-end AI-powered content creation platform designed to revolutionize the game production pipeline by automating and streamlining the generation of game-ready 3D assets. At its core, Hunyuan3D Studio integrates a suite of advanced neural modules (such as Part-level 3D Generation, Polygon Generation, Semantic UV, etc.) into a cohesive and user-friendly system. This unified framework allows for the rapid transformation of a single concept image or textual description into a fully-realized, production-quality 3D model complete with optimized geometry and high-fidelity PBR textures. We demonstrate that assets generated by Hunyuan3D Studio are not only visually compelling but also adhere to the stringent technical requirements of contemporary game engines, significantly reducing iteration time and lowering the barrier to entry for 3D content creation. By providing a seamless bridge from creative intent to technical asset, Hunyuan3D Studio represents a significant leap forward for AI-assisted workflows in game development and interactive media.
