Improved IKE Protocol Design Based On PKI/ECC
This addresses secure key exchange for portable devices, but appears incremental as it builds on existing IKE and elliptic curve cryptography.
The paper tackled the problem of designing a high-intensity Internet Key Exchange (IKE) protocol for portable devices by proposing an ECDH key exchange and ECsig digital signature authentication based on Koblitz curves, along with methods to prevent man-in-the-middle attacks on SA and initiator payloads, resulting in a protocol suitable for implementation in portable devices.
This Paper proposes an ECDH key exchange method and an ECsig Digital Signature Authentication method based on group with Koblits curve, man-in-the-middle attack prevention method for SA payload and initiator identification payload to design high intensity IKE that can be implemented in portable devices.
