Security issues in a group key establishment protocol

This work addresses security vulnerabilities in a cryptographic protocol, which is incremental as it critiques an existing method rather than proposing a new one.

The paper identifies major security shortcomings in a recently published group key establishment protocol, concluding that the protocol should not be used due to these serious issues.
