Ray Denoising: Depth-aware Hard Negative Sampling for Multi-view 3D Object DetectionFeng Liu, Tengteng Huang, Qianjing Zhang et al.
Multi-view 3D object detection systems often struggle with generating precise predictions due to the challenges in estimating depth from images, increasing redundant and incorrect detections. Our paper presents Ray Denoising, an innovative method that enhances detection accuracy by strategically sampling along camera rays to construct hard negative examples. These examples, visually challenging to differentiate from true positives, compel the model to learn depth-aware features, thereby improving its capacity to distinguish between true and false positives. Ray Denoising is designed as a plug-and-play module, compatible with any DETR-style multi-view 3D detectors, and it only minimally increases training computational costs without affecting inference speed. Our comprehensive experiments, including detailed ablation studies, consistently demonstrate that Ray Denoising outperforms strong baselines across multiple datasets. It achieves a 1.9\% improvement in mean Average Precision (mAP) over the state-of-the-art StreamPETR method on the NuScenes dataset. It shows significant performance gains on the Argoverse 2 dataset, highlighting its generalization capability. The code will be available at https://github.com/LiewFeng/RayDN.

LongCat-Flash Technical ReportMeituan LongCat Team, Bayan, Bei Li et al.
We introduce LongCat-Flash, a 560-billion-parameter Mixture-of-Experts (MoE) language model designed for both computational efficiency and advanced agentic capabilities. Stemming from the need for scalable efficiency, LongCat-Flash adopts two novel designs: (a) Zero-computation Experts, which enables dynamic computational budget allocation and activates 18.6B-31.3B (27B on average) per token depending on contextual demands, optimizing resource usage. (b) Shortcut-connected MoE, which enlarges the computation-communication overlap window, demonstrating notable gains in inference efficiency and throughput compared to models of a comparable scale. We develop a comprehensive scaling framework for large models that combines hyperparameter transfer, model-growth initialization, a multi-pronged stability suite, and deterministic computation to achieve stable and reproducible training. Notably, leveraging the synergy among scalable architectural design and infrastructure efforts, we complete model training on more than 20 trillion tokens within 30 days, while achieving over 100 tokens per second (TPS) for inference at a cost of \$0.70 per million output tokens. To cultivate LongCat-Flash towards agentic intelligence, we conduct a large-scale pre-training on optimized mixtures, followed by targeted mid- and post-training on reasoning, code, and instructions, with further augmentation from synthetic data and tool use tasks. Comprehensive evaluations demonstrate that, as a non-thinking foundation model, LongCat-Flash delivers highly competitive performance among other leading models, with exceptional strengths in agentic tasks. The model checkpoint of LongCat-Flash is open-sourced to foster community research. AuraGenome: An LLM-Powered Framework for On-the-Fly Reusable and Scalable Circular Genome VisualizationsChi Zhang, Yu Dong, Yang Wang et al.
Circular genome visualizations are essential for exploring structural variants and gene regulation. However, existing tools often require complex scripting and manual configuration, making the process time-consuming, error-prone, and difficult to learn. To address these challenges, we introduce AuraGenome, an LLM-powered framework for rapid, reusable, and scalable generation of multi-layered circular genome visualizations. AuraGenome combines a semantic-driven multi-agent workflow with an interactive visual analytics system. The workflow employs seven specialized LLM-driven agents, each assigned distinct roles such as intent recognition, layout planning, and code generation, to transform raw genomic data into tailored visualizations. The system supports multiple coordinated views tailored for genomic data, offering ring, radial, and chord-based layouts to represent multi-layered circular genome visualizations. In addition to enabling interactions and configuration reuse, the system supports real-time refinement and high-quality report export. We validate its effectiveness through two case studies and a comprehensive user study. AuraGenome is available at: https://github.com/Darius18/AuraGenome.

Introducing LongCat-Flash-Thinking: A Technical ReportMeituan LongCat Team, Anchun Gui, Bei Li et al.
We present LongCat-Flash-Thinking, an efficient 560-billion-parameter open-source Mixture-of-Experts (MoE) reasoning model. Its advanced capabilities are cultivated through a meticulously crafted training process, beginning with long Chain-of-Thought (CoT) data cold-start and culminating in large-scale Reinforcement Learning (RL). We first employ a well-designed cold-start training strategy, which significantly enhances the reasoning potential and equips the model with specialized skills in both formal and agentic reasoning. Then, a core innovation is our domain-parallel training scheme, which decouples optimization across distinct domains (e.g., STEM, Code, Agentic) and subsequently fuses the resulting expert models into a single, nearly Pareto-optimal model. This entire process is powered by our Dynamic ORchestration for Asynchronous rollout (DORA) system, a large-scale RL framework that delivers a greater than threefold training speedup over synchronous methods on tens of thousands of accelerators. As a result, LongCat-Flash-Thinking achieves state-of-the-art performance among open-source models on a suite of complex reasoning tasks. The model exhibits exceptional efficiency in agentic reasoning, reducing average token consumption by 64.5% (from 19, 653 to 6, 965) on AIME-25, without degrading task accuracy. We release LongCat-Flash-Thinking to promote further advances in reasoning systems and agentic AI research.
LangGPT: Rethinking Structured Reusable Prompt Design Framework for LLMs from the Programming LanguageMing Wang, Yuanzhong Liu, Xiaoyu Liang et al.
LLMs have demonstrated commendable performance across diverse domains. Nevertheless, formulating high-quality prompts to instruct LLMs proficiently poses a challenge for non-AI experts. Existing research in prompt engineering suggests somewhat scattered optimization principles and designs empirically dependent prompt optimizers. Unfortunately, these endeavors lack a structured design template, incurring high learning costs and resulting in low reusability. In addition, it is not conducive to the iterative updating of prompts. Inspired by structured reusable programming languages, we propose LangGPT, a dual-layer prompt design framework as the programming language for LLMs. LangGPT has an easy-to-learn normative structure and provides an extended structure for migration and reuse. Experiments illustrate that LangGPT significantly enhances the performance of LLMs. Moreover, the case study shows that LangGPT leads LLMs to generate higher-quality responses. Furthermore, we analyzed the ease of use and reusability of LangGPT through a user survey in our online community.

OmniVDiff: Omni Controllable Video Diffusion for Generation and UnderstandingDianbing Xi, Jiepeng Wang, Yuanzhi Liang et al.
In this paper, we propose a novel framework for controllable video diffusion, OmniVDiff , aiming to synthesize and comprehend multiple video visual content in a single diffusion model. To achieve this, OmniVDiff treats all video visual modalities in the color space to learn a joint distribution, while employing an adaptive control strategy that dynamically adjusts the role of each visual modality during the diffusion process, either as a generation modality or a conditioning modality. Our framework supports three key capabilities: (1) Text-conditioned video generation, where all modalities are jointly synthesized from a textual prompt; (2) Video understanding, where structural modalities are predicted from rgb inputs in a coherent manner; and (3) X-conditioned video generation, where video synthesis is guided by finegrained inputs such as depth, canny and segmentation. Extensive experiments demonstrate that OmniVDiff achieves state-of-the-art performance in video generation tasks and competitive results in video understanding. Its flexibility and scalability make it well-suited for downstream applications such as video-to-video translation, modality adaptation for visual tasks, and scene reconstruction.

Improving Hierarchical Representations of Vectorized HD Maps with Perspective CluesChi Zhang, Qi Song, Feifei Li et al.
The construction of vectorized High-Definition (HD) maps from onboard surround-view cameras has become a significant focus in autonomous driving. However, current map vector estimation pipelines face two key limitations: input-agnostic queries struggle to capture complex map structures, and the view transformation leads to information loss. These issues often result in inaccurate shape restoration or missing instances in map predictions. To address this concern, we propose a novel approach, namely \textbf{PerCMap}, which explicitly exploits clues from perspective-view features at both instance and point level. Specifically, at instance level, we propose Cross-view Instance Activation (CIA) to activate instance queries across surround-view images, thereby helping the model recover the instance attributes of map vectors. At point level, we design Dual-view Point Embedding (DPE), which fuses features from both views to generate input-aware positional embeddings and improve the accuracy of point coordinate estimation. Extensive experiments on \textit{nuScenes} and \textit{Argoverse 2} demonstrate that PerCMap achieves strong and consistent performance across benchmarks, reaching 67.1 and 70.5 mAP, respectively.

WorldForge: Unlocking Emergent 3D/4D Generation in Video Diffusion Model via Training-Free GuidanceChenxi Song, Yanming Yang, Tong Zhao et al.
Recent video diffusion models show immense potential for spatial intelligence tasks due to their rich world priors, but this is undermined by limited controllability, poor spatial-temporal consistency, and entangled scene-camera dynamics. Existing solutions, such as model fine-tuning and warping-based repainting, struggle with scalability, generalization, and robustness against artifacts. To address this, we propose WorldForge, a training-free, inference-time framework composed of three tightly coupled modules. 1) Intra-Step Recursive Refinement injects fine-grained trajectory guidance at denoising steps through a recursive correction loop, ensuring motion remains aligned with the target path. 2) Flow-Gated Latent Fusion leverages optical flow similarity to decouple motion from appearance in the latent space and selectively inject trajectory guidance into motion-related channels. 3) Dual-Path Self-Corrective Guidance compares guided and unguided denoising paths to adaptively correct trajectory drift caused by noisy or misaligned structural signals. Together, these components inject fine-grained, trajectory-aligned guidance without training, achieving both accurate motion control and photorealistic content generation. Our framework is plug-and-play and model-agnostic, enabling broad applicability across various 3D/4D tasks. Extensive experiments demonstrate that our method achieves state-of-the-art performance in trajectory adherence, geometric consistency, and perceptual quality, outperforming both training-intensive and inference-only baselines.

UniForm: A Unified Multi-Task Diffusion Transformer for Audio-Video GenerationLei Zhao, Linfeng Feng, Dongxu Ge et al.
With the rise of diffusion models, audio-video generation has been revolutionized. However, most existing methods rely on separate modules for each modality, with limited exploration of unified generative architectures. In addition, many are confined to a single task and small-scale datasets. To overcome these limitations, we introduce UniForm, a unified multi-task diffusion transformer that generates both audio and visual modalities in a shared latent space. By using a unified denoising network, UniForm captures the inherent correlations between sound and vision. Additionally, we propose task-specific noise schemes and task tokens, enabling the model to support multiple tasks with a single set of parameters, including video-to-audio, audio-to-video and text-to-audio-video generation. Furthermore, by leveraging large language models and a large-scale text-audio-video combined dataset, UniForm achieves greater generative diversity than prior approaches. Experiments show that UniForm achieves performance close to the state-of-the-art single-task models across three generation tasks, with generated content that is not only highly aligned with real-world data distributions but also enables more diverse and fine-grained generation.

Manual-Label Free 3D Detection via An Open-Source SimulatorZhen Yang, Chi Zhang, Huiming Guo et al.
LiDAR based 3D object detectors typically need a large amount of detailed-labeled point cloud data for training, but these detailed labels are commonly expensive to acquire. In this paper, we propose a manual-label free 3D detection algorithm that leverages the CARLA simulator to generate a large amount of self-labeled training samples and introduces a novel Domain Adaptive VoxelNet (DA-VoxelNet) that can cross the distribution gap from the synthetic data to the real scenario. The self-labeled training samples are generated by a set of high quality 3D models embedded in a CARLA simulator and a proposed LiDAR-guided sampling algorithm. Then a DA-VoxelNet that integrates both a sample-level DA module and an anchor-level DA module is proposed to enable the detector trained by the synthetic data to adapt to real scenario. Experimental results show that the proposed unsupervised DA 3D detector on KITTI evaluation set can achieve 76.66% and 56.64% mAP on BEV mode and 3D mode respectively. The results reveal a promising perspective of training a LIDAR-based 3D detector without any hand-tagged label.

Cross-Spectrum Dual-Subspace Pairing for RGB-infrared Cross-Modality Person Re-IdentificationXing Fan, Hao Luo, Chi Zhang et al.
Due to its potential wide applications in video surveillance and other computer vision tasks like tracking, person re-identification (ReID) has become popular and been widely investigated. However, conventional person re-identification can only handle RGB color images, which will fail at dark conditions. Thus RGB-infrared ReID (also known as Infrared-Visible ReID or Visible-Thermal ReID) is proposed. Apart from appearance discrepancy in traditional ReID caused by illumination, pose variations and viewpoint changes, modality discrepancy produced by cameras of the different spectrum also exists, which makes RGB-infrared ReID more difficult. To address this problem, we focus on extracting the shared cross-spectrum features of different modalities. In this paper, a novel multi-spectrum image generation method is proposed and the generated samples are utilized to help the network to find discriminative information for re-identifying the same person across modalities. Another challenge of RGB-infrared ReID is that the intra-person (images from the same person) discrepancy is often larger than the inter-person (images from different persons) discrepancy, so a dual-subspace pairing strategy is proposed to alleviate this problem. Combining those two parts together, we also design a one-stream neural network combining the aforementioned methods to extract compact representations of person images, called Cross-spectrum Dual-subspace Pairing (CDP) model. Furthermore, during the training process, we also propose a Dynamic Hard Spectrum Mining method to automatically mine more hard samples from hard spectrum based on the current model state to further boost the performance. Extensive experimental results on two public datasets, SYSU-MM01 with RGB + near-infrared images and RegDB with RGB + far-infrared images, have demonstrated the efficiency and generality of our proposed method.
