P1-VL: Bridging Visual Perception and Scientific Reasoning in Physics Olympiads

The transition from symbolic manipulation to science-grade reasoning represents a pivotal frontier for Large Language Models (LLMs), with physics serving as the critical test anchor for binding abstract logic to physical reality. Physics demands that a model maintain physical consistency with the laws governing the universe, a task that fundamentally requires multimodal perception to ground abstract logic in reality. At the Olympiad level, diagrams are often constitutive rather than illustrative, containing essential constraints, such as boundary conditions and spatial symmetries, that are absent from the text. To bridge this visual-logical gap, we introduce P1-VL, a family of open-source vision-language models engineered for advanced scientific reasoning. Our method harmonizes Curriculum Reinforcement Learning, which employs progressive difficulty expansion to stabilize post-training, with Agentic Augmentation, enabling iterative self-verification at inference. Evaluated on HiPhO, a rigorous benchmark of 13 exams from 2024-2025, our flagship P1-VL-235B-A22B becomes the first open-source Vision-Language Model (VLM) to secure 12 gold medals and achieves the state-of-the-art performance in the open-source models. Our agent-augmented system achieves the No.2 overall rank globally, trailing only Gemini-3-Pro. Beyond physics, P1-VL demonstrates remarkable scientific reasoning capacity and generalizability, establishing significant leads over base models in STEM benchmarks. By open-sourcing P1-VL, we provide a foundational step toward general-purpose physical intelligence to better align visual perceptions with abstract physical laws for machine scientific discovery.

DCLP: Neural Architecture Predictor with Curriculum Contrastive Learning

Neural predictors have shown great potential in the evaluation process of neural architecture search (NAS). However, current predictor-based approaches overlook the fact that training a predictor necessitates a considerable number of trained neural networks as the labeled training set, which is costly to obtain. Therefore, the critical issue in utilizing predictors for NAS is to train a high-performance predictor using as few trained neural networks as possible. Although some methods attempt to address this problem through unsupervised learning, they often result in inaccurate predictions. We argue that the unsupervised tasks intended for the common graph data are too challenging for neural networks, causing unsupervised training to be susceptible to performance crashes in NAS. To address this issue, we propose a Curricumum-guided Contrastive Learning framework for neural Predictor (DCLP). Our method simplifies the contrastive task by designing a novel curriculum to enhance the stability of unlabeled training data distribution during contrastive training. Specifically, we propose a scheduler that ranks the training data according to the contrastive difficulty of each data and then inputs them to the contrastive learner in order. This approach concentrates the training data distribution and makes contrastive training more efficient. By using our method, the contrastive learner incrementally learns feature representations via unsupervised data on a smooth learning curve, avoiding performance crashes that may occur with excessively variable training data distributions. We experimentally demonstrate that DCLP has high accuracy and efficiency compared with existing predictors, and shows promising potential to discover superior architectures in various search spaces when combined with search strategies. SciEvalKit: An Open-source Evaluation Toolkit for Scientific General Intelligence

We introduce SciEvalKit, a unified benchmarking toolkit designed to evaluate AI models for science across a broad range of scientific disciplines and task capabilities. Unlike general-purpose evaluation platforms, SciEvalKit focuses on the core competencies of scientific intelligence, including Scientific Multimodal Perception, Scientific Multimodal Reasoning, Scientific Multimodal Understanding, Scientific Symbolic Reasoning, Scientific Code Generation, Science Hypothesis Generation and Scientific Knowledge Understanding. It supports six major scientific domains, spanning from physics and chemistry to astronomy and materials science. SciEvalKit builds a foundation of expert-grade scientific benchmarks, curated from real-world, domain-specific datasets, ensuring that tasks reflect authentic scientific challenges. The toolkit features a flexible, extensible evaluation pipeline that enables batch evaluation across models and datasets, supports custom model and dataset integration, and provides transparent, reproducible, and comparable results. By bridging capability-based evaluation and disciplinary diversity, SciEvalKit offers a standardized yet customizable infrastructure to benchmark the next generation of scientific foundation models and intelligent agents. The toolkit is open-sourced and actively maintained to foster community-driven development and progress in AI4Science.

FREE-Switch: Frequency-based Dynamic LoRA Switch for Style Transfer

With the growing availability of open-sourced adapters trained on the same diffusion backbone for diverse scenes and objects, combining these pretrained weights enables low-cost customized generation. However, most existing model merging methods are designed for classification or text generation, and when applied to image generation, they suffer from content drift due to error accumulation across multiple diffusion steps. For image-oriented methods, training-based approaches are computationally expensive and unsuitable for edge deployment, while training-free ones use uniform fusion strategies that ignore inter-adapter differences, leading to detail degradation. We find that since different adapters are specialized for generating different types of content, the contribution of each diffusion step carries different significance for each adapter. Accordingly, we propose a frequency-domain importance-driven dynamic LoRA switch method. Furthermore, we observe that maintaining semantic consistency across adapters effectively mitigates detail loss; thus, we design an automatic Generation Alignment mechanism to align generation intents at the semantic level. Experiments demonstrate that our FREE-Switch (Frequency-based Efficient and Dynamic LoRA Switch) framework efficiently combines adapters for different objects and styles, substantially reducing the training cost of high-quality customized generation.

Thinking with Novel Views: A Systematic Analysis of Generative-Augmented Spatial Intelligence

Current Large Multimodal Models (LMMs) struggle with spatial reasoning tasks requiring viewpoint-dependent understanding, largely because they are confined to a single, static observation. We propose Thinking with Novel Views (TwNV), a paradigm that integrates generative novel-view synthesis into the reasoning loop: a Reasoner LMM identifies spatial ambiguity, instructs a Painter to synthesize an alternative viewpoint, and re-examines the scene with the additional evidence. Through systematic experiments we address three research questions. (1) Instruction format: numerical camera-pose specifications yield more reliable view control than free-form language. (2) Generation fidelity: synthesized view quality is tightly coupled with downstream spatial accuracy. (3) Inference-time visual scaling: iterative multi-turn view refinement further improves performance, echoing recent scaling trends in language reasoning. Across four spatial subtask categories and four LMM architectures (both closed- and open-source), TwNV consistently improves accuracy by +1.3 to +3.9 pp, with the largest gains on viewpoint-sensitive subtasks. These results establish novel-view generation as a practical lever for advancing spatial intelligence of LMMs.

V-Bridge: Bridging Video Generative Priors to Versatile Few-shot Image Restoration

Large-scale video generative models are trained on vast and diverse visual data, enabling them to internalize rich structural, semantic, and dynamic priors of the visual world. While these models have demonstrated impressive generative capability, their potential as general-purpose visual learners remains largely untapped. In this work, we introduce V-Bridge, a framework that bridges this latent capacity to versatile few-shot image restoration tasks. We reinterpret image restoration not as a static regression problem, but as a progressive generative process, and leverage video models to simulate the gradual refinement from degraded inputs to high-fidelity outputs. Surprisingly, with only 1,000 multi-task training samples (less than 2% of existing restoration methods), pretrained video models can be induced to perform competitive image restoration, achieving multiple tasks with a single model, rivaling specialized architectures designed explicitly for this purpose. Our findings reveal that video generative models implicitly learn powerful and transferable restoration priors that can be activated with only extremely limited data, challenging the traditional boundary between generative modeling and low-level vision, and opening a new design paradigm for foundation models in visual tasks.

Decouple and Orthogonalize: A Data-Free Framework for LoRA Merging

With more open-source models available for diverse tasks, model merging has gained attention by combining models into one, reducing training, storage, and inference costs. Current research mainly focuses on model merging for full fine-tuning, overlooking the popular LoRA. However, our empirical analysis reveals that: a) existing merging methods designed for full fine-tuning perform poorly on LoRA; b) LoRA modules show much larger parameter magnitude variance than full fine-tuned weights; c) greater parameter magnitude variance correlates with worse merging performance. Considering that large magnitude variances cause deviations in the distribution of the merged parameters, resulting in information loss and performance degradation, we propose a Decoupled and Orthogonal merging approach(DO-Merging). By separating parameters into magnitude and direction components and merging them independently, we reduce the impact of magnitude differences on the directional alignment of the merged models, thereby preserving task information. Furthermore, we introduce a data-free, layer-wise gradient descent method with orthogonal constraints to mitigate interference during the merging of direction components. We provide theoretical guarantees for both the decoupling and orthogonal components. And we validate through extensive experiments across vision, language, and multi-modal domains that our proposed DO-Merging can achieve significantly higher performance than existing merging methods at a minimal cost. Notably, each component can be flexibly integrated with existing methods, offering near free-lunch improvements across tasks.

Scaling Physical Reasoning with the PHYSICS Dataset

Large Language Models (LLMs) have achieved remarkable progress on advanced reasoning tasks such as mathematics and coding competitions. Meanwhile, physics, despite being both reasoning-intensive and essential to real-world understanding, received limited academic and industrial attention. This paper introduces PHYSICS, a dataset containing 16,568 high-quality physics problems spanning subjects and difficulty levels, to facilitate this issue. Specifically, PHYSICS is curated with exercises from over 100 textbooks through a carefully designed pipeline for quality control. It covers five major physics domains: Mechanics, Electromagnetism, Thermodynamics, Optics, and Modern Physics. It also spans a wide range of difficulty levels, from high school to graduate-level physics courses. To utilize the data for improving and evaluating the model's physical reasoning capabilities, we split the dataset into training and test sets, and provide reasoning paths generated by powerful reasoning models for the training data to facilitate model training. In addition, for the evaluation part, we find that existing evaluation frameworks exhibit biases in aspects such as units, simplification, and precision in physics domain. To balance efficiency and accuracy, we introduce a Rule+Model evaluation framework tailored to physics problems. Our evaluations on current state-of-the-art open-source and proprietary models highlight the limitations of current models in handling physics-related tasks. IntraMix: Intra-Class Mixup Generation for Accurate Labels and Neighbors

Graph Neural Networks (GNNs) have shown great performance in various tasks, with the core idea of learning from data labels and aggregating messages within the neighborhood of nodes. However, the common challenges in graphs are twofold: insufficient accurate (high-quality) labels and limited neighbors for nodes, resulting in weak GNNs. Existing graph augmentation methods typically address only one of these challenges, often adding training costs or relying on oversimplified or knowledge-intensive strategies, limiting their generalization. To simultaneously address both challenges faced by graphs in a generalized way, we propose an elegant method called IntraMix. Considering the incompatibility of vanilla Mixup with the complex topology of graphs, IntraMix innovatively employs Mixup among inaccurate labeled data of the same class, generating high-quality labeled data at minimal cost. Additionally, it finds data with high confidence of being clustered into the same group as the generated data to serve as their neighbors, thereby enriching the neighborhoods of graphs. IntraMix efficiently tackles both issues faced by graphs and challenges the prior notion of the limited effectiveness of Mixup in node classification. IntraMix is a theoretically grounded plug-in-play method that can be readily applied to all GNNs. Extensive experiments demonstrate the effectiveness of IntraMix across various GNNs and datasets. OpenSpatial: A Principled Data Engine for Empowering Spatial Intelligence

Spatial understanding is a fundamental cornerstone of human-level intelligence. Nonetheless, current research predominantly focuses on domain-specific data production, leaving a critical void: the absence of a principled, open-source engine capable of fully unleashing the potential of high-quality spatial data. To bridge this gap, we elucidate the design principles of a robust data generation system and introduce OpenSpatial -- an open-source data engine engineered for high quality, extensive scalability, broad task diversity, and optimized efficiency. OpenSpatial adopts 3D bounding boxes as the fundamental primitive to construct a comprehensive data hierarchy across five foundational tasks: Spatial Measurement (SM), Spatial Relationship (SR), Camera Perception (CP), Multi-view Consistency (MC), and Scene-Aware Reasoning (SAR). Leveraging this scalable infrastructure, we curate OpenSpatial-3M, a large-scale dataset comprising 3 million high-fidelity samples. Extensive evaluations demonstrate that versatile models trained on our dataset achieve state-of-the-art performance across a wide spectrum of spatial reasoning benchmarks. Notably, the best-performing model exhibits a substantial average improvement of 19 percent, relatively. Furthermore, we provide a systematic analysis of how data attributes influence spatial perception. By open-sourcing both the engine and the 3M-scale dataset, we provide a robust foundation to accelerate future research in spatial intelligence.

FRISM: Fine-Grained Reasoning Injection via Subspace-Level Model Merging for Vision-Language Models

Efficiently enhancing the reasoning capabilities of Vision-Language Models (VLMs) by merging them with Large Reasoning Models (LRMs) has emerged as a promising direction. However, existing methods typically operate at a coarse-grained layer level, which often leads to a trade-off between injecting reasoning capabilities and preserving visual capabilities. To address this limitation, we propose {FRISM} (Fine-grained Reasoning Injection via Subspace-level model Merging), a fine-grained reasoning injection framework based on subspace-level model merging. Observing that reasoning capabilities are encoded in distinct subspaces, FRISM decomposes LRM task vectors via Singular Value Decomposition (SVD) and adaptively tunes the scaling coefficients of each subspace through learning to realize fine-grained reasoning injection. Furthermore, we introduce a label-free self-distillation learning strategy with a dual-objective optimization using common vision-language perception datasets. Extensive experiments demonstrate that FRISM effectively improves reasoning capabilities without compromising the model's original visual capabilities by consistently achieving state-of-the-art performance across diverse visual reasoning benchmarks.

FREE-Merging: Fourier Transform for Efficient Model Merging

With the rapid growth of deep learning, there is an increasing availability of open-source models for various tasks. However, single fine-tuned models often fall short of meeting the diverse needs of users. Model merging has thus emerged as an efficient method to integrate the capabilities of existing models into a unified model. Nevertheless, existing model merging methods face challenging trade-offs between performance and deployment costs, primarily due to task interference. For the first time, we reveal that task interference is evident in the frequency domain of model parameters, yet current efforts only focus on spatial domain solutions, which are largely ineffective in addressing frequency domain interference. To mitigate the impact of frequency domain interference, we propose FR-Merging, an innovative method that effectively filters harmful frequency domain interference on the backbone with minimal computational overhead. Since performance loss is inevitable with cost-free methods, we propose a lightweight task-specific expert module that dynamically compensates for information loss during merging. This proposed framework, FREE-Merging (FR-Merging with experts), strikes a balanced trade-off between training cost, inference latency, storage requirements, and performance. We demonstrate the effectiveness of both FR-Merging and FREE-Merging on multiple tasks across CV, NLP, and Multi-Modal domains and show that they can be flexibly adapted to specific needs.

View-Consistent 3D Scene Editing via Dual-Path Structural Correspondense and Semantic Continuity

Text-driven 3D scene editing has recently attracted increasing attention. Most existing methods follow a render-edit-optimize pipeline, where multi-view images are rendered from a 3D scene, edited with 2D image editors, and then used to optimize the underlying 3D representation. However, cross-view inconsistency remains a major bottleneck. Although recent methods introduce geometric cues, cross-view interactions, or video priors to mitigate this issue, they still largely rely on inference-time synchronization and thus remain limited in robustness and generalization.In this work, we recast multi-view consistent 3D editing from a distributional perspective: 3D scene editing essentially requires a joint distribution modeling across viewpoints.Based on this insight, we propose a view-consistent 3D editing framework that explicitly introduces cross-view dependencies into the editing process. Furthermore, motivated by the observation that structural correspondence and semantic continuity rely on different cross-view cues, we introduce a dual-path consistency mechanism consisting of projection-guided structural guidance and patch-level semantic propagation for effective cross-view editing. Further, we construct a paired multi-view editing dataset that provides reliable supervision for learning cross-view consistency in edited scenes. Extensive experiments demonstrate that our method achieves superior editing performance with precise and consistent views for complex scenes.

P1: Mastering Physics Olympiads with Reinforcement Learning

Recent progress in large language models (LLMs) has moved the frontier from puzzle-solving to science-grade reasoning-the kind needed to tackle problems whose answers must stand against nature, not merely fit a rubric. Physics is the sharpest test of this shift, which binds symbols to reality in a fundamental way, serving as the cornerstone of most modern technologies. In this work, we manage to advance physics research by developing large language models with exceptional physics reasoning capabilities, especially excel at solving Olympiad-level physics problems. We introduce P1, a family of open-source physics reasoning models trained entirely through reinforcement learning (RL). Among them, P1-235B-A22B is the first open-source model with Gold-medal performance at the latest International Physics Olympiad (IPhO 2025), and wins 12 gold medals out of 13 international/regional physics competitions in 2024/2025. P1-30B-A3B also surpasses almost all other open-source models on IPhO 2025, getting a silver medal. Further equipped with an agentic framework PhysicsMinions, P1-235B-A22B+PhysicsMinions achieves overall No.1 on IPhO 2025, and obtains the highest average score over the 13 physics competitions. Besides physics, P1 models also present great performance on other reasoning tasks like math and coding, showing the great generalibility of P1 series.

MoE-Gyro: Self-Supervised Over-Range Reconstruction and Denoising for MEMS Gyroscopes

MEMS gyroscopes play a critical role in inertial navigation and motion control applications but typically suffer from a fundamental trade-off between measurement range and noise performance. Existing hardware-based solutions aimed at mitigating this issue introduce additional complexity, cost, and scalability challenges. Deep-learning methods primarily focus on noise reduction and typically require precisely aligned ground-truth signals, making them difficult to deploy in practical scenarios and leaving the fundamental trade-off unresolved. To address these challenges, we introduce Mixture of Experts for MEMS Gyroscopes (MoE-Gyro), a novel self-supervised framework specifically designed for simultaneous over-range signal reconstruction and noise suppression. MoE-Gyro employs two experts: an Over-Range Reconstruction Expert (ORE), featuring a Gaussian-Decay Attention mechanism for reconstructing saturated segments; and a Denoise Expert (DE), utilizing dual-branch complementary masking combined with FFT-guided augmentation for robust noise reduction. A lightweight gating module dynamically routes input segments to the appropriate expert. Furthermore, existing evaluation lack a comprehensive standard for assessing multi-dimensional signal enhancement. To bridge this gap, we introduce IMU Signal Enhancement Benchmark (ISEBench), an open-source benchmarking platform comprising the GyroPeak-100 dataset and a unified evaluation of IMU signal enhancement methods. We evaluate MoE-Gyro using our proposed ISEBench, demonstrating that our framework significantly extends the measurable range from 450 deg/s to 1500 deg/s, reduces Bias Instability by 98.4%, and achieves state-of-the-art performance, effectively addressing the long-standing trade-off in inertial sensing.

Breaking the Compression Ceiling: Data-Free Pipeline for Ultra-Efficient Delta Compression

With the rise of the fine-tuned-pretrained paradigm, storing numerous fine-tuned models for multi-tasking creates significant storage overhead. Delta compression alleviates this by storing only the pretrained model and the highly compressed delta weights (the differences between fine-tuned and pretrained model weights). However, existing methods fail to maintain both high compression and performance, and often rely on data. To address these challenges, we propose UltraDelta, the first data-free delta compression pipeline that achieves both ultra-high compression and strong performance. UltraDelta is designed to minimize redundancy, maximize information, and stabilize performance across inter-layer, intra-layer, and global dimensions, using three key components: (1) Variance-Based Mixed Sparsity Allocation assigns sparsity based on variance, giving lower sparsity to high-variance layers to preserve inter-layer information. (2) Distribution-Aware Compression applies uniform quantization and then groups parameters by value, followed by group-wise pruning, to better preserve intra-layer distribution. (3) Trace-Norm-Guided Rescaling uses the trace norm of delta weights to estimate a global rescaling factor, improving model stability under higher compression. Extensive experiments across (a) large language models (fine-tuned on LLaMA-2 7B and 13B) with up to 50x compression, (b) general NLP models (RoBERTa-base, T5-base) with up to 224x compression, (c) vision models (ViT-B/32, ViT-L/14) with up to 132x compression, and (d) multi-modal models (BEiT-3) with 18x compression, demonstrate that UltraDelta consistently outperforms existing methods, especially under ultra-high compression. TextLDM: Language Modeling with Continuous Latent Diffusion

Diffusion Transformers (DiT) trained with flow matching in a VAE latent space have unified visual generation across images and videos. A natural next step toward a single architecture for both generation (visual synthesis) and understanding (text generation) is to apply this framework to language modeling. We propose TextLDM, which transfers the visual latent diffusion recipe to text generation with minimal architectural modification. A Transformer-based VAE maps discrete tokens to continuous latents, enhanced by Representation Alignment (REPA) with a frozen pretrained language model to produce representations effective for conditional denoising. A standard DiT then performs flow matching in this latent space, identical in architecture to its visual counterpart. The central challenge we address is obtaining high-quality continuous text representations: we find that reconstruction fidelity alone is insufficient, and that aligning latent features with a pretrained language model via REPA is critical for downstream generation quality. Trained from scratch on OpenWebText2, TextLDM substantially outperforms prior diffusion language models and matches GPT-2 under the same settings. Our results establish that the visual DiT recipe transfers effectively to language, taking a concrete step toward unified diffusion architectures for multimodal generation and understanding.

Dual-Agent Reinforcement Learning for Adaptive and Cost-Aware Visual-Inertial Odometry

Visual-Inertial Odometry (VIO) is a critical component for robust ego-motion estimation, enabling foundational capabilities such as autonomous navigation in robotics and real-time 6-DoF tracking for augmented reality. Existing methods face a well-known trade-off: filter-based approaches are efficient but prone to drift, while optimization-based methods, though accurate, rely on computationally prohibitive Visual-Inertial Bundle Adjustment (VIBA) that is difficult to run on resource-constrained platforms. Rather than removing VIBA altogether, we aim to reduce how often and how heavily it must be invoked. To this end, we cast two key design choices in modern VIO, when to run the visual frontend and how strongly to trust its output, as sequential decision problems, and solve them with lightweight reinforcement learning (RL) agents. Our framework introduces a lightweight, dual-pronged RL policy that serves as our core contribution: (1) a Select Agent intelligently gates the entire VO pipeline based only on high-frequency IMU data; and (2) a composite Fusion Agent that first estimates a robust velocity state via a supervised network, before an RL policy adaptively fuses the full (p, v, q) state. Experiments on the EuRoC MAV and TUM-VI datasets show that, in our unified evaluation, the proposed method achieves a more favorable accuracy-efficiency-memory trade-off than prior GPU-based VO/VIO systems: it attains the best average ATE while running up to 1.77 times faster and using less GPU memory. Compared to classical optimization-based VIO systems, our approach maintains competitive trajectory accuracy while substantially reducing computational load.

Seeing Delta Parameters as JPEG Images: Data-Free Delta Compression with Discrete Cosine Transform

With transformer-based models and the pretrain-finetune paradigm becoming mainstream, the high storage and deployment costs of individual finetuned models on multiple tasks pose critical challenges. Delta compression attempts to lower the costs by reducing the redundancy of delta parameters (i.e., the difference between the finetuned and pre-trained model weights). However, existing methods usually face problems including data accessibility and training requirements. To tackle this issue, we introduce Delta-DCT, the first data-free delta compression method inspired by classic JPEG image compression, leveraging the Discrete Cosine Transform (DCT). We first (a) group delta parameters within a layer into patches. Then we (b) assess the importance of each patch and allocate them with different quantization bit-widths. Afterwards, we (c) convert these patches to the DCT domain and conduct quantization to each patch based on the allocated bit-width. The proposed Delta-DCT does not require any training or data calibration, while achieving performance comparable to or even surpassing original finetuned models under 1-bit equivalent delta compression ratios on different kinds of models including: (1) recently-released LLMs of different sizes from 7B to 13B, (2) relatively smaller language models including RoBERTa and T5 models, (3) variants of vision transformer models, and (4) multi-modal BEiT-3 models.

SCI-Verifier: Scientific Verifier with Thinking

As large language models (LLMs) are increasingly applied to scientific reasoning, the complexity of answer formats and the diversity of equivalent expressions make answer verification a critical yet challenging task. Existing verification studies in scientific domains suffer from two major limitations: (a) the absence of systematic evaluation standards and insufficient disciplinary coverage, which hinders their comprehensive assessment; and (b) heavy reliance on cumbersome rule design or prompt engineering, which reduces their effectiveness in complex reasoning scenarios or limits their cross-disciplinary generalization. To address these challenges, we propose solutions at both the data and model levels. On the data side, we construct SCI-VerifyBench, a cross-disciplinary benchmark covering mathematics, physics, biology, chemistry, and general scientific QA. The benchmark is built from real LLM responses and enhanced with domain-specific equivalence transformations that generate challenging and realistic data. Model-based and expert annotations ensure both quality and diversity, enabling rigorous evaluation of verification ability. On the model side, we emphasize the importance of reasoning for verification and introduce SCI-Verifier, a unified reasoning-augmented verifier for scientific domains. Through post-training, SCI-Verifier demonstrates strong logical reasoning and equivalence judgment capabilities while maintaining concise and stable outputs. Together, SCI-VerifyBench and SCI-Verifier provide a principled framework for scientific verification, offering both systematic evaluation and practical pathways to enhance the reliability and applicability of LLMs in scientific domains.
