Medical Datasets Collections for Artificial Intelligence-based Medical Image Analysis
This work provides a centralized resource of diverse medical imaging datasets for researchers developing AI models in healthcare, addressing the challenge of data accessibility.
This paper compiled a collection of 32 public datasets, comprising 28 medical imaging datasets and 4 natural image datasets, for use in AI-based medical image analysis. The collected datasets exhibit variability in modality, frame size, and capacity due to capture by different cameras.
We collected 32 public datasets, of which 28 for medical imaging and 4 for natural images, to conduct study. The images of these datasets are captured by different cameras, thus vary from each other in modality, frame size and capacity. For data accessibility, we also provide the websites of most datasets and hope this will help the readers reach the datasets.
